I had accidentally written a digit wrong in the delivery address. I emailed society6 support and within the hour, if not less time, Marianne responded and let me know she had fixed the delivery address for me. Wonderful and quick customer service!

I have ordered multiple items from society 6 and i haven't had any problems with them. The items are always packaged well, they come quickly enough and they're gorgeous. Always exactly as pictured. I have had to contact customer service once and they got back to me within a few hours which is usually unheard of... theyre awesome! And It's a way to support artists. Keep on keepin on, guys!

A shipment of mine went missing, and the Society 6 team were exceedingly quick with their response after I sent in a ticket (a reply within 10 minutes!) and arranged for a replacement shipping.

I had a minor issue with a tshirt order. Customer service took care of the issue by sending a credit coupon within an hour.

After problems with the delivery, Society6's customer service was very attentive and quick to reply. I was very impressed!

Great online service. Fast, responsive, and effective. Sometimes it seems like no one's out there listening on online help centers, but these guys usually responded within an hour.

Was surprised when I had to pay custom fees but when I contacted customer services they were very happy to help and made me not worry about it and a had a full refund of the custom fees.

I had a delivery problem with my order the fault due to the postal service NOT Society6, i called them to tell them about my problem and they answered me RIGHT AWAY to rectify my problem i was overjoyed, I will keep everybody posted on the final outcome and about the products as soon as i receive my merchandise

The customer service at Society6 is amazing. I got an answer to my question after just a couple minutes and received a in-store-refund for the custom fees I had to pay.

Unfortunately the curtains I ordered did not fit with my decor as I had hoped, although they were lovely and excellent quality. I sent a note off to customer service requesting a refund. The refund was processed very quickly, and I was asked to donate the curtains rather than return them. I was very pleased by this, and won't hesitate to place another order with Society6.

Really bad quality for my prints!
Ordered 2 arial photographs from Henry Do. The images looked great online, but I received very bad ink-jet prints from society6. It is absolutely not worth the money and troubled with customs.
In fact, you'll better print the images yourself at home with a standard color printer.
Very bad experience - never again, for sure!

This will be the third product Ive bought for Socitey6. Love their designs and being able to support artists. Phenomenal customer service as well.

I ordered a tee-shirt from Society6 and it was just great except for it was a bit small. When I contacted them by email about this they were quick to respond. They made me feel like I was a valued customer. Nice going, Society6!

I ordered some decorations from Society6 for my new house, then decided to go with different sizes/colors. I expected it to be a hassle to get my return approved & package everything up to send back, but in reality the process was a breeze! Because I wasn't 100% satisfied with the way the room turned out, they offered me a full refund & allowed me to keep the products I had ordered. Their customer service is truly amazing!
