The knee brace is a total joke. It is made a super cheap material with no use at all.
Please do not fall for this scamming advertising! Sham on people who would act to show support for this pathetic item. The 30 day refund is a joke and use to swindle people.

Purchased a leg nerve brace from this company, only to find it would not fit my leg. It was made way too small! It might have fit a 10 year old, but not a full grown male adult! I contacted Stability Pro, to return this item for a refund. I was told because it was a sale item, they could not refund my money? It was never listed as a sale item, and the listing never stated it could not be returned because it was a sale item. Also the product listing stated this brace would fit any size leg! They offered me 50% off on any item they sell, as kind of a refund? This offer was a joke, as I get e-mails from them offering me 50% off on my next order. So I am out $26.00 for a cheaply made brace, that is too small to fit my leg. Beware do not purchase anything from Stability Pro

Do not order from them. I had open heart surgery and needed a bra for various reasons. By the time I received it it wasn't needed and I was told it was not refundable because it was on sale when I purchased it. It was NOT on sale and it is still in the initial packaging. They offered me a store credit. NO THANKS! Do not buy from them.

Never buy from this company! They send defective items and do not help with exchange! The take your money and that is it! They are thieves!

Worst company ever! DO NOT BUY FROM! Customer service is non existing. Items on sale are non-returnable but don't tell you that when purchased. They just rob you of your hard-earned money! Shipping is the worst and especially when you pay extra for 2-day shipping, yea right, more like 2 week shipping! Should have stuck to Amazon instead. I will spend every waking hour of my day warning people until they close their doors! I got time.

If I could give this a zero, I would. Not only did this not work, it was made out of paper! This tore after the second time using it. What a waste of money. I wish I was smart enough to look up the reviews of this company before I made my purchase. Now I keep getting emails to purchase other products from them. Buy at your own risk.

When I received the trainer it was like something from wish I called them the same day because it was to smaill and I went by their chart and still haven't talk to anyone on the phone and it's been over two weeks I sent several emails and of course it's a automatic email saying because of Covid but they took my money but can't treat you like your business matter it's a crappy product don't waste your time ordering from them at least with Wish u can speak with someone and you can get your money back sorry company.

Not true sizes and cheap products! I have asked for a full refund and no one will respond! I only get automated emails! I have submitted my claim to consumer affairs bureau so these scammers don't cheat more customers!

I ordered one Med butt pad. I recieved it quickly in excellent condition. I ordered two more. I recieved them in excellent condition through the regular mail. They arrived very quickly. True to size 5'5 -152lbs. I am very happy

I accidentally ordered the wrong color ankle brace. I immediately contacted the company to cancel the order. They told me that they couldn't cancel it but could refund it once I received it. After receiving it they informed me that I couldn't return it because it was a discounted item but could receive store credit. A lot of hassle for nothing. Won't be doing business with them again. Wish I would have found this site sooner. Looks like others feels the same. Surprised this company is still around.

Based on my experience, the customer service is awful. Site claims refunds / exchanges are not a problem. Getting someone to reply to my inquiry on the other hand went well into two weeks (except for their automated reply, which no one followed up on) Only after opening dispute with credit card company did anyone respond, and the answer was " I checked with my manager and we can get you 50% credit". This company has poor customer service and I cannot recommend anyone purchase from them.

If you purchase and they offer you a discount as a new customer and you need to return your item (which will not be what it was advertised to be) then they will refuse to accept return for a refund because the item was "on sale". This is a bogus business practice and as for customer service the only way to reach them is thru FB messenger.

These people will not refund your money they hide behind covid-19 and they're Crooks.
They try to bait and switch you into another product at 50% off.

I received my back/posture brace, and It is too small for my shoulder and chest size. It is a 3X, because I anticipated this problem. It must be designed for a small woman. I have made repeated attempts to contact them, but they never replied. Apparently they are only out to bilk the money out of you. Do yourself favor and don't buy anything from these shysters.

I bought a poorly made ankle brace and tried to return it but got this response "Your purchase does not qualify for a refund or an exchange since the item was on sale and discounted." Their products are constantly discounted with all the coupons they give out so there's little chance someone will buy this at full price. They mention this caveat at the very bottom of their return policy under "Exclusions" but you wouldn't think there would be any exclusions with the way the rest of the policy is written. I even read the return policy prior to buying and missed it.
