This company is the worst. They play you you with free item at checkout for 40% off. Cool but it showed ad a small and I wanted the medium. Add the medium to cart. The bill is automatically submitted without a final review. Go look and it has my original item the size small I didn't want and the medium. Great immediately message they are totally unable to edit the just completed order they say. So I'm crazy annoyed. I ordered black. Order arrives what do I get pink. I message on Saturday. Monday aroind 1 pm and still no response about the order fails. I hate pink. Save yourself a headache and avoid these people. Your satisfaction is of no impprtance to them.

Beware

This company has no customer service and there site is very odd. Adding add ons that if clicked on will get automatically ordered and charged. Also they never return calls or messages so there is no return policy. Do not buy from this company.

Return policy

Make sure you click through to the full returns policy. Don't get taken in by the "Free and easy returns are available" banner on the top of the website. That is the reason for the 1 star rating. To be fair, the quality of the items looked good. But since I could not use them, I am not 100% sure about that.

Bad company to deal with. You can change your order if you make a mistake. You can't return the product. Never received my order. Customer service is non existent. Not one thing is good about this company.

Zero customer service. Can't reach them by phone and they never answered my numerous emails. I tried to immediately change my ordered back support size but they shipped (supposedly) the smaller size. The tracking says the belt has been in Phoenix (120 miles away) for the last 5 days "waiting for approval". So after over a week I don't have the belt or an answer to work things out amicably. They evidently are in business to just take your money and run. SHOULD BE PROSECUTED!

I purchased the sling for my torn rotator cuff and needed it quickly. Stability pro site says 3-5 days shipping. Purchased item on a Thursday and waited a week and tracking number never sent. I emailed customer service and received a robotic response saying matter will be addressed within 2-3 days. Tracking number then said item waiting acceptance which means it was never given to shipper but shipping label created. I then asked for a refund and no one ever responded again. What a joke.

Overall good

I ordered a waist trainer and was pleased with the product itself. Although I was extremely worried when it did not come in 3-5 days took more like 2 weeks and did not like that when I did reach out to customer service I could not speak to anyone nor dis I get an email response. My waist trainer was true to size and works fine. I would say the quality was good for the price. I just don't know what I would have done had I needed to return it as you can not speak to anyone and realized after the order that you can only receive store credit on returns. I may consider ordering again if there was something I needed from them but need to do better with the customer service.

Bad customer service

Customer service so poor, been trying to reach them regarding the order and I am getting no response, sent an email and it failed to deliver, called their number no response tried chatting them up, got no response too. Am kinda scared I won't get the product and loose my money too. I hope this isn't a rip off

Careful what you buy - and customer service is absolutely unresponsive. I accidentally clicked on a product at the end of check-out and I could not undo it. I immediately contacted customer service and heard back from them 2 months later.

I paid 12.99 for 3 day delivery and it took nearly 2 weeks to receive it, and I ordered a xl and the thing was so small I couldn't get it around halfway, and I am not that big! They won't reply to email and they don't have a customer service number to talk to a actual person! Dont order from here unless u wanna be out of money! Would give 0 stars if I could

Sadly, the bad reviews of this company are legit and the company... not so much. The phone goes straight to voicemail. The email responds with a generic email, promising to get back to you within 24 hrs (they dont) Same goes with their supposedly *live chat*. Supposedly they've already shipped my package, though according to t&e reviews many times they never receive them. This company is at best a terrible company taking advantage of its customers with shoddy products and no customer service... and at worst an outright scam/fraudulent company. Buyer beware... believe the reviews! Now I get to figure out how to get my money back from a company that that refuses to respond to me

Ordered a thermometer in the high of the covid outbreak. Aside from stability pro price gouging, taking advantage of the situation it took nearly a month and a half to receive. Item received was totally different than ordered and phone and emails are never returned. Never, and I mean never do business with this company. You have been warned. Let's the hundreds of poor reviews guild you. Wish I had.

This product look nothing like the picture. It's cheap material, and ripped trying it on. The velcro don't even stick. On top of that, they only exchange if the item has not been worn, or damaged. Hell, it damaged trying it on! I will NEVER buy, nor reccomend any of their products to anyone!

I ordered a back support brace for my mother and it happened to be in the wrong size, I emailed them asking if there's anything I could do and no response on it. The only response I get now is promotions from them. Absolutely terrible

Nothing fits

I order a couple things and most of it don't fit 2x fit like a large. And the shoe, I have learned my lesson and can't get no one on phone or email.

Their merchandise is cheaply, poorly made. I ordered a body shaper which is supposed to be plus size and it's more like a child size. They will not give money back, just want to give you a store credit for shoddy merchandise.

I brought two of there products waited almost three weeks to receive them. When I did receive The order. It did not fit it was like two to three sizes to small as soon as I took it out of the package I know they was too small. I am a plus size women and it was like a XL instead of a XXL. I sent a email on how to return and get a refund this was twice in May 2020 I sent emails I out a response in June 2020 a month later. They told me I could not get a refund because the product was on sale and they do not do refund only a exchange or a credit. Why would I want a exchange or credit when there sizes run super small and to return or get custom service from them is a issue. Money wasted buyer beware of this company's customer service and if your a plus size women do not buy from them they run two to three sizes too small and you won't get your money back.
