I brought two of there products waited almost three weeks to receive them. When I did receive The order. It did not fit it was like two to three sizes to small as soon as I took it out of the package I know they was too small. I am a plus size women and it was like a XL instead of a XXL. I sent a email on how to return and get a refund this was twice in May 2020 I sent emails I out a response in June 2020 a month later. They told me I could not get a refund because the product was on sale and they do not do refund only a exchange or a credit. Why would I want a exchange or credit when there sizes run super small and to return or get custom service from them is a issue. Money wasted buyer beware of this company's customer service and if your a plus size women do not buy from them they run two to three sizes too small and you won't get your money back.
They charged me for a purchase I did not make. After trying to contact them, you only get a voicemail in which they direct you to their email. After a few days someone responded with they don't give refunds and I could do an exchange. How is charging my account for an unauthorized purchase becomes an exchange. Then the product is poor quality with a strong chemical smell. Your information is not safe if you purchase from this site.
I purchased products and my order was doubled which they charged me for. I immediately emailed them and Facebook messaged to let them know what happened. Calling was a joke as I couldn't reach a live person. After nine days they chose to respond to my emails. I'm sure that was to make sure the product was delivered to give me no other option. The cancellation policy is very clear just didn't realize they would SCAM me at the check out and double my order. I will not do another business transaction with them.
I was really hoping they were going to correct it the 1st time. They did not but were super quick to respond to me email within a day after letting me know my order doesn't qualify for return. It truly saddens me that is the way they represent yourselves and conduct business.

Ordered a digital thermometer on April 2. USPS tracking shows delivered to USPS facility - this is probably bogus. END OF STORY. I've written stability pro several times - no response. This kind of crook makes it difficult for honest businesses to compete with Amazon... really, after this - it will only be Amazon.
The worst site! They are a scam! They took my money. I placed one item in the cart as I was shopping for a waist trainer and they charged me for two things! They also sent me the wrong color waist trainer! They gave me no refund even after I explained to them what had happened! The worst freaking customer service ever!
Got charged $17 and $31 for the same exact product and did three to five day shipping and got it three weeks later the product is super cheap it's not the right material that would even make you sweat and they don't answer the phone and no refunds.
They didn't deliver the items I ordered, it was never sent to the United States Postal Office to be delivered to me. I paid for 2 - 3 day delivery on 4/3/20 and now it's been 16 days and haven't heard from the company after leaving phone voicemail messages and emails. I accidentally ordered the wrong color ankle brace. I immediately contacted the company to cancel the order. They told me that they couldn't cancel it but could refund it once I received it. After receiving it they informed me that I couldn't return it because it was a discounted item but could receive store credit. A lot of hassle for nothing. Won't be doing business with them again. Wish I would have found this site sooner. Looks like others feels the same. Surprised this company is still around.
This is a big scam. The brand I ordered on line was not the one I received. This product did not perform no where near the hyped it portrayed. I can not get a hold of anyone for guidance on returning this "bolder-dash", piece of crap so called StabilityPro. I am filing a complaint with The Better Business Bureau. I want my refunds to include the shipping cost.
I recently ordered two mask on the site. I have not received them to date. I only ordered two, but the website somehow automatically order two more when I was trying to close out the site. Customer service is non existent. No one answers the telephone and no one returns email messages. I am trying to get a refund now. Buyers please beware of this site, they are quick to take your money, but not quick to deliver what they say they can deliver. These scammers will push your order through before you're ready to complete it if you're stupid like me and put in your card information too early. After that, they will NEVER respond to voicemail calls, online chats and even their emails are robot-generated garbage.
This review is to warn buyers about Stability Pro's deceptive sales practices. I purchased one of the ankle lace-up braces with stability straps. They will try to sell you something else indicating it is an added feature of the brace when what you're buying is a 2nd of the same item. They ship the items immediately so by the time they get your email message to their support team to complain, they say it's too late because the order was already fulfilled. You are stuck with overpaying for something you don't want. The reply that I did receive back from support was that they're cancellation and refund policy is very clear that there are no refunds and that any shipping costs for returns or exchanges for a lesser product must be on your own dime. Stay away from this company. I wish I had.

The Stabilitypro website is very deceptive. By all appearances it looks like a legitimate, professional business. Do not be fooled like I was. There is no customer service, so since they never respond--the 30-day limit for exchanges or returns elapses and you are potentially stuck with a product you are unable to use. I have learned from this experience to always check the reviews, if I would have I never would have considered ordering from this business. I would give Stabilitypro 5 turds.
I would not place an order with these people. I wish I had read the reviews because they are exactly right on. I ordered 2 thermometers and they sent one and it was broken. They charged me 32 dollars. They still have my 32 dollars. No response to my emails or voicemails. Nothing.

I have emailed and called several times and no response. I was sent a thermometer that didn't work and they charged 31.00 for it... it costs 7.99 in a pharmacy. I asked to send it back and have my card refunded or send it back and send me new one... no response! The Better Business Bureau has several complaints against them.
