I ordered items on 13th and got a confirmation email same day. However on 16th I thought I would email as no further update. I must admit it was a real hassle to get a reply. I ended up emailing 5 times and going to Resolver. Finally got a reply saying NO ORDER OF THAT NUMBER EXISTED. I then sent another email with proof attached that the order DID INDEED EXIST. They sent me the number for it so obviously it EXISTED. Low and behold after many emails unanswered I finally got another email saying one item was out of stock (surprising how they knew this if order did NOT EXIST. We are now at the 18th July and no delivery as yet although did get a further email saying it might take more than 7 days to deliver. I have to say every other retailer I ordered from on 13th could tell me there and then if items were in stock and also all these other parcels have been received. If Dportsdirect want customers to shop online they have to update their website so customers are aware at point of order if items are in stock or not. Also the delivery times are atrocious. If I ever do receive my parcel it will be a MIRACLE. Please NEVRR SHOP with this company. All you will get is hassle and stress. I will NEVER shop with them again either online or in store. I would have to say they rank as the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to order from!
