I was buy it a bicycle and after 10 days, coming without bolts, fork was bend, no seat clips, frame was scratch a lot. Send them 5 emails with photos like proof and no answer... stay away from SportDirect.! They are cowboys.!
The worst brand ever! I ordered an article, paying for a fast delivery. After more than a month, article was not even sent. When an attempt was finally made, provider could not reach me because I lost my phone. I received an email from Sports Direct saying that I have to go to fetch the article myself, but they did not provide any information allowing me to do so (address didn't have a street, and phone number had na additional digit). Despite numerous email exchanges, client service was completely deaf to my request (on top of being rude and extremely unpleasant). As a result, I did not receive my article and Sports Direct refused to reimburse me.
Can get no response whatsoever from the CEO have written three times now concerning a purchase and have had no confirmation whatsoever. This is disgusting from a Chief Executive of a large company. Didn't want to give one star but there was not a zero.
This Brand is un trustable I bought Brand new bicycle Muodyfox today from Sportsdirect Czech Republic - Prague Letnany, when we arrived home we discovered that the back tire Bearing (mechanical) is damaged and It makes a very annoying sound, we came back to them after few hours, they didn't accept to return it, they said we must put it in service and waiting for results 30 days!
Did not receive my orders after waiting a month for them. Customer services just kept telling me they had been dispatched or their courier had picked them up yet the tracking number they gave me does not exist according to their courier services. Offered no help whatsoever so I'll warn future customers not to bother! I only gave one star as I had to give something to post review otherwise I'd have given them none! Very unhappy customer!

Any Other Shop That I Went To Let Me Get An Exchange For A Diffrent Item. But They Said I Couldn't Because I Didn't Have A Receipt. But All Of The Other Clothes/Shoes Shops Have Let Me. Really Bad Customer Service Don't Buy If You Want To Not Get A Refund If The Item Doesn't Fit
Hi. The second time I receive defective products at the purchase. The first time I was helped and I solved the problem. The second time, the SportDirect service tries to avoid return costs and leave me with defective products. I am disappointed with the approach of the SportDirect customer service. They do not want to change my product or return my money, and they incur additional costs for the delivery of defective products to the teeth. I do not recommend SportDirect. They are not responsible for what they sell, and considering the defects of the products, I think they are not original from the manufacturers. I suggest you don't buy their products. You will remain dissatisfied. Thank you.
I ordered items on 13th and got a confirmation email same day. However on 16th I thought I would email as no further update. I must admit it was a real hassle to get a reply. I ended up emailing 5 times and going to Resolver. Finally got a reply saying NO ORDER OF THAT NUMBER EXISTED. I then sent another email with proof attached that the order DID INDEED EXIST. They sent me the number for it so obviously it EXISTED. Low and behold after many emails unanswered I finally got another email saying one item was out of stock (surprising how they knew this if order did NOT EXIST. We are now at the 18th July and no delivery as yet although did get a further email saying it might take more than 7 days to deliver. I have to say every other retailer I ordered from on 13th could tell me there and then if items were in stock and also all these other parcels have been received. If Dportsdirect want customers to shop online they have to update their website so customers are aware at point of order if items are in stock or not. Also the delivery times are atrocious. If I ever do receive my parcel it will be a MIRACLE. Please NEVRR SHOP with this company. All you will get is hassle and stress. I will NEVER shop with them again either online or in store. I would have to say they rank as the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to order from!
When you order stuff just when you forget you ordered from this company it arrives. Poor service not sure why orders take so long.
They advertised for outdoor tennis table and we purchased this online for delivery within one week. Due to national shortage during corona, this was not delivered and I guess the prosuct did not exist. I feel they play and secure customers. No info from customer service who doesn't offer any telephone communication anyway but email only. Totally got it wrong as they believe they are in demand ( in view of corona and people's need for sport! I am disappointed and disgusted that following 6 emails or more, they now cancelled the purchased to refund the payment labelling it as " lost"!
My kids who have waited eagerly fir this are now unhappy and feeling let down by this larger company. We believe it is non ethical and wrong to have such Monopoly during lockdown period.

Stratford Road, Shirley reopened yesterday. Total shambles. Waited 2 hours in the disorganised queue. People walking to the front and being allowed in. People joining others without having waited from the back of the queue. Families of 6 and more allowed in together, even though it stated maximum of 2 people. Finally got into the shop. Lack of staff to assist. I only required a tennis racket dampener and a pair of sports sunglasses. This business isn't a sports shop but an over priced, cheap clothing and shoe shop.
I ordered with next day delivery and guess what? It didn't come! Not the first but last time I order from Sports Direct.
By far the worst shopping experience i ever had! I am currently waiting for my order for nearly a month! I wrote 6-7 emails regarding it, most of which got completly ignored! It took them 20 days to replace my items, once they started "moving" it and Hermes courier got it they put it on another 24h delay which im still waiting for a week later. Both companies just send me back and forward between each other and don't take any responsibility in the rare occasions when they do reply to my emails!
The customer service is THE WORST, web site, app and delivery services are terrible too. Clothes are very poor quality.

I ordred two items off sports direct never recieved a confirmation email I contacted there customer service via email was told they would reply to me within 3 working days it has been seven working days and still nothing. Absolutely terrible service
Bought online due to pandemic and it's my daughters birthday spent over 250 euro which is alot for me. Got Nike air runners 90 euro gave blisters on sole of feet never happened before. But worse product was the Nike leggings totally different from image on site there response was that there was no fault with product and sometimes image will be different if I choose to return will cost 7euro per item also got bikini for 12 year only in size small adult it wouldn't even fit my 3 year old very disappointed first pic is what I received second pic what I ordered

Answer: Stores in the USA selling hiking boots usually have thick socks for customers to put on before trying boots. If this store does not, it would be wise to wear the socks you plan to use with the boots when trying them on. Caveat emptor
Answer: On the issue of not refunding the purchase price, is that common policy for retailers in the UK? I'm surprised there isn't a government agency for consumer protection that looks into / bans this.
