This place is a scam and I will explain why...
If you order from this place, you will receive a product, however it is very CHEAPLY MADE and NOT TRUE TO SIZE. I have purchased waist trainers from other sites and you can definitely see and feel the difference in the material. Also, if you are dissatisfied with the product, THEY DON'T DO RETURNS, ONLY EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDIT, but what good is any of that if you don't like the quality of their products and they don't fit you?
Also, their reviews are rigged. I was going to leave a negative review and it won't let me, which means they only add positive reviews on the site or the reviews are all fake.
Buy at your own risk from these people.

Just so you are all aware, they may be an "American Company", the the tag on the waist trainer says made in China, so it is not made in America. AND there if you look closely on the FB page manager information, it says the page is managed in the Philippines, US...
And if customer service and satisfaction are our top priorities along with providing trusted quality products were truly their "top priority" I wouldn't be writing all of this information and negative reviews here"
I ordered through their site and got a confirmation and order number stating it would be there within 3-5 days. They sent me a tracking with USPS. I continued to track in and wondered why it was stuck at a location for days. I contacted USPS and it turns out StabilityPro just created the label but never dropped off the packaged to be delivered. I got my email on the 19th and it is now the 1st and I still have no product. They do not answer the phone so I left a message. No call back. They have a live chat. They respond back at 2am-3am. I emailed them and it said their inbox was full and the message was kicked back to me. They will not answer my questions on the live chat at all.

Me: I already spoke to USPS and they said the label has been created but the package still hadn't been given to them? That is the reason why it is still showing in Phoenix on the tracking. The label was created

Me: I would like to cancel my order and be refunded please. I ordered this item on the 19th and it still has not been delivered to the post office. I have contacted you by email but your email is so full that the email bounced back. I have called and left a message and a call was never returned. I messaged and was told 2 times that it got sent and I will be given information on Wednesday. I was not given anything or got back to and then had to message again. Then this morning at 2am got a message saying it got sent to USPS which it should have already been done. Nothing is updated and how is that possible at 2am? I just want to cancel my order and get my money refunded.

We do not manually amend or edit any order, we send exactly what you clicked on and ordered. An order summary is always provided before initial checkout. Post checkout promo final sale items cannot be refunded or canceled.

Me: I still don't have the product or the replacement product that the company has promised but you do have my money. You still have not taken it to USPS or called me in regards to my order. That is the point. I can't return something I don't have.
