I ordered my item during thanks giving, emailed them 3 days after I ordered the item since it still haven't been shipped out, no response n followed up with them on day 5 again.
Finally my order status updated to on hold on day 7, emailed them again with no response. They finally emailed me saying the item was oversold and that moment it is still in stock in their website. Only one apology email with coupon. Such a responsible seller, sure I will not order from them anymore.
My bank is charging me admin fee n they are not absorbing the fee. They did not reply my email, not even Facebook messenger.
Disappointed in doing business with this company. I purchased an item a week ago and avail the option for a priority shipping (3 business days). It's been a week now and still don't have my package. Their call center agent cannot address the issue and all they give me is a bunch of "apologetic words" with no capacity to resolve the issue..

I placed this order about 3-4 weeks ago, my bf and I are long distance and his birthday is coming up so this was a gift to him, so my billing address and shipping address are different, the first time I put the same billing address they reached out to me to verify the actual addresses. I did everything, and still no response or changes.
2. I gave them a call, and they told me to contact my bank. We then cancelled the order, to place a new one with right addresses. They did the SAME thing, charged my card again for a verification process. And still have yet to ship the order even though express shipping was purchased and they specify in every email and on their app that "shipping is 1-3 days" it's been 4 weeks… another agent reached out and said a completely different thing, "you can't ship it to a different address that's not the same as your billing address" they're not on board, a waste of time and money & highly don't recommend.
I placed an order over a week ago and there has been no communication as to when my order will be shipped. Their policy says they usually ship within two days. That is an absolute lie. Oh may I add that I was supposed to be receiving express shipping. I called and emailed them several times. My emails were ignored. I requested and refund and I did not get a response to that either. I am calling my card company to file a claim because this is a scam. Horrible customer service! I will NEVER order from them again. I need my money back. If I could have give a negative 100 stars I would have.
Like the title reads, the long sleeve Helmut Lang white shirt looked like it was bought 4 years ago and was in my closet until now and it looks old and a bit yellow on the seems. Maybe it really is old? I honestly don't know what this SSENSE business is but it seems like it's a secondary sale market so don't expect perfection. I did return a pair of sneakers that didn't fit because the site gave wrong info about the sizing and the return process was fair and simple.

Received a pair of Giuseppe Zanotti, Valentino Open Sneakers and a Kenzo pullover today. The items are so lovely and in perfect condition. The only issue is that International orders take longer to process as they require a security check on international credit cards. In terms of customer service, email responses are extremely slow. Best and fastest way to communicate with customer service is via phone. All in all, I'd still take it as a positive shopping experience.
I've made several purchases from Ssense.com over the years, was extremely happy with the service i received from purchases made before up until now. I received a call from CC company asking me about suspicious transaction from SSense. They have been trying to put transactions through my card and my paypal account. Thank god my CC stopped the transactions in time. Very disappointed with them. Will never purchase with them again and will not recommend anyone to do so either.

I'm in the UK and was looking for a pair of Doctor Marten boots that had been discontinued here. I was wary about ordering from Canada due to customs fees and length of time to arrive, but I spoke to a representative on the chat who assured me that my items should take around 4 working days to arrive. They were also very upfront regarding returns details, so I was very prepared in any eventuality. I placed the order on Saturday afternoon and today, Wednesday morning, my order arrived! They fit perfectly and were very competitively priced including the courier charge. This also included any taxes so my concerns were unfounded. This was my first order with Ssense and based on this experience, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
DO NOT ORDER from SSENSE. They are a terrible company. My order has been "Shipped" for 7 days with no movement. Which means it hasn't been handed over to UPS. I've been getting the weirdest most vague responses from them when I asked what is going on with my order, and they take forever to respond. They said "We'll get a response in 2-3 business days for you on what's going on with your order. WTF? It's going to take 3 days to find out what the f*ck is going on with my order? Still no response. The absolute worse customer service I've ever dealt with. Now I'm out of $100. No order in sight and no idea when it will be here. I kick myself for trying to save a couple extra bucks. Do yourself a favor, and do not do business with these low lifes. Also, their website claims they have phone customer service 24/7, which is a lie. STAY FAR AWAY.
I have shopped at Ssense a few times for work. Shipments arrive very quickly but you may run into problems like receiving items that have been previously worn or damaged. You may also run into difficulty returning items and dealing with disinterested customer service reps.
I'm not sure what happened to SSENSE. They used to ship really fast and provided good customer service. Now, I don't even know if they'll ship my order and live customer service is nonexistent. It's been two weeks and my order still shows received. Didn't they just received billions of dollars in investment money and they can't even operate like a billion dollar company? Shop elsewhere!
After canceling an order and my credit was deducted, I did not get any refund from them, and I also tried calling them but it says the lines are closed. I will never shop here an again complete scam. Buyer beware!

I bought a $120 USD sandal from them that didn't fit. I returned the merchandise to them without the cheap regular box that every single product comes with.
Because I returned the sandals without the cheap cardboard box, they are refusing to accept the return.

I have ordered from Ssense, but had to cancel my order five days later, due to a very long process of payment approvals. The high security check on a credit card transaction is appreciated, but the speed of response by Customer Care team is slow.
Won't order again.
Really frustrating experience, sadly. I bought a £450 Issey Miyake Pleats Please dress, which didn't fit me - totally normal. However Ssense do not provide any support for shipping returns, I had to arrange it independently (v surprising and unlike my experience with LN-CC / Outnet / Reformation etc., where returns are organised by the shopping platform). I sent off a number of Track & Trace returns that week; and this is the only one that got lost somewhere in Canada! This has never happened to me before, and I am at a loss what to do - have literally just had £460 (inc shipping from SSENSE in the first place!) gone down the drain. The whole point of online shopping is that you can feel comfortable returning high value items like you would in a store! Will not be shopping at SSENSE again.
I truly don't understand these other reviews. I placed 2 orders in the past 3 days from NYC and both times my items shipped the same day, shortly after purchasing, which is unheard of to me. I shop online a lot and Ssense is by far the fastest retailer I've used. My items came the very next day even though the service quoted me 2 business days. The shoe box was ripped and one of the tags was detached, but overall very happy with service from Ssense.
Don't trust the description on Ssense website. They change manufacturer description, that is how I got men's size shoes instead of women's. The communication is super slow, I had to wait for every answer 2 to 5 days and do not expect the return be easy. It will take time and money as they do not return shipping costs. It took over a week of emails just to get a return label from them. 3 weeks after i sent shoes back and had no refund i contacted them again. In their usual slow manner they replied "your return has been received and now is processing in our system". Several days later they sent me picture of the damaged box and refuse to refund despite all the pictures of the shoes and the box in an untouched condition that I emailed them before they accepted the return! (Yes, they make you send them pictures to prove the item is not damaged).
Overall experience feels like a scam. Not even sure if they will send this rejected shoes back to me.
