Ordered $150 of products on Oct 16,2014 and credit card was charged almost immediately; it is now December 24,2014 and after multiple emails and phone calls, my products have NOT been shipped; I wish I had read all the other reviews before ordering and losing my money!

Horrible! Same problem everyone else has! 150.00 charged to my credit card and no product! Worst customer service ever, they are a total scam, liars and they stole my money. I am pissed!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

They will quite literally steal your money. Ordered placed Oct 1, still nothing received - will not respond to my inquiries at all.

MY ADVICE for all affected by this: report this to your credit card company immediately. It took me 20 seconds on hold for RBC to investigate and refund the money back to my card. I'm sure they've heard of this company many times.

Unfortunately I also fall in the same trap. As a returning customer was never expecting to get fulled by a small business. The order was placed, amount was charged and after more than a MONTH the order was never shipped. They also PROMISED and DID NOT reimbursed my cc back. Just placed a dispute with my CC company, hopefully will get my money back. Unbelievable...

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Do not waste your money! Every time I ordered from the website I had problems. And just now experienced live the worst customer service I have received ever even compared to some European countries I have been to.
I live in Vancouver, Spa Boutique is in Vancouver yet the orders never get shipped until you escalate to the management. YOU WILL wait forever then they will screw it up and if you even dare to go to the store beware of unprofessional, condescending and snobby high school drop outs or beauty specialists.

I ordered online and that was the worst experience I've ever had. I placed my order on July 2nd, my credit card was charged immediately, I received a shipment 3 weeks later with everything checked off on the invoice but only half the products delivered. Trying to call and email was unsuccessful since no one answers the phone or your emails. After trying numerous times every day I finally got hold of someone a week later who said they must have missed putting the missing items in the box. 2 weeks after that still no products arrived. So I started the same game with calling and emailing again. Then after another 2 weeks (now 6 weeks after my initial order was placed) I sent them an email saying that I'd report them to the better business bureau. Within 10 minutes I had a reply saying that my products were still on back order (so they never even had them in stock?) and they offered me some products instead, which were not even close to what I had ordered. So I demanded a refund for the missing products. Now another week later still no refund or answer so I asked my credit card company to reverse the charges. Now they can deal with them. Ordering at Spa Boutique has cost me a lot of my free time and I hope they won't be in business much longer. Do NOT order from them.

This is my follow up email, It is now Oct 8th, 2014 and I still haven't received my refund of $168.00 (order number #****). Over the last few years I have purchased over a thousand dollars of products from you and I have never had any trouble with you, but since I have requested a refund I am having to email you over and over and waste my time to get a simple refund. It's a shame that this is taking you over 3 months, please return my money. I don't wish to waste my time anymore. I will have to take this matter to Better Business Bureaus and to CTV Steele on your side. I hope to hear from you soon.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE, EVER! You will just throw your money at the window. They dont send you your products and find all the excuses not to. And if you're among the rare customers to get your products, it will take months, after a lot of emails and phone calls. I just called my credit card company to dispute the charges, after 2 months of waiting...

I placed an order on October 28,2014. It is now January 3,2015. After countless attempts to communicate with them I have yet to receive my order. Their phone number is out of service and they have an autoreply for any emails sent to them. THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT COMPANY! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Just today I had my credit card company reverse the charges and I have also contacted the authorities. Who knows if any criminal action will be taken against them, but they need to be stopped. Just order your products from Amazon instead!

Not at all happy about this site. My very first order was fine. After that, unbelievably bad. I HATE that they charge right away; I HATE that you can place items in your cart even though they're out of stock, and be charged for them, to boot; I HATE that you don't even know anything is amiss until you FINALLY get your order; I HATE that you have to prod them for the money you are owed back.
I will never order from this site again. Too bad as they are one of the few online places that carry SpaRitual products, which is why I went to them in the first place.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever ordered from online. When I didn't receive my order I starting researching them and found this amazing article about how great they were in the Globe and Mail. They have grown to have 30 employees - what are they doing all day?
You place an order, you don't receive it, then you get emails about how they are filling the orders and then you get told NOT TO CONTACT them in the month of December. I have never experienced anything like this before - see ENMAT50 on Twitter

ZERO FOR RATING! I wish I had researched the company and read all these reviews before I bought products online from them! They basically stole my money. It has been over 2 months now and I still don't have the product I ordered and the refund they "promised" to give me after the product NEVER ARRIVED! They need to refund me $100! I have sent several emails back and forth to them, and they NEVER do what they say they will do--namely REFUND the money they stole from me, after having NEVER sent the product!
My advice to anyone reading this, NEVER EVER order from spa boutique. It's a scam and you will lose your money.

I was unbelievably unhappy with my last SpaBoutique.ca experience. They charge your credit card immediately, and don't bother sending you your products. I placed an order on June 29th that I'm still waiting for, and it's July 30th. They say on the website that you can expect in 6-12 days! I've called and e-mailed multiple times, only to find out that they are shipping me a **partial order** and refunding me the rest of my money. But the refund will take 10 days minimum. I had ordered from them around December of 2013 and the products didn't arrive quickly but at least they arrived! After this experience, NEVER AGAIN! I don't know about the other women that use this site, but I don't anticipate my body care needs a full month in advance of when I need them. So I've had to buy the products anyway before I receive the shipment I paid for over a month ago now. I'm not sure why they are providing such exceptionally poor service when they are an online business that people can run into the ground with negative reviews. Anyway, here's hoping this happens! Spaboutique.ca takes peoples' money and immediately forgets them.

Please Buyer Beware! Worst customer service I have ever dealt with as everyone else on this site has expressed. I am ashamed this is a Canadian business. I ordered product early in July and credit card was charged right away with $300. They sent email back saying it would arrive 6 - 12 days later. No such thing happened. Contacted them 10 days later and they said my order was back ordered and would be sent out as soon as it came in. August still no product arrived. Contacted them again and had the promise that it was coming UPS Express ( no tracking # given) Again never arrived. They completely ignored my last email and i can no longer get into my account ( my password and email is invalid) it seems they have moved and no orders before August seem to exist. It is now well into September still no word. Advised my credit card company and they told me they would dispute it. Also contacted BBB which I believe are reevaluating their rating. I probably won't get my money back but if enough people complain at least maybe it will help someone else from dealing with this nightmare of a business scam.

I do not know how this company remains in operation. They deserve 0 stars. I placed an order with them August 10th, 2014. I sent an email at the end of August as I could not call and leave a message. The phone numbers listed all state that voice mailboxes are full and you cannot leave a message. I finally circumvented and called for a spa appointment and got through but was then transferred and told that there had been technical problems and that my order would be sent out October 1st. I received a partial order on October 20th. I don't know whether it was coincidental but the three items missing from the order are the three most expensive items on the order. The sheet provided with the order states that if there are problems to please call *******315 but don't bother. The mailbox is full. I am now going to contact Better Business Bureau and have them send an email on my behalf. I'm not giving up. I want my order and I want it in full. However, buyer beware. I will never use this company again and would counsel anyone to avoid them.

This is worst customer service I have ever had. They did not send me half of the items I purchased and they continually lied to me about when the rest of my products would be delivered. They also lied to me about when I would receive my refund after I cancelled my order due to the horrendous service.

I have never been treated with this much distain and insignificance.

Same stuff as below. Thank god my order was only $140. Previous orders have been more than that.
I think what has happened is that took our money when we ordered (which they are NOT supposed to do! They are supposed to charge your credit card ONLY when the product is shipped! Fraud # 1).
Then they kept you hoping that your order would arrive by putting notices up on their website that they can't get back to you because they were TOOO successful. So you gave them another couple of weeks.
Then you try to call them, and the site shows "our phones will be back up next week" when that notice has been there for how long?
Then you reallize you've been scammed, and by then it's too late to get your money back from PayPal.
And Spa boutique is laughing at all of our reviews.

Everyone who hasn't got your money back, let me know if we want to organize a class action suit and fry these criminals. If they are truly bankrupt, they need to take their site down! I can't believe that their site is still up and they are still taking people's money. In Vancouver!
Please call the police and take them down.
