Unfortunately I had to cancel an order I placed with Society6. Marianne in customer service was fantastic! Not only did she respond to my message almost immediatly, she dealt with my situation and had my refund returned to me very quickly. I will CERTAINLY do business with them again!
Their products and artwork are amazing, plus they are very receptive to customer needs. I'm only doing my shopping at S6 from now on.

I recently purchased something that wasn't what I expected and found out they live up to their no-hassle return policy. I was able to get a refund and everything was so easy with excellent customer service. I love that and will continue to buy cool things on their site. I had an order that was never delivered, as I decided to cancel it after waiting for over a week for my product to be from the "in production" stage to "shipped".
Even though I was really disappointed that the product couldn't be delivered after all, I can't finish this review without mentioning the excellent customer service team.
There was an error on the postcode from my end on the order, and the customer service team assisted me by answering all my enquiries very quick and efficiently.
When I later emailed them to ask them why my order was still in production after a week of waiting, they immediately refunded me a small amount of my order as an apology.
When in the end I advised them I wanted to cancel as this order was still "in production" after all this waiting, and I would like the full refund, they replied to me within 3 minutes and refunded me immediately.
I really don't know what caused this order to be so late- having me cancelling it in the end- mistakes can be done and there is nothing wrong with that, but I know for certainty that the customer service of society6 is excellent.
I wanted to refund my case and customer service instantly refunded my payment without me having to do ANYTHING - they did not even require me to return the case. So quick, effective, easy to work with and makes me want to keep shopping with them! Nothing was wrong with the case, just wanted a different design for my phone!
I had a problem with the color on one of the pillows I ordered. Marianne in customer service listened to my concerns and within minutes a new pillow was ordered for me.

If youre an artist, watch out. They messed up literally everything. The products were shoddy, poorly produced and they put the images in the wrong location on every product I ordered. The artwork was muted and the colors looked awful. And everything was misplaced on the shirts, hoodies and coffee mugs. When I contacted them they told me theyd fix everything and send me new products. They sent all of the same products with all of the exact same issues. When I again told them that they had messed up they didnt try to fix it and just offered to refund half of the cost. I argued with them until they agreed to refund the full amount. Further, because they offer no phone support they claimed to know what to do to fix the issues but clearly they had no clue and I was unable to explain it to them effectively. Im trying Red Bubble now, Society6 is a joke.
After being awed by the sheer volume of beautiful images available on their duvet covers I ended up ordering one that I wasnt satisfied with. I reached out to Society6 and the response was quick and gracious. I am very impressed and would recommend them highly.
I purchased 2 orders of a total of 6 pillows. Upon reflection, I decided to go with a different 6 pillows due to color scheme. I simply emailed Society6 and got an immediate refund! It was totally hassle free!

Received amazing customer service after I made a mistake when ordering. They were super quick and fixed the issue right away, love this company.
We ordered a twin size set of bed linen and it was around 6 inches longer and wider than our previous sets (and our quilt was swimming in it as a result). Not sure if their sizes are just a little larger than other manufacturers or what, but when we contacted the company about this they were extremely helpful and offered to replace or provide us a refund. They gave us a refund and did not require us to return the set (they said we could donate or keep it). Definitely will shop at their website in the future. Just a very pleasant (albeit imperfect size) experience.
I'm crazy about many of the artists on this site. And, whenever I have needed to exchange or return an item, they were more than gracious. It's an excellent group.

So you would have to cover duties since the shipment would be coming from the United States.
