Ordered mask April 3rd, paid for 2 day shipping and still have not received mask, they have been sitting in AZ according to online tracker, so called left message with company, no response for 5 days, then I get accuse about mail not going out due to COVID 19,, yet anything else I order from any other company comes within a few days and all by other bills are being sent to me on time. This companies support is horrific. They don't call back, days before replying to a email with no help whats so ever. I asked for a refund and still no response. I guess I will have to contact the BBB. Advise stay away from this place if you want your items on time and want a better customer service, because this company has no customer service.

Very poor business!

I accidentally ordered twice not realizing one order went through I immediately tried calling, To inform them of the misstake, and due to COVID they couldn't answer or take messages. Needless to say I was informed three or four days later it was already sent ( within 10 min) and no refund of the one. I was informed by email three days later. Please be careful ordering! I've not even received them yet for a review!

I purchased the knee braces in July2020. I was unable to put them on by myself so had my daughter help me. Wore them around the house and didn't feel any different. So I communicated with them on messenger. I told them I was returning them because I couldn't use them. They said they would not return my money but I could exchange for another product. I said fine. They wanted a picture of tracking number so I sent that and asked what product I could get for my exchange. Never another word from them.
They have my money and the product I returned barely tried it on. I have never been treated so badly by a company. What a rip off of $83.00!

I tried to place an online order and at the end of the purchase where you put in your credit card information the site keep telling me that they could not process my card. I put my information in twice, but when I checked my account it had charged my card twice without receiving a order number. I tried to contact them with no response. The number that they have on the website is a voice mail that gives you instructions to email them or leave a message. They never respond to the voice mail and the email account is a false account and automatically sends a response of undeliverable, meaning that it cannot receive mail. With so many complaints, the site need to be removed and taken down. Who protects us from this kind of website... Ijs?

This is not a real company. I have attempted to contact them over 50 times regarding an unauthorized purchase. They got me for over $50. I am working with my VISA company to recovery some of my money. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I think it is a fake store front. Please don't lose your money like I did. I am a teacher and really could have used that $50 to pay bills over the summer as Summer School has been cancelled. DISGUSTING RIP OFF!

I ordered over $100.00 of product from them they sent very poorly made 2 arm bands and 2 thigh bands 1 body suit Nothing else! The rep told me through email because there isn't a working customer service number that I had to repurchase all items at 20% to get the items I never got in the first place? They STOLE MY MONEY NEVER GAVE ORIGINAL ORDER THEY ARE THIEVES! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

UVC light

I ordered a light that was supposed to be able to kill germs. The light claimed that it was in the UVC range, but when I received it the instruction booklet says that it is a black light. The wave length of the light according to the booklet is wrong for sanitizing. I can't get a response to my requests for a refund. If I had trusted this item to kill germs it could have been very dangerous. Do not purchase anything from this company. They are a scam and you will not get your money back.

I purchased a Stabilitypro ABS and I only used for 4 days because the vibrations are weak. I replaced the batteries with a new one still the vibrations is very weak, You need to press and hold the black item the source of the vibration to work at first it vibrate good but later no more vibration what a waste of money I will never buy again or recommend this product to anyone

Place order on line. 1st time looked like order did not go through. 2nd try went through. Then 1st try went though later. Now I have 2. Trying to email June 20th. Received response respond within 24 hours. This is July 10th. Will not respond to further emails. Called phone #. Not in service. BBB has warned them several times. Whish I had know this prior to ordering from them. Other reliable companies I could have ordered from!

They sent the wrong sizes. Took forever to get them to respond to my request for exchange instructions, which I followed to the letter. They kept my money AND my returns and never sent replacements. Rank these clowns right alongside telemarketers as worthless scum. Can't wait for my (personal) vacation to Phoenix when I WILL be visiting their offices personally. BULK UP CLOWNS!

If could give this place zero stars I would! Order# ******* & ******* which was masks and thermometers has not arrived and you don't answer my emails requesting my refund! What a sorry way to do business to try to take advantage of this corona virus. If you don't have the product then DON'T ADVERTISE IT! They finally sent me the masks even after i said that I didn't want them so I'm telling you they DON'T do refunds! They grossly misrepresented the product by stating that they was N95 masks which they aren't. I'm current am in dispute with PayPal over Stability Pro for outright lying about their product! Also if you're a plus sized female or a big or tall male this overpriced mask will NOT fit you! I hope that this helps you in making an informed choice about purchasing anything from Stability Pro!

I ordered 2x compression leg sleeves for my mom on April 8th the item didn't show up until may 4th and these greedy people only sent me 1 sleeve and thr package said 2x these I requested a refund for the 1 that never showed up but these bastards want me to send them back the 1 sleeve after I literally payed for 2 terrible customer service I recommended new management you people are wrong

Red flag their phone number does not work. Facebook messages are automated and rarely answered emails.

I would give this company 0 stars and classify this as FRAUDULENT.

I placed my order over 3 months ago (3/20) and no product received.

I do not trust the company and do not want anything more from them ever.

The response as of 7/18/20 was a result of COVID was unacceptable. Referred me to the refund policy. Refund policy says, 30 days after order. NOT 30 days after receiving my item. My funds and product are hostages.

FRAUDULENT

Not a disgruntled ex-employee - just an customer that tried to make a simple purchase for a product that was never received and refund not issued STILL.

I have now made my 9th request for a refund in the exact form of payment. I expressed that I would never patron them ever and they offered a store credit.
