Their service has always been horribly unreliable, and incredibly slow even when it was working. In my opinion, go with literally any other provider.

Spectrum is heartless, makes things as difficult as it can for people, charges TOP DOLLAR for crap content, reruns & WAY too many commercials, no matter what channel, pixelated pictures, downtime, and don't forget to pay that Bill BEFORE it's due or they 1- put these stupid Message screens on TV, PC &2- make constant repeat, multiple phone calls thru out the day, even calling one time at 4 in the F'n MORNING

If you miss your due date, they turn EVERYTHING off, PHONE, TV, & Intrnt, & don't believe them when they say "OH it will come right back on when you pay", BS.
Takes days,{you go DAYS w/o PHONE}, requires tech visits to your house & they still don't know how to get the TV back on, have to make multiple calls to THIER tech center,& it still turns off AGAIN, before the tech leaves your driveway,
So you rush outside to catch him & FINALLY he does it right
