If you can avoid spectrum by all means DO IT. Worst, absolutely THE worst company I've ever had to deal with, customer service is completely 180degreez from what Time Warner was,
Spectrum is heartless, makes things as difficult as it can for people, charges TOP DOLLAR for crap content, reruns & WAY too many commercials, no matter what channel, pixelated pictures, downtime, and don't forget to pay that Bill BEFORE it's due or they 1- put these stupid Message screens on TV, PC &2- make constant repeat, multiple phone calls thru out the day, even calling one time at 4 in the F'n MORNING
Thier management is THE absolute WORST, greedy, money grubbing POS, ever,
If you miss your due date, they turn EVERYTHING off, PHONE, TV, & Intrnt, & don't believe them when they say "OH it will come right back on when you pay", BS.
Takes days,{you go DAYS w/o PHONE}, requires tech visits to your house & they still don't know how to get the TV back on, have to make multiple calls to THIER tech center,& it still turns off AGAIN, before the tech leaves your driveway,
So you rush outside to catch him & FINALLY he does it right

STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM SPECTRUM AS YOU CAN!
