Website clearly states refunds. But I can't get a refund. You can't say that on your site. Either change the site to state "no refunds" or refund me.

Their Un-Stated policy is no refunds ever for any reason. Ripoff and run is their Motto.

Apparently somewhere on their website they say it says No refunds but when u don't receive merchandise and after 1 1/2 month then they finally contact u back with the refund policy I think it very wrong that they wouldn't refund me back.

I've already sent five separate emails asking for a return address. I have not heard from anyone. This is why I want to do a review to give other buyers heads up whatever you do do not throw away your money.

I could not get any assisstance with a refund. I emailed, called, and wrote a letter and sent it by the postal service.

Yea. Me too. Kissing that money goodbye and making it my mission that no one misguidedly gives them money in the future.

I agree. I could not get a refund, only an exchange or website credit. The "free and easy returns" is not true.

They do not give refunds, only store credit and you have to pay for return shipping.
