Overall an excellent company
I buy everything online.my clothes furniture so with art I gave society 6 a try. I got a photograph piece from society 6 and I absolutely loved the paper.it was matte and high quality print
The customer service was also excellent 11/10 stars. They genuinely care if you are satisfied with your art that you bought. I have also gotten one of their throws and it is Soo Soo soft. Also shipping was pretty quick as well. Will be getting more.art from them as I continue to decorate my home

I had ordered a shirt and was pleasantly surprised to receive it faster than the expected delivery. The fit was smaller than anticipated but that wasn't a problem as their amazing customer service responded quickly and helped me to replace it. Top tier in my opinion.

Excellent customer service

I recently placed an order for 12 pillows on March 1st. On March 2nd the pillows we're on sale for 30% off. I attempted to cancel my order so I could purchase the pillows at the new lower price. However only 4 of the pillows we're cancelled. The remaining 8 pillows we're shipped. After contacting customer service they offered to adjust the price of the pillows to the sale price. I explained I still just want to return the pillows. They then said since it was their mistake, I could keep the pillows and my card would be fully refunded.
W O W! I was blown away, talk about going above and beyond for the customer. Purchase with confidence knowing Society6 cares about customers. The quality and creativity of Society6 products also speak for themselves. Thank you!

Overall, really satisfied with society6. I like customer service that involves emails, and they respond speedily. Also had some suggestions for improvements that they seemed very open to. Only complaint is I wish they had better promos and discounts, while I know there are independent artists involved, shipping was equivalent to the price i got discounted, and i chose the smallest option of the items. Will come back for more!

I didn't feel like I was talking to a typical customer service rep for a big company. Instead I was talking to someone who actually cared. I told Emilyn what was wrong with my order, she issued a refund and said I don't need to bother repackaging and sending the product back- an awesome perk because that's always a hassel with returns. Society 6 has got their customer service policies figured out and I will absolutely be ordering from them again. Great company, great customer service!

My new favourite mug

Actually, I received 2 wonderful ceramic mugs today. Not only are they artistically beautiful but are well made and will hold a generous amount of coffee, tea or soup. They were well packaged and the delivery was very fast.

Great Customer Service

While my order did not turn out the way I wanted it to, the customer service was amazing. They went above and beyond to try to help me and when it didnt work out the gave me a full refund. They contacted me so quickly and wee do polite. I will definitely order something again.

I ordered a "tough" iphone case from them and was very excited to get it, but when it arrived it was so disappointing! The quality of the case itself was not great (definitely not worth the $39 price tag!) and the print quality was horrible! It was very pixelated but I was particularly shocked by how different the colors were in real life vs the photo. I know computer screens can vary but this was almost a completely different image! Online the colors looked like bright pastels and in real life they were muddy and much darker. I think the image online must have been the design created on a computer rather than an image of the actual printed product hence such a color/tone difference. I added a star because I requested a refund for the product and was issued one immediately - so at least the customer service was efficient.

Great customer service

The brilliant customer service team, well Maria especially, managed to turn around what could have been a negative shopping experience into something actually enjoyable.
I had one order seemingly get stuck in transit. Tracking order showed it wasnt moving, it was overdue. Oh dear I thought. Here we go.
I contacted their customer service link and within 24 hours had not only a response but a replacement already shipped. The manner that Maria dealt with me was professional, skilled and she was just delightful.

Wow! What great Service!

I ordered large floor pillows through Society6 and the quality of the pillows were absolutely amazing and the pattern was so cute! Unfortunately I ordered way more than I needed (as they were larger than I expected) and Society6 refunded me immediately for the pillows I didn't need and even allowed me to keep them as a token of appreciation for my business. I would buy from them any day! Plus their large selection of options is a major plus! I highly recommend them!
