I've been waiting for my order (pair of trainers) for over 2 weeks. They arrived with the delivery company (EVRI) on the 14th June - see attached screenshot. I have previous with Evri - and it appears that a vast number of others have a similar experience. There is an arrogance about both companies as they treat complainers with complete contempt.
Absolutely disgusting customer service! Bought a pair of trainers yesterday and they dont fit, advisor said they would stretch but on getting home they are just too small, dont do my size and dont have anything else i want, asked for a refund and was told no and its not my problem by stuart the manager in milton keynes
The worst brand ever! I ordered an article, paying for a fast delivery. After more than a month, article was not even sent. When an attempt was finally made, provider could not reach me because I lost my phone. I received an email from Sports Direct saying that I have to go to fetch the article myself, but they did not provide any information allowing me to do so (address didn't have a street, and phone number had na additional digit). Despite numerous email exchanges, client service was completely deaf to my request (on top of being rude and extremely unpleasant). As a result, I did not receive my article and Sports Direct refused to reimburse me.
Now I know why the manager of sport direct at Manchester fort working on 22-01-2016 was rude to me.,
It's simply because in this sportsdirect there's no organisational structure that runs the rules of the company in a proper order...
The named Alex manager of this rude manufactures shop was unable to even tell me his name for the complaint I am making now...
When I asked that manager why to have a displayed shoe that does not have a matching size pair!?! The Alex thing answered that they have ******* pairs of shoes and they can't make sure this doesn't happen...
I felt really sorry for this Alex and wanted to offer him to buy half of their stock to relief his brain from crowded shoes pressure...

Purchased 3 pair nike bottoms when got home found 1 faulted returned to shop to be refused replacement complained to head office to be told its down to the manager of shop and recommended I went to another sports direct and see what they say beyond a joke £50 waisted I will never use this robbing company again
Recently bought two jackets and socks online from New Zealand. Sizes of the jackets were so far out that I could not possibly wear it, and also do not know anyone large enough to give it to. The socks were so small that it was too tight for my wife wearing four sizes smaller than me in ladies measurement. When I tried to return it, I found that it would cost about the same as the refund I would receive. Their customer service also went quite after I confronted them with the misleading size information on their web page, and that I should not have to front up for the cost of returning the items. Best advice I can offer is to stay away from them.
I received my parcel that was open and half of the stuff was missing, I contacted customer services straight away but had to send 2 and 3 emails each time to get any response, the responses were poor providing very little information and I am weeks down the line still waiting a refund.
I have used sports direct in the past and had no issues so I have never had to contact customer services before and after this order I won't be using them again.
Did not receive my orders after waiting a month for them. Customer services just kept telling me they had been dispatched or their courier had picked them up yet the tracking number they gave me does not exist according to their courier services. Offered no help whatsoever so I'll warn future customers not to bother! I only gave one star as I had to give something to post review otherwise I'd have given them none! Very unhappy customer!
Bought a stunt scooter for my daughters birthday and it arrived today. The box was damaged and ripped open and clearly nothing like new. The scooter was clearly used with scratches and bumps all over it and parts missing so it was unusable junk. I have seen better condition at a car boot sale. I was gobsmacked that a company like this would even try to pass this rubbish off. It cost £53 plus £6.99 delivery and £13.04 to return. I have lost the £20 delivery prices and now have a very upset little girl on her birthday. There is now way that sport direct could not have know the condition they were sending this in. It looks like it has been passed about a fair bit between customers. I have spoken to trading standards because this feels like consumer fraud.
I was buy it a bicycle and after 10 days, coming without bolts, fork was bend, no seat clips, frame was scratch a lot. Send them 5 emails with photos like proof and no answer... stay away from SportDirect.! They are cowboys.!
Ordered sneakers wrong size you have to pay a fortune to send back, contacted them they basically said tough luck they could not supply a return label even if I paid for it. Don't order from them it's nothing but a hassle!
Ordered a regatta jacket Friday 19 Dec for standard delivery service in Ireland Order was delivered 23 Dec. I was not at home driver called me enquiring my whereabouts he agreed to leave parcel next door with neighbour. Excellent delivery service and jacket was perfect at a fantastic price. Will be ordering again.
I have been a customer of this platform for many years. Over 30 orders, I had one of them confused and after contacting you personally by phone for 2 minutes, we understood and it was sent again. Until recently, after an order for 300 pounds, two of the sets arrived only the tops of them. After a long and tedious writing several times with their virtual chat and with them. First I found out that they will check for the rest of the team, then that they will be sent, then they offer me a 50% discount if I want to keep the item, what nonsense? And I had to send it at my expense because of their mistake! If they mess up the size or color I should or something doesn't arrive, they will waste my time in the same way. They are very badly incorrect, they have also become in terms of service. I don't think I'll use them for shopping anymore, you decide
I only wish I could give this company no stars! U looked for an item online which showed as in stock. Other similar items were out of stock, so I went for the more expensive item instead, just because it said it was in stock. Later I got an email stating the item was out of stock after all! Subsequently my bank is holding over £450 for Sports Direct until the charge 'drops off', thus I can't use this money to purchase a similar item from another company! I'm furious with them!
Terrible shameful company. Still waiting for my debit card refund for online order returned via shop 3 and half weeks ago. They dont answer their phones, do not reply to your emails. Have now had to get my bank involved to get my money back via debit card dispute claim. This company should not be trading in my opinion. They are doing this to hundreds if not thousands if customers... keeping their money after goods returned. Ive contacted the BBC, Watchdog programme, my MP, and trading standards... hopefully this company will ge investigated.
Ordered 12 items via their website. Package delivered to the wrong address 2 miles away. When I received the package it had been opened, items were missing and some obviously opened and tried on. I complained via website with no joy. I called to complain at least 2 dozen times but each time got the message that they are very busy and then they terminate the call. I would strongly warn people to be very cautious when thinking of shopping with this company.

When i opened the box i could see that they where different i have sent many pictures back to sports direct with measurements and positions of the shoe to see that marking dont line up they always come back with a message saying they look the same
I would never ever buy from this company again. Appalling customer service, make up their own rules and conditions whilst denying yours. If you want junk, used return items, that generally do not fit, be denied your rights, be ignored, do not want your questions or concerns and emails answered in a reasonable time and manner, have your orders altered without your input or response then this is the company for you. If you want professional customer service, be treated like a customer and have your rights then keep well away from this appalling company.
Waited 8 days for a parcel. After numerous emails with them failing to reply I telephoned them today and it appears to be lost. They blamed the courier but they had never passed the parcel onto the courier. Up to 5 days for a refund or wait another week for them to send out again. No thank you I will take my money elsewhere!

We bought joggers and after the transition gone through i saw it was an offer for 2 of them. So i asked nicely if I can add one so it becomes an offer. She says no its against the policy after the transaction. We said that's fine give us the refund and we will buy those joggers again in a different transaction. She was happy to give refund but refused to do the sale again as per her its against the policy. When we asked her where is written that policy she has no answer and carry on arguing with no reason!
Answer: Stores in the USA selling hiking boots usually have thick socks for customers to put on before trying boots. If this store does not, it would be wise to wear the socks you plan to use with the boots when trying them on. Caveat emptor
Answer: On the issue of not refunding the purchase price, is that common policy for retailers in the UK? I'm surprised there isn't a government agency for consumer protection that looks into / bans this.
