Bought a pair of walking boots at your Swansea store on 3rd June. When I tried them at home with thick pair of hiking socks the boots became uncomfortable. Took the boots back expecting a refund and I was refused. I wasn't explained that there was no refund when I purchased them. Can you please help as I need the money?

Stores in the USA selling hiking boots usually have thick socks for customers to put on before trying boots. If this store does not, it would be wise to wear the socks you plan to use with the boots when trying them on.
