Scam

I ordered a knee brace over a month ago. I paid 12.99 for 3 day shipping. I have recieved nothing and they took my money. No way to contact them and they wont answer my e mails. Do not I repeat do not order from this company they are thieves!

Ordered a waist trainer! And they never shipped It I even paid extra for shipping, I called the post office It was Never sent Stole my money and won't answer any of my communication. All these good reviews are FAKE. DONT BUY!

Pros and cons

I just recieved my waist trainer. It feels amazing and I can already tell I'm going to love the product. The cons are that they charged me twice and gave me 2. When I noticed this and went on the website to contact them their wasnt a phone number. I gave the extra waist trainer to my daughter and she loves it too so win, win.

I ordered a medical wristband, after 2 weeks I could no longer wait so I got it at my local pharmacy. It finally arrived a month later but I have no use for it now. I have been emailing them for 3 months now to return it, but still no response, so i guess i'm out the $30. Stay away, far far away.

Buyer beware! If you are looking for a quality waist trainer, Stability Pro's waist trainer is not it! Customer service is doesn't exists. I attempted to return my product by contacting customer service by telephone and by email both were a failure. No one returned my telephone call nor responded by email. This company is a complete ripoff!

I placed an order on April 23rd. It is now 7 days later and I still don't have it. There is NO WAY to speak with anyone because they don't answer their telephone. I could have driven to Phoenix to pick it up rather than wait a week with a bad knee. By the way, they have an "F" rating by the BBB. Also, they almost stalk you to death with their constant email offers with big discounts. Never again will I order from this company with the fancy website.

Scandelously bad

I went to order one item online. After I finished checking out, I found three items in my cart. I immediately called and the voicemail says to use the email for better service. When I emailed their support number, my email bounced back. Very disappointed. In the meantime, I am getting spammed with pop-ups on my computer. Avoid them!

My order came late. I was totally dissatisfied with the product. I wrote to the company to get a promised refund and they said they would get back to me in 24 hours. There was no response. One week later I tried again, there was no response. I finally wrote a letter and mailed it to them... no response. The next twelve times I tried to email them, the mail was returned "undeliverable"! The website says you have up to 30 days to make a return. Is that their strategy? Wait to answer me 30 days later? I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Marsha H.

Worst Company Ever

No one answers emails, phone calls or text msgs (a method recommended by Stability Pro) to any questions or concerns. I disputed my purchase thru American Express, so at least I got some satisfaction they won't get paid. I was sent the wrong item. I was willing to try them out a 2nd time, but they won't respond to my 5 emails. This is a BS Company run out of some dirtbag's basement. Stay away from this company!

So I fell for the selling tactics of the StabilityPro, I placed an order of not 1 but 2 waist trainers. I received them in decent time very pleased with that. Now the quality it is the cheapest trainer I have EVER purchased. There is nothing to it no support not nothing. I looked at the return policy and it says 2 different things in 1 place it says no returns, then it says returns on regular priced items. Walmart has better quality items.

Ordered a knee brace. A few days later they sent an email stating that the item had shipped. Two weeks later, there was still no tracking info (because they hadn't actually shipped it). I called twice but neither call was answered and it was not possible to leave a message. I sent an email to cancel the order. A week later a package arrived but it was not the item that I had ordered. I called again - still no answer. I sent an email, which came back undeliverable. I sent 3 more emails - all of them returned undeliverable. Finally, an email went through but there has been no reply to my message telling them they sent the wrong item. I filed a dispute with my credit card company.

The worst company

I ordered two thermometers from StabilityPro. Actually I ordered one but before I checked out they offered the same thermometer at a reduced price. I ordered that one as well, thinking that I could edit the order to one before I checked out. Unfortunately, there was not a way to edit it. I immediately wrote to the customer service to ask them to change the order. They wrote back two days later to indicate that the product had shipped and they could not edit the order. How convenient. On top of that, I still have not received the product, ten days later. I would never ever do business with the company again. It is either a scam website or has terribly inept management.

Terrible company

Do not order from them. I had open heart surgery and needed a bra for various reasons. By the time I received it it wasn't needed and I was told it was not refundable because it was on sale when I purchased it. It was NOT on sale and it is still in the initial packaging. They offered me a store credit. NO THANKS! Do not buy from them.

They did mess up on sending me a 3XL when I needed a small but here's this... THEY WERE EASY TO RETURN! I emailed them right away when I noticed and they said to send the package back which did. I then emailed them again informing them that I returned the package which my shipping was only $7.79, and they responded to my email so quick! They just sent me out a new waist trainer once I informed them in the return package following the usps number for it. They've sent my new one right away without even receiving the wrong one first. I suggest emailing them. They are a great company I don't understand why everyone else has issues with them lol.

They will not make any refunds just one day after I received product they can care less. All they want is your money! All they tell you it's in the refund policy, Like in the 3 rd paragraph, by the your money is gone and they can care lesssss!

I am heated! I was so excited to get my waist trainer with the double Velcro belt. They advertise that it covers the whole torso! This was the cheapest material I've ever felt. It was supposed to be a 3x according to the chart. It was more like an extra small. So it definitely didn't cover the whole torso. I've been BAMBOOZLED! Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves for the BS y'all sold me. I want to cry but hey companies like this won't help so no need in crying. Lesson learned though smh. Ive gotten waist trainers before and this is the worst. I always wore a 2x but their chart said 3x. I couldn't even get it around to the front to try to zip!

I received my back/posture brace, and It is too small for my shoulder and chest size. It is a 3X, because I anticipated this problem. It must be designed for a small woman. I have made repeated attempts to contact them, but they never replied. Apparently they are only out to bilk the money out of you. Do yourself favor and don't buy anything from these shysters.
