These have been a sitting on my closet I can't remember if I wore them even once. The leather is peeling off. Falling off in droves. Must be plastic instead. Horrible quality. The sole isn't worn so it's not from over wear, it's due to quality.
The quality of these shoes are terrible. There is no grip at the bottom and some of the suede was already starting to peel. Forget about customer service, they will not respond for days and give you generic answers. A total scam!
I just ordered several pairs of shoes from Sole Society. They were all final sale, so I can't return them. I assumed (silly me) that these were great shoes from the glowing reviews they receive on their website. These are very cheaply made shoes with poor designs. I'm now stuck with these junk shoes that I can't do anything with. The sizing is right, but there's odd issues that show up that make wearing the shoes impossible like one pair is so narrow I can barely fit my already narrow feet in and a pair that has stretched out straps that do not fit anyone. Please stay away from this company.
I read the other reviews on here, and thought I'd test my luck I guess. I ordered taupe ankle boots in a size 5. What did they send me, though? A size 9. Definitely the same thing, right? I'm super disappointed. The boots look cute, but the insides look kind of cheap, so I can't really test out the wear of them. $50 dollars just gone. I'll have to give these to my boyfriend's mom since they are her size.
I Bought a pair of boots online. They came very quickly, and were a good quality. 2 Days later they were on sale 50.00 less. Tried calling there customer service but the phone # kept disconnecting due to high call volume. I email customer service and received a reply quickly stating they do NOT give price adjustments. I can send them back at my expense and repurchase them. I will not buy from them again.

Checked the website made sure the order came through before 7 am pst... paid extra for 2 day shipping, and 2 days later the item still hasn't shipped. I go to call Customer support surprise surprise they are currently closed for the holiday...

I have never ordered boots online, but I found a pair in a catalog that looked so cute. They arrived quickly, but when I opened the box, I found these $130 boots had little holes in the leather and they looked like they had been worn and painted. Everybody in my office was watching me open them and it was embarrassing to say the least to see such poor quality for the extreme price. I'm wondering if the positive reviews are even legit. Maybe they need to be reported.
I ordered the lacie weekender bag and I love it. It is great quality and feels and looks like real leather although it is vegan. I was concerned about purchasing from them after seeing these reviews but I personally thought it was great and the bag i purchased is definitely worth the money.

I have tried and tried to place online orders at Sole Society over the last month and the orders never go through. I have tried different browsers, cleared caches, different computers, tried different payment methods, manually entering my information and absolutely nothing works. I emailed them the error message I kept receiving and they said I can call my order in on the next business day. I have never had such issues trying to place orders with a website. I contacted them when this first happened. Nothing changed. I gave it another try this weekend which is about 2-3 weeks from the last time I tried and still having the same issue. It's totally frustrating. I can't be the only person having these issues?!
I have never given a one star review ever, but this place is ridiculous.
I was sent a 15% off code. The site applied the code and then at checkout denied the code, And charged full price. When I complained I was told omg! That sometimes happens I will refund it promptly to your account' a week later all 3 pairs of shoes still had not shipped, money still had not been refunded. I ask again we are moving wear houses and don't know when your items will ship, money will be refunded when they ship' 4 days later (I'm not kidding) products finally ship, they don't rush, they don't put the shipping I requested that was 3 days, they put on ground... and they STILL haven't refunded the 15% that they offered.
So now 3 weeks later I still have NO shoes, and NO refund.
That's one hell of a way to make a person who bought 3 pairs of shoes a repeat customer!

I purchased a pair of boots which they first sent me each boot in a different size, returned those and had them send me the correct size. They didn't fit well, so I returned those as well. Because I had returned the wrong size ones (not my fault) and exchanged for the correct size, they said they could not refund me the money, and instead could only issue me a store credit.
Don't buy from this store! Their policies are flimsy and designed to get you. I should not be penalized for their error.
Sole Society has a terrible return policy. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from them recently. I liked one pair but the other did not look good on my foot. When I went to return them, they took a 15% discount off the price, even though I paid full price for them, and then charged me $7.95 for the return shipping label. I maybe could have lived with the charge for the return label (although other retailers don't do that), but I am pissed that they took 15% off the price. I can't help it they were full price when I paid for them and 15% off when I returned them. I should have been refunded the price I paid. I will never order from them again. Plenty of other options out there.
I ordered a purse for $70 and received the item, hated how cheap it looked and decided to return it. I had to contact customer service to have them help me create an account in order to process the return. I sent it back on 1/20/18. I went to check my account online and the return status stated "authorized" but I never received a refund. I email them and they don't respond, then I go on their website to use the chat function and it was down for DAYS. Then I decided to go back on their site today and it says the SITE IS DOWN. I then call them and its an automated voice message telling me to email them and AUTOMATICALLY hangs up on me. HOW is that helpful when you guys don't respond to the MULTIPLE emails I've sent you?

I received a pair of shoes I ordered and they did not fit right so I sent them back. After 3 weeks, i did not yet receive a refund. After countless calls waiting to speak with someone for over 25min rach time, i never was able to get a hold of someone. Never had a history of my return and never recieved any emails back that I sent about my return. Luckily I paid through paypal so I filed a claim and within 10 days of them not hearing from the company, PayPal refunded me the money. I still havent heard back from Sole Society. Good luck with a return!
So, I've NEVER been able to complete an order with Sole Society. Once in 2018, my order showed that it went through, but then it was cancelled unexpectedly and I was refunded the full amount. I tried again on Friday and one order was processed through Afterpay, but Sole Society did not complete my order. I've tried numerous times since to place an order without Afterpay and I continue to get "error messages" and "general DECLINE of card" (btw, the cards has more than enough to pay for the shoes) Customer service is NO help and they act like, "Omg, I'm so sorry, I can't believe this is happening!" OR I get a sarcastic chat girl! So tired of them. Glad I read the reviews! So long Sole Society! They better keep all of those emails out of my box!

Sole Society allows you to purchase with Afterpay. However nightmare if you return shoes to DSW and results in credit. Listed on packing slip.
Sole Society will not report credit to Afterpay. DSW will issue credit to your bank and Sole Society wants you to continue paying full amount to Afterpay.
Afterpay expects Merchant to report credit but Sole Society does not report.
Interesting Sole Society is part of DSW however companies do not work together
They are ripping off consumers still making you pay full amount. If you buy from Sole Society you will be short changed on returns.
Sole Society Customer Service are idiots, have nasty attitudes. Cannot understand simple math and company policies. Returns to DSW for their merchandise is easier reports to Afterpay right away don't expect Sole Society to do so if at all.

Sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your experience. However, the facts are that you paid with Afterpay and chose to return/exchange your purchase at a DSW store. At the store, we issued a partial DSW merchandise credit refund towards your DSW purchase and refunded the rest back to your credit card. In fact, we spoke about how the process works over the phone for 45 minutes. We are happy to reverse the credit card refund we issued and credit your Afterpay account. The worst thing I have ever done was making a decision to purchase the mason sole society vegan travel satchel. I'm an individual who takes pride spending my money on possessions. This bag is high priced and low quality... I'm disappointed and dissatisfied after having my bag for a short period of time. The zipper is jammed, the teeth are misaligned and separated and I can't fix it.

Consumers Beware: I purchased online from Sole Society twice and both times the shoes did not fit comfortably. Upon returning the shoes I was hit with an outrageous $7.95 restocking fee, twice. I thought purchasing through ShopRunner would rectify the problem, but no such luck. I will be sticking with reputable shoe websites, like Zappos, from now on.

I am unhappy with my purchase of Jillian boogie and Barcelona suede wedge. Unless you have a very narrow foot width, order a 1/2 size up. These shoes did not run true to size and were very narrow in the tie box. I'm now stuck with two pairs of shoes I cannot exchange for a larger size because they were in "final sale". Won't be shopping this site again.
