I have emailed and called several times and no response. I was sent a thermometer that didn't work and they charged 31.00 for it... it costs 7.99 in a pharmacy. I asked to send it back and have my card refunded or send it back and send me new one... no response! The Better Business Bureau has several complaints against them.
I ordered a Sauna Velcro a larger size than what I wear. It is so small and it is cheaply manufactured. I tried to return but because I used a discount code they offered me i can not exchange it or return it. No one will answer the telephone
I ordered a waist trainer the one I got is not the one pictured. I emailed them and the email I got in response was with in 24 hrs so I was hopeful I would get the opportunity to exchange it. However after two more attempts. Still nothing. Worthless company and they should be closed. DO NOT buy from them even if you do get lucky with your purchase. They are not worth it.
Never deal with them. if I could have given them no stars I would. ordered product and paid 2 day mail and after 16 or 18 days they said it would arrive. I requested refund after a week and 2 weeks and no response from company.
I placed an order. They sent me an email with bogus tracking info and I never recieved my products. They wont answer emails or calls. Wont return voicemails. I had to file a claim thru my bank to get my refund. If you've been ripped off, I recommend actually filing a claim thru the Federal Trade Commission instead of BBB. Hopefully this company gets shut down asap!
Purchased a leg nerve brace from this company, only to find it would not fit my leg. It was made way too small! It might have fit a 10 year old, but not a full grown male adult! I contacted Stability Pro, to return this item for a refund. I was told because it was a sale item, they could not refund my money? It was never listed as a sale item, and the listing never stated it could not be returned because it was a sale item. Also the product listing stated this brace would fit any size leg! They offered me 50% off on any item they sell, as kind of a refund? This offer was a joke, as I get e-mails from them offering me 50% off on my next order. So I am out $26.00 for a cheaply made brace, that is too small to fit my leg. Beware do not purchase anything from Stability Pro
First they give you a promo code and it falls off when you finish the order. And they say satisfaction but when you try to return they don't return your messages. There customer service stinks they don't answer calls they say they will return your email with in 24 hr it's been a week. Bad bad company stay away from them!
I placed an order for face mask with them to not only having to wait 3 weeks after the email confirmation said 3-5 days for delivery from Arizona to NY but then the masks were unusable as they smelled like a refinery and no matter how long I've left it to air out it's still unusable. The customer service is non existent I emails, called and even sent a message via FB to which I received no response at all. If I could I'd give 0 stars.
I bought 2 belts I got them realize they were not the correct size and the product was it what I thought it was going to be either so I wanted to send them back and get a refund. They have refused to answer any emails they have refused to answer any messages they will not answer back on returning the product and giving me my money back all you get is an automated email response I will never use them again!
I ordered two and when the package came only one was inside the package. Now I can't return it for a refund because I only got one. Customer service is almost non existant. Phone calls are not accepted after several emails I finally got an answer. The and was you received your order as placed. Send another email saying yes I did receive the order but only got one not two. Of course no answer. So if your thinking of buying something from STABILITYPRO do it at your own risk.

They added 2 more orders than I put in, they cheat you offering you something else and as much as you click just to see it, they add it to the cart. And there's no way to get him out of the shopping cart. I'm telling you so the same thing doesn't happen to you. They're thieves. I wouldn't even give them a star, if there were numbers, I'd give them a zero. I had a very bad experience with 'stability' pro, they unstabilized instead.
I returned two items for a small size in January before the Covid 19 and I had to pay for the return. I never did receive the package and here it is July. I contacted them to get the same email that I got in December when I was asking for a small size. No help at all and can't get money back or an exchange, just 50% off something instead of a smaller size.
I ordered and was told 3-5 business days. A month later still nothing. Emailed company and nothing. Called my bank to dispute the charges and got the "product" a week later. The trainer is nowhere near what's advertised and it's extremely small and flimsy. The cream is DEFINITELY not what they advertise. Buy the real sweat sweet cream. Their knock off brand literally BURNED my skin. I had to put burn cream and aloe on for a week. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Ok so i ordered my waist trainer April 12th... it's May 11 and it said it was on its way May 1st. Most reviews say it never came well now i'm thinking that it will never come so i wasted $30. I don't recommend and if u want a trainer order from Amazon.
I purchase a waist trainer accidentally from them. I was on keyshiakaoir fitness search and it somehow connected me with thus mess and I still thought it was the other brand. I see why they do no returns they know its false sizes. I will NEVER EVER purchase from this site again. The experience was pitiful especially losing my money. I could have used it on better things. Items ordered were still not shipped after 6 days. The telephone number goes to voicemail. The mailbox is full and won't accept anymore email. The "live" chat is unresponsive.

I have tried for over 2 months to return an item that was broken no one will contact me no one will call me no one. I have repurchased that item at another place but I still want my money back. This is ridiculous. Never again.
I ordered two mask and a thermometer, took for ever to get it shipped and when it arrived there were only two mask, not even the color I ordered but was ok with that, but there was no thermometer in the package, they want me to pay 50%of cost to reorder replacement. The package was in great shape when it arrived, I had to cut it open so the thermometer was never put in the package to start with. Service is super bad, the company is bad period, stay away
