This mattress is very comfortable though little firm. I have purchased this mattress 6 months ago in times of need and happy to have it. For my kids and me, it is as per the expectations however for my grandparents it is little hard as they are in their 70s. In the beginning, i was little suspicious about my transcation taking into consideration my experiences with other companies but your manufacturers did a good job by manufacturing such a comfortable products and i do wish if you can open stores at various locations so that we can receive the item soon. Still never received my furniture! Since November and it's about to be February. Chat with the company several times via email! Sends me a refund because it wasn't in stock but still sends me half my order. Once I reached out and explained they shipped me half the order they told me I have to send payment to receive the second half. I pay again and still no furniture. Like seriously just be truthful about your stock instead of taking people hard earned money to make a fake sale and never give them their items. The worse ever

So I bought these chairs from them. Chairs are attractive and look expensive. Instructions were clear and assambly was easy. I had few queries and Sofamania team was able to resolve them and helped me making my mind for the purchase. They even sent me the soft copy of instructions even before I went ahead with the order. Package was delivered within a few days and the chairs were neatly packed. The web site is also excellent and very easy to navigate. Sofamania deserve a praise for their focus on service and rightly priced products. Highly recommended.

This is the worst experience I have ever had ordering anything! First they charge your CC before your order even ships then they lie to you about when you will get your order. My (shipping in 4-6 wks) turned out to be another 4 to 6 weeks to ship out due to being on back order! I cancelled the order and told them they better not charge me a restocking fee. If they cant fill the orders any better than this then they should close up SHOP!

The couch Sofamania selling was perfect in terms of budget and my expectations and I took the plunge. I spoke to them after placing the order and they assured me of timely delivery, I found them reasonable with the time frame and the customer support was professional. Delivery was on time and uneventful. Couch turned out to be pretty comfortable, cushions are just right on softness, not too firm, not too squishy. The fabric is nice & thick & the quality seems to be good. I love the couch for what I paid for it. Best of all I got it on 15% discount as honestly, I was no way willing to pay the list price for it... Lol!

I bought this chaise lounge for my 2 kids. I checked the description before ordering it and did spoke to the team rep. About the details of the item just to be sure that there is no material used while manufacturing which is allergetic in nature. I received the chaise lounge within the time frame and very minimal assembly was required. My kids were happy to have it in purple color as they like it the most. They sit for long hours and do sort of activities together on it.

If you are on the fence about buying from them- don't be! These Guys are Good! I was really hesitate initially to buy the loveseat from them, especially when I see that there were negative reviews for Sofamania, however I spoke to them to confirm everything before buying and took a leap of faith! This sectional is very good. I ordered in a little hurry as it was showing on the website less quantity get it asap. The velvet is very soft and the color looks so lavish in the main area of my room. I did not expect such a quality in my 1st online purchase from your company. However, this is an amazing experience. I also felt in the beginning price is little high and now i am assuming that i was wrong because this sofa is designed and manufactured wonderfully. Cushions are very comfortable and good to touch and feel. My room is looking good since the entry of this sofa to the right place.

I recently bought a recliner from Sofamania. I've had it about three weeks now, and I want to say that I really enjoy it. It is very comfortable, it looks great in my living room, and the price could not be beat. I am not getting paid to say this, nor did I get a price reduction to give a favorable review. I was hesitant about buying something like this online, especially from a company I had never heard of, but everything has been great and their customer service is very good. I made the right choice, and when I need some additional furniture, they'll be the first ones I think of.
