I have returned a package and got conformation from DPD that it arrived at your warehouse. I didn't get my money back and after contacting the customer service I found out the warehouse cannot find my package, even though I have proof it arrived. Customer service is refushing to return my money. Worst company there is.

Since October I had been trying to return an order. Finally I got a returns label and sent items back only to be told it was too late to return items and that they were sending them back to me. Weeks later I am still waiting to receive my items back and they are still refusing a refund so I now don't have the items I ordered or my money back.
Disgraceful service.

This is my second worst experience with sports direct i can order two track suits online and when I get a parcel from two track suits one have a missing lower and instead of lower they send me a mug I can complaint they vaiting me for two weeks and they told we r investing and today they denied coz he told nothing is missing in the parcel when I can recieved the parcel will not open or damage I think this thing doing the staff coz he take out the lower and put a mug is the same weight but sports direct not accept their mistake it's worst experience with sports direct from now me and my family i never buy anything from sports direct sports direct is a company of thieves my order number is. Their return policy for both online and store purchase is a rip off and a scam. Items received are either incomplete or missing items.
Absolutely awful. Never again! Terrible customer service, of little there is.
Missing items? Don't worry, you'll never see your money nor your items, but will take around 2 months before notifying you that it's "your problem, not ours".
Want to send a complaint? That seems too simple, they took it up a notch and decided on a game of tressure hunt. "Sure, we'd be happy to help with that. Please send us an email at [email address] and we can provide you with the complaints procedure. Thank you for reaching out." Off on the hunt I got to find the email address that I am assuming is missing from the [box]. When you do find an email address, the email bounced back as they won't accept it.
What happened to a good old fashioned phone number? Their service is fantastic for people who are sight impaired or not IT literate.

Purchased a paddling pool, used twice, then pool would not longer stay inflated. Still within the years guarantee so requested a refund, refused, replacement refused. Only an offer of ME posting to their warehouse for it to be investigated. What a complete nonsense, sports direct investigating their own product is not an impartial investigation, or indeed do I trust them to be fair.
Taking advice and action now against them and leaving lots of negative feedback on all social media to warn others about their practice.

I ordered from SportsDirect.com, but my parcel has never arrived. When I requested a refund, they claimed the parcel was delivered according to the shipping courier. However, the delivery proof picture is just a random image taken at my apartment concierge. My name is not visible among the parcels, and the packages shown are much too small to contain my order of 16 shirts, pants, and a pair of shoes.
Despite this, Sports Direct considers this picture as proof of delivery and has closed the case, refusing to issue a refund.
Will never be using this company again! Ordered 2 pairs of joggers, received only one. Raised a query straight on arrival, was asked for pictures of parcel and missing item?!. Provided pictures! Was told that the item has been registered by the scan machine at the packing facility and definitely sent to me?! Is it another Horizon malfunction?:-(. And, in the end, was basically called a liar for £15 joggers! Wow! Sports Direct! What an experience! Never again!
I am utterly disappointed with Sports Center's customer service and their handling of my recent purchase issue. Despite the courier's claim of a compliant delivery, I never received the €40 item. After a thorough investigation, Sports Center dismissed my claim without consideration, leaving me without the product I paid for and causing both inconvenience and financial loss. Their refusal to address the possibility of a delivery error or any other issues is disheartening. This experience reflects a complete lack of accountability and customer care. Beware of their dismissive approach and think twice before making a purchase on their website.
Worst customer service and postal service. I ordered the goods, the shipping fee was 60 euros. For this 60 euros, I got a broken package, where some ordered items were missing. Customer service has not been able to answer me within 15 days how they will resolve this situation. If you write in sportdirect's custom service, there is only silence from there. Considering that the postage was quite high (60 euros), it is absurd to receive a broken and poorly packed package with missing items. Customer service below any record, does not communicate with you at all.
I want to warn other people about Sports Direct practices... I have ordered two items which unfortunately I had to return. I got refunded for one item only. After waiting patiently for two weeks I have decided to contact customer service to ask about the second part of my refund (almost £60...)
After investigating the case they contacted me again saying that I DIDN'T RETURN the shoes so they cannot refund the money...
Absolutely unacceptable.
So now, I have got no shoes and no money...
Be aware! They're just stealing people's money!
Not even interested in resolving the problem! After multiple complaints all I got back was "sorry for inconvenience"...

False Advertising, Stay Away. My partner bought me trainers online twice that I liked the look of based on the website pictures. I was sent trainers which were similar but a different design, logo shape and colour disappointedly i sent them back and was unable to purchase the ones I wanted. Then stupidly a couple of years later I bought work boots and exactly the same issue, product sent totally different to online pictures. No coincidence in my opinion. I think they advertise good looking product at a decent price in order to sell less attractive inferior product and hope that many people just accept the inferior product. They are quick enough to take your money then when you have a problem its impossible to have a conversation with customer service about it and the shops are not interested with dealing with your online purchase issues. Never Ever Again... Total Shambles
In spite of all the negative reviews I have made several purchases from Sports Direct Online. The prices were excellent. The items were rare and impossible to locate anywhere else at a price anything short of extortion. Yes, the shipping is expensive but more than made up for by the bargain prices. Don't blame Sports Direct for high shipping prices - that's just how it is. Every order I received exactly what I had ordered. Excellent tracking and very quick international shipping. I would not hesitate to purchase from Sports Direct again. Thank-you for reading this review. Cheers.
I ordered from SportsDirect.com tree days ago to be with me yesterday and the cost for delivery is really high £7.99, but the parcel is not arrived...
They said was delivered but I didn't receive and now I'm in position to order other Christmas presents for my son and a investigator for them.
Is not first time when I have to wait for my order with them and Evri.

Purchase a pair of joggers (£65) as a gift, but needed the next size up. Tried 4 stores and online for a replacement/exchange but these are not available. Tried to get a refund as being unable to exchange to purchase elsewhere (all within return timescales) however, the store advises that only customer services can deal with a refund, they can only offer exchange (despite being unable to do so) and customer services advise that they are a Seperate entity (both owned by Frasers and trading under the same name) and cannot deal with any store purchased products. Complete waste of time, everyone just fobs you off - my advice is buy elsewhere as if anything goes wrong you cannot get anyone to try to resolve the issue. Definitely not the No 1 Sports Retailer!
Ordered soccer Jersey from SportsDirect in early December for a Christmas present and gave the correct address. It didn't arrive before Christmas but I accepted this on the basis that it was a busy time. However it didn't arrive after Christmas either. When I enquired I was told to fill in a non-received document and a full refund would be arranged. However this refund never happened and my subsequent emails were ignored and unanswered. So basically no jersey and no refund...lousy!
They are trying a lot of scams on their customers. Actual method is that they are sending unvalid birthday promo codes and you than customer find out in last step in checkout that promo code is unvalid and they hope that you will pay full price for items which you added to the basket.They are trying a lot of similat scam method on customers.
I ordered trainers, but when I received there were marks on them and tight knots in the laces that could not be undone. Caused me the inconvenience of having to return them, customer service was very poor and cut me off. Will never shop here again, clearly they have a monopoly as they just don't care about their customers. The owner says it all.
Payed for next day delivery which turned into 3-5 working days so didn't need to spend £9.99! Contacted customer services three times and still waiting a response or acknowledgement.
Items arrived (eventually) but not at the time scale that I payed for- if they can't deliver on a service they offer they should refund customers on delivery costs and not offer those services!

After reading all the comments from everyone else I won't be coming back here. Lesson learned.
We were sent a faulty Wilson Fibre basketball - the valve fell into the ball when inflation was attempted. The website says contact Customer Services - there is no such thing! And now time has run out and we cannot return it at all. I will never again buy from SportsDirect - a very poor and dishonest company.
Answer: Stores in the USA selling hiking boots usually have thick socks for customers to put on before trying boots. If this store does not, it would be wise to wear the socks you plan to use with the boots when trying them on. Caveat emptor
Answer: On the issue of not refunding the purchase price, is that common policy for retailers in the UK? I'm surprised there isn't a government agency for consumer protection that looks into / bans this.
