They advertise sun sleeves and that's what I thought I was ordering. It turns out it's very thin and tight. It's definitely not a sunscreen sleeve as I have one that's getting old. I emailed them several times and they have not responded you can't call them you get disconnected. Better Business Bureau has terrible reviews them. I should've known better although this is the first time I've ever gotten scammed. Usually I buy on eBay. Omg! I just noticed as I lay them out to take a picture that they're different lengths.
Awful products! I am disappointed with all three items that I purchased. The material is terrible and nothing fits. They don't offer a money back guarantee, only store credit but I don't want anything from this company. I decided to just take the loss!
Customer service is rude and quick to blame, and also try to get out of any responsibilities. Unprofessional, quick to assume YOUR at fault. *cough* Kristine from customer service. I paid for expedited shipping, never received my product. Double checked my address, and yes it was correct. I went to customer service asking where my product was. After 2 weeks of waiting for the email I got a response from Kristine stating "Our refund policy clearly states that we are no responsible if the address you entered is incorrect" well it was. It was followed by well we don't normally do this but if you re-order we will give you store credit you will just need to pay for the shipping again. What a joke
Yes I needed a waist trainer but I supported this company because of the picture they saying they supporting the army this is a total fraud. My friend like in Arizona and she said no company by this name is there its a whole fraud. I suggest calling ya bank file a complaint. In gonna fall Washington D. C FBI and report this because it has the army on it they will shut the whole site down
Do not order from this place. It took way longer for them to ship my item and it was the wrong size terrible material they won't refund your money. They don't answer the phones or Facebook messages or emails
Not true sizes and cheap products! I have asked for a full refund and no one will respond! I only get automated emails! I have submitted my claim to consumer affairs bureau so these scammers don't cheat more customers!
Company does not return phone calls. When you email them they will respond with an automatic generated response. Not a live person. I paid for 2 day shipping received my merchandise 4 weeks later. I left several messages to check the status of my order a recorded asked to leave your name and phone number someone will call. I still haven't received a call yet also my order is wrong.
So after weeks of waiting for my product and paid for 2-3 day shipping the items were not the right size according to their chart. So now I have been waiting a week for a response to do "an easy exchange". I am just going to chalk this up to a $48 lesson learned. Always check reviews before dealing with anyone or any store online. Guess I will try and sell the wrong size items to someone else but advertise the correct size.
So after writing my review a tracking number was assigned to my order and showed being sent to USPS. It has supposedly been sitting at the Phoenix Post office since that day without any movement. Thinking about filing a claim to recover my money thru my CC company. Not sure if it will work but anything is worth a try. The least they could do is answer emails or phone calls or chats. DO NOT OFFER 100% CUSTOMER SERVICE if you can't provide it. Even if your location is shut down due to Pandemic you can still answer your customers from home.
Placed and paid for an order on the 21st. Tried to contact minutes after order was placed to change a size but you cannot reach anyone. Left Voicemail, email and even sent a message on Messenger... Crickets... Paid for express shipping which I requested a refund since the 2 items I have ordered have still not been fulfilled. Claims 100% customer service and easy returns and exchanges... Yeah sure. Even if on quarantine someone should answer messages. Will take a lot for me to keep buying from this company if I ever receive my order.

I've never seen anything so poorly cheap making put together. I've been sending them emails after emails and no one is responding on how I could return the item. Do not buy their item. It's very cheap and as you can see they're making it very unable to return, that way they can keep your money
I saw an add for stability pro so I decided to order a waist trainer off of it, after placing the order I read some customer reviews about how they have never received their order and that this website is a scam. My personal experience was wonderful I placed my order and within 2 weeks all my items came as advertised I am extremely satisfied with my order! We have ordered a stocking puller from them, they messed up our order and caused a lot of anxiety and multiple back and forth emails with my 84 year old mother. They ended up adding another order to the original one instead of changing the address. It it impossible to get a hold of them. Really bad service, my issue has not been resolved, its been several weeks. All they needed to do was correct the address but that turned out to be a nightmare.
I ordered a waist trainer and paid for priority shipping on 5/1, I received a tracking number but that tracking number that's not moved from the same spot in Arizona for the past 10 days. I paid $32.98 to me that is a lot I don't make enough and I was just trying no spoil myself. I haven't gotten any email response for a refund on my priority shipping fee nor a respond on how long the delay will be. I just want a full refund back. In times like this everyone becomes even more selfish.
Ordered a back stabilizer, arrived after couple of days and it was smaller for me. Emailed them for returns for a couple of times but didn't get any reply yet. Won't order from here ever again and tell my friends to choose some other website.
My product broke after four days I have contacted them three different ways, they messaged me back but never address the fact that their product broke. I've asked for a refund they ignore me they don't care. We don't need people like this in America

In April 2020 I bought a thermometer from this company. It came in the mail with no user instructions and no warranty information. It was poorly packaged.
I tested the product right away and found out that it did not work. I then emailed and telephoned the company within 2 days. I have never received a response from either email or the phone messages. They have never answered their phone number despite the repeated attempts that I made. The do not honor their warranty or their return policy. The thermometer is a piece of junk. Do not buy from this company!
Their sizes on the sauna belts are way smaller than they advertise. You can never get a response back. I have emailed them several times and no one never responds. I purchased 2 belts, so I lost out on over 50$. Also the belts are not made with good material, not sturdy or strong.
I ordered one of their products, & my name, address etc goes into the "ship to" information automatically. I have used this same "ship to" many times. The product never came, & they said I did not type in my street name. Well, I charged it to my Visa card which will not let me order anything if the address is incomplete. They will not refund or even credit all of my money. This is fraud. My post office said they never sent anything - this is a small town.
Answer: Contact your bank and file a claim against them. Visa transactions are covered for fraud.
