I looked at your account history and can see that it was more expensive, because it was a dangerous goods shipment due to the Alcohol-Based Markers. Due to international regulations, shipping flammable items requires Stackry to use a certain box size and it limits the economy carriers offered. Our $12.50 dangerous goods fee covers labor and materials, and part of the dangerous goods charge our carriers charge us. We do believe our prices to be very competitive but keep striving to bring costs down for our customers. Everything is good, only issue that stackers they don't work in weekends hence my shipment and consolidation just started on Thursday and I had to wait 3 days to be processed. It's slow

I initially loved the service, but lately, I've noticed a decline in quality. In my last package, a few items had cutter cuts, likely from an employee rushing through consolidation. Speaking of consolidation, it's taking much longer than it used to—it used to be so quick. I prefer to share today a negative review in the hope of a change.

The staff was able to reconolidate when needed. I have used Stackry in the past. I had things missing in military mail and another item not delivered at all. Stackry items have been delivered fully intact, inventory 100% & unused.

Good at quickly shipping the product out, good communication, but definitely not good at consolidating packages (no care shown for handling products carefully, despite several requests and reminders to take care when consolidating multiple items... and that was after receiving multiple shipments with deformed and flattened hats). Hence my decision to no longer have packages consolidated.

I am greatly disappointed. I paid for a consolidation fee that did not change my package or did any sort of saving. So I paid the extra 5 USD without any saving at all and I was charged. When I did the first calculation for my estimated fees, the DHL express cost was 45 USD. The actual charge was 61 USD. Also I could not use the 10% available to first orders nor any other coupon. Overall If I need from the beginning the actual shipping cost would be 30% more than the initial estimated I would have not used this service. Finally I was not able to send to in a US address. I was only allowed to send this package to Cyprus.

Upon review of your account history, I see your package arrived at our warehouse in a shipping bag weighing 1 lb. A one pound package is the smallest package size we ship, so sadly repacking would not have saved you money. This happens in some cases where the original shipping box or pack is the best fit cost wise. The warehouse should have sent you an email stating the package could not be repacked and refunded the $5.00 repack fee. I am sorry that did not happen. We have refunded that fee for you. Stackry can ship the package in the USA, so I am unclear why you thought that was not an option. I do not see that was discussed with our support team. Currently, Stackry does not have a 10% off coupon for first time shipments. I think you may be referring to our "Refer a Friend" coupon. How it works, is if you refer a friend, they get $10 off their first international shipment. As the referrer, you will also get $10 in Stackry Credit, good for use on any future shipment, when your friend completes their first one. In order to get this coupon, you would have had to sign up with your friend's referral code. I do not see you signed up with a referral code. If you signed up with a friend's referral code and the $10 off was not applied, please reach out to client support to discuss further. The team can also look into why the rate you saw on the calculator was different. Answer: The restrictions are on these types of items are dependent on what country you are shipping to. It is always best to check with your local customs office on what can be shipped before shopping in the U.S. The specific restrictions will vary by country. For example on your list perfume has the tightest restrictions which are based on the ‘flash point’ of the perfume. Vitamins and supplements are widely shipped but some countries have very tight restrictions on specific ingredients. Stackry will ship most items that eligible to be shipped to your home
