My order did not arrive for more than a month. I believe DHL did not follow through the task promptly. The parcel was only received on May 14,2018, despite the fact that the item was already in the country since April 21,2018.

I ordered a comforter, which came on time and looks great, as well as a shower curtain, which I changed my mind about. The latter was no problem to cancel/ customer service was very helpful.
It's been two weeks since I placed my order and the tracking status says it should have arrived last week. The full tracking button is a broken link, they don't offer a customer support number to call or an email.
I didn't remember my password to sign in, so I requested to have a new one emailed to me. I never received the email to help me reset a password. Every avenue I've tried to contact Society 6 led to dead ends and broken links. I can't even request a free replacement.
Unless the order shows up next week, I'm afraid I got robbed.

Ordered a laptop sleeve - it was defective. Mistakes happen, it's how a company deals with them that counts. I had forgotten one product when I already ordered everything. The customer service of Society6 responded immediately to my question if it was possible to still add the product to my order. They handled it very quickly and extremely friendly and my shipping cost were dismissed for the extra product!
Customer sevice non existant. Told repeatedly that my order would be shipped, and it wasnt until over a week after I placed the order. When I emailed customer service multiple times to inquire why my order was taking so long to ship (they advertise 3 day shipping all over their website) I got offered a measly 15% off my next order. Here spend more money, to fix the issues you had the last time you spent money with us. Ya no thanks. Was told Monday my order had shipped (7 business days after the order was paid for and placed) and to date 4 days later shipping tracking still says it has yet to be picked up from them so still not on the way - i get John on a chat who is supposed to be a manager, and he gives me attitude and doesnt once apologize or offer any kind of resolution. Wont waste my money again.

I ordered three framed prints from Society6 and, when they were deliciered, two of the frames were slightly damaged. I sent an email voicing my complaints, and less than ten minutes later a lovelycustomer service rep named Marianne responded, apologizing for the state of the frames and offering to replace both frames pieces of art in their entirety, free of charge! Further, she gave me a one-time refund of the customs fee, even though it is my obligation to pay them outside of shipping cost (I wasnt aware of this and was caught off-guard at the post office). Marianne was very kind and easy to work with. This is the best customer service Ive received in a long time, and I will definitely be shopping at Society6 again!
I noticed after I ordered that the items would show up when we were out of town, so I went to cancel my order. They messaged back and after some back and forth they offered to ship it sooner so we could get it before we left. Ill definitely shop with them again!
