My son ordered a top and was send a different style but same brand. Contacted customer services which stated if read styles may vary but clearly you are wanting to buy what you are seeing. They did say could be returned at own cost shocking service do not buy from them as clearly can send what they want. See photos. AVOID
Terrible, they have phone numbers to contact them that do not exist. Once I get my refund I will not be shopping there again. You cannot ring anyone there, they are totally useless when it comes to customer service. Avoid at all costs

Order placed on line. All items shown in stock. Paid for next day delivery. Only one item arrived out of the 4 ordered. Tracking makes no sense. Cannot speak to a human. Emails make no sense and they cannot tell me when the rest of the order will be dispatched or cancel the order.
I will not be using them again.
I've been ordering stuff from Sportsdirect.com for me and my entire family and only once there was a product missing and they refunded me right away.
I don't get it why some people hate them, sure, if you buy a 0.05 $ shirt it won't be of high quality, but I like even the 1$ Slazenger shirts! Good god it's 1$!

Ordered a regatta jacket Friday 19 Dec for standard delivery service in Ireland Order was delivered 23 Dec. I was not at home driver called me enquiring my whereabouts he agreed to leave parcel next door with neighbour. Excellent delivery service and jacket was perfect at a fantastic price. Will be ordering again.
I ordred two items off sports direct never recieved a confirmation email I contacted there customer service via email was told they would reply to me within 3 working days it has been seven working days and still nothing. Absolutely terrible service
I saw a photo of an orange Casio watch and wanted one, so did a search. SportsDirect USA was offering one, but it was unclear what the shipping cost was (I live in the USA, and I gather this item is only sold in Europe). I ordered it, thinking I would cancel if they wanted too much for shipping, but they only added 99 cents?!
However, my usual online shopping experience is that the order is confirmed right away and then shipped the next day, which didn't happen - at least not to my knowledge. I then checked reviews, and found a very low rating on TrustPilot. However, most of those having issues seemed to be people buying clothing online (always risky) and having fit/return problems, which theoretically didn't apply to me.
They post a Customer Service email address, but clearly place a very low priority on responding. After getting a message that the order was Processed, I didn't get any shipping notification. Finally, three days (!) after it was Processed, I got a message that it was collected. However, the carrier was wnDirect, which I also found many poor reviews for.
Much to my amazement it was delivered in Boston today, less than a week since I placed the order!
I'm giving them a 4 due to their lack of clear information on order status and the non-response of their alleged Customer Service staff.

If you looking for quality waterproof boots, don't buy these. The price corresponding quality - got leak after 2 weeks of wearing in normal daily use. Water starts coming in even walking on just the wet grass.
Also I have feet length 27 cm and I bought 9 UK, fits perfect (even can put on second pair of thin socks).

Having purchased items online and having an item missing I contacted customer service for resolution, they have advised on two occasions the item was sent, although they provide absolutely no proof, they are refusing to take accountability for their mistake, so I have been spoken to cheekily, made out to be liar and now I'm left out of pocket for an item I have never received and now I'm having to pursue through trading standards. This is an absolutely shocking company to deal with having been a loyal customer for years I can confidently say I will never shop with this company again, don't make the same mistake I did, spend you cash with a decent company.

Purchased a new No fear backpack and received a soiled inferior item that had been salvaged from the clearance bin. Attempted to raise a dispute and dealt with difficult uncooperative staff whos objective was to make me go away and not rectify issue.
The first and last time purchasing online from Sports Direct resulted in only a partial refund - £40 out of £120.
Dealing with the customer service is a nightmare - via emails only - they claim they only received 4 items and did not provide any proof or a solution. I am still £80 short and there is no one to talk to. An absolute nightmare.
Poor quality products at value prices, no refund only exchange. And what they sell it's hard to find elsewhere. Why like I said a lot of stuff is fake. And guys believe me. Some of their kids nike footwear is fake. Pay a few pounds extra elsewhere and get the proper quality.
Negative experience with this shop. They sent the wrong item twice in a row. I'm trying to contact them to resolve the issue, they avoid my emails. It is frustrating to deal with this lack of customer service. I will never be shopping there again.
Underhand, still not received my refund for a faulty trainers, returning cost me £5. Total joke.
Left a review for the very poor quality trainers, stating just that, refuse to publish my review. Very dishonest only publishing the good reviews.

With a simple situation that I had spending hours to try to get money back. Ordered online for store pick up there was no information on the processing order how long it takes so I contacted them immediately and got a very bad response I can't cancel and I have to send it back so I have to drive to a store to pick up something that they can't deliver on time and then send it back wasting precious time and resources and petrol and for what because one incapable person not even trying to help. I find size of this company having such a bad response
Absolutely shocked to find out Sports Direct offer such poor refund options. Tried to return a pair of mens walking pants with receipts, all labels on, because it didnt fit right... They would only offer an instore paper voucher. They only offer money refunds if items are faulty. No where does it say this in black and white or warn you before you buy. I bought these pants for his birthday for him to try on at home. Such poor customer service, not acting in the interests of the customer, actually forcing me to spend my money in store, which I will never do again so I feel they have actually stolen my money. Then they gave me a filmsy gift receipt which blew out my hand in the car park so Ive lost £22 now and I was too upset to return to the store and ask for another print out. It was my first time returning an item and usually spend hundreds both online and in our local store as the kids and I buy wetsuits, wet shoes and gloves all year round. My husband and son, both keen golfers, buy their golf clothes and we have all had good quality walking boots from here. We have been repeat customers for years and we will never shop here again. Such a shame. The fact the paper gift receipt was so easy to loose too makes me feel they just want to keep your money in the hope you will loose the voucher and they can steal your money. Reading the other reviews, I cant believe how many had the same problem as me! Awful refund policy!
Could not be more disappointed in the product, the customer service and the company as a whole. I ordered a pair of football boots which were slightly different to what was advertised, I sent them back as they were too large. They didn't accept my request, then posted them to an address and then told me 'sorry I was unable to locate your boots'. Describing their outsourced customer service 'terrible' would be an understatement
Ordered nearly 4 weeks ago, still not received. Have emailed customer services, messaged through Facebook and Twitter several still no parcel or refund. Invited by Sports Direct to write a review on their website, which I did but was later emailed to say review wouldn't be published!
I purchased a pair of Karrimor waterproof hiking boots about six months ago (did not keep receipt) and just walking through wet grass my feet get soaked. I should have known better now that the original Karrimor, who made first class walking gear, have been taken over by SportsDirect; they always cheapen good names
Answer: Stores in the USA selling hiking boots usually have thick socks for customers to put on before trying boots. If this store does not, it would be wise to wear the socks you plan to use with the boots when trying them on. Caveat emptor
Answer: On the issue of not refunding the purchase price, is that common policy for retailers in the UK? I'm surprised there isn't a government agency for consumer protection that looks into / bans this.
