Due to unfortunate issues with the local post carrier, a mug I ordered from Society6 was returned to sender twice before reaching me, in excellent condition, on the third try. The customer service representatives were very patient during the ordeal and offered to resend the package, twice, free of charge. I never had to wait long for their replies, which were always friendly and showed eagerness to solve the problem. Excellent and pleasant service altogether.

I contacted Society6 wanting to order an identical item so one I had bought a few years previously but did not have the exact description so sent a picture instead, and within a few hours (and a few thousand miles) they had looked through their enormous catalogue and found what I wanted and emailed me back. Excellent customer service.
I have been using Society6 for a number of years and the quality of the products is always high. Recently I ordered a print that ended up not working for the space I wanted it for, so I emailed Society6 customer service about potentially returning it. They were very prompt and very polite and gave me a full refund coupon so that I could buy a different product, and I didn't even need to return the original print! I could not fault them at all.
Their stuff can be a bit pricey, but that's the cost of pretty stuff with lots of varieties! They're very accommodating and polite, doing their best to help you if need be.
First time customer... I ordered 3 pair of sz Large yoga pants which came very quickly however found them to be too loose. Customer service answered my questions very quickly on a Sunday no less. There customer service was beyond excellent & I have already referred a friend to their site
My phone stopped working almost immediately after ordering a new case from here. It's an older model, so I knew I probably wouldn't be replacing it with the same phone. When I messaged Sociwty6 about this, they responded very quickly, telling me they understand and will give me a refund. I've ordered from them before, so I know their stuff is good quality, and the selection is amazing. I will definitely be ordering another case from them as soon as I get my new phone.

My first experience with Society6 was a very positive one. Once I figured out how they operate with ordering, it was easy. I had a problem with a design that was image rotated incorrectly, so my order came printed sideways on the vertical axis. It was a shower curtain, so that was a bad thing. The good thing was their customer service to rectify my problem. All the people I dealt with (Jonathan, Jeff, and Ally) were super! I did end up ordering a different print, but was assured that this one was correctly aligned on the shower curtain. No hassle with even returning the shower curtain and bath mat, as they just told me to keep them! So no hassles with returns or the new order which was a to no cost to me!
Very cooperative team. However, i wish yous offer expedited shipping. International shipments take too long to arrive. Still have not received aby shipments but overall positive feedback from society team
I ordered a large wall tapestry from Society6 and received a notification that the order was in production and was shipped within the stated 3-4 business days. However, somewhere along the line my order was lost (?). I waited the 5-10 days and still had not received my order. My order tracking said "Tendered to Delivery Service" for over 6 days. Frustrated, I contacted Society6 about the location of my order. They were EXTREMELY helpful and gave me the option to put in a replacement order (At no cost) and to verify my shipping address or receive a store credit for the cost of my original order.
Design was great, but the towels printed incorrectly. However, after speaking with customer service, the issue is being corrected. I'm still waiting on the new hand towels.
Really helpful and nice even when it was my fault. Helped me and resent the product straight away. Will definately buy again!
You can find any design you are looking for and have them customized for pillows, iphone cases, tee shirts, you name it. Be prepared to browse for a long time!

I contacted society6 and received a prompt response explaining approximately how long the processing and shippin would take. They responded again to another question and couldn't be nicer. We received our comforter today which was several days earlier than we anticipated! The comforter is so soft and beautiful! We had a great experience with society6

So you would have to cover duties since the shipment would be coming from the United States.
