I ordered a beautiful set of curtains from Society6 and it was delivered almost the next day. It was really fast! The product is perfect but... there was only 1 panel (instead of a set) so I sent a reply to their customer service about the mix-up.
Marianne replied to my email ON EASTER day & refunded my $$ so I could re-order the correct item
Whaaaa? I've never had that kind of prompt service from ANY online company. I'm so impressed with their customer service I just wanted the world to know.

This site deserves a 5 star rating. I wont go into the dull details of my transaction confusion, but the customer service I received on behalf of my situation was fantastic. This was my first time using this site and Im blown away at how they take care of their customers. Im so grateful for their patience and I appreciate the help they had to give. Ill definitely recommend them and keep buying from Society6.
Their leggings are off the charts, unique and unbelievable fit. Their reps are a pleasure to work - one of my favorite sites - highly recommemd.
Society6 is a great site and they really are doing something amazing for artists. But, whats really special about them, and puts them over the top, is their customer service. Theyre are quick at replying to emails, thorough with their replies, and kind and professional, which gives me even more of a reason to recommend them to everyone I know. Keep up the good work guys; I, and Im sure many others, truly appreciate it!
The products I have purchased, primarily prints and pillows, have always been worth the price. When I received products that have been less than expected- customer service has also been exemplary and incredibly fast. Excellent products and customer service make it very easy to return to Society 6

I recently ordered a product from Society6 and ended up having to cancel my order after the time for cancellations had elapsed. Due to my shipping address, I wouldnt be able to return it. Emilyn, a customer service representative, was incredibly kind and refunded my order no questions asked. She was quick to reply and wonderful to e-mail back and forth with! I will definitely be a returning customer and will recommend others to shop here as well because of her!
Society6 is amazing... the products are unique and the art is beautiful. There was a small problem with shipping costs on my most recent order and I emailed customer service. They answered me on a Sunday night within 2 hours and refunded the double shipping charge immediately AND gave me a 5% discount because the site was having a sale, even though I placed my order days before. Always an amazing experience with society6 and some of my favorite decorations and gifts have come from here! Thanks society6!
My address was not found so the package got sent back to the sender. However, I reached out and not even five minutes later, the item was on its way back to me. Easy to communicate and fast results
When we had an issue (on a Sunday) using a promo code, we sent an email and got an answer within minutes! She was able to take off the discount on her end with no problem at all, really awesome customer service experience! GO MARIANNE!

Package arrived swiftly and as described. One comforter had an ink smear and they replaced it completely for free, shipping and all. Had it to me less than a week later. Absolutely amazing customer service, wish more companies were like this!
As a first time customer of Society 6, I didnt want to judge their service simply because my order was lost in the mail. After reaching out to their contact email, I was met with a quick response from Maria. Although our email communication was brief, Maria was able to resolve the situation by processing a replacement order. Her choice of language (in writing) allowed me to develop a trust with Society 6 and respect for the team theyve built for the company.
I received excellent customer service! Maria responded to my email right away and all questions were answered. It wasn't even necessary to return the items I had planned on returning! Not only does the company have beautiful products, they also have wonderful service!

Ordered zebra pillow shams. Arrived today and they are fabulous. Unique design, beautifully soft fabric. Love them. Fit easily over pillows.
I recently ordered 3 prints from Society6 and they arrived in Australia within days re placing the order, however there was a issue with the local courier and the delivery. Mika from customer Service was fantastic helping me track my parcel down and it was delivered within 24hrs. I love the prints and will definitely order from Society6 again
