Snapdeal's sellar support services are very bad. Order pickup arrange facility is also very bad. Even after talking about Snapdeal support, there is no solution to the problem. All services in Snapdeal are very poor. Please call *******000.
Despite our repeated requests, you gave order pickup job to Bludart. For several days we are asking you not to give Bludart the job of our orders, yet today you gave our order to Bludart. Why so? Does snapbad not accept seller's request? All services in Snapdeal are very bad.

Very good product and very simple using by a normal people and it's means easy to use it. I love it a lot. Thank you Flipkart and obviously your delivery is to good. I'm really impressed your survice...thank you so much...

I have connect on snapdeal customer care for Regarding query of product I was plaing to buy the product, handling of customer care executive were very good along with perfect information. She give me all information as I required also she gudied me alternative options regarding snapdeal application wherein we can easily track the order status after placing the order

Worst service ever I experienced compare to other Brands like flipkart, Amazon and AJIO. Snapdeal is the worst I can say.

1. No proper service.
2. Firstly I had updated the address before ordering, but after prepaying the amount and confirming the order snapdeal says our address is out of city limits.
3. Toooooo long to process just a small order, even Club Factory will not take so much time to deliver their order from out of country UK.
4. Delivery boy was soooo rude, no cooperation.

Really worst experience I had come across just for ordering a small stuff, I did a big mistake by ordering in snapdeal. If suppose I have to rate, I will choose minus 5 not even 0. Worst service.

One think I can say clearly, this will be my first and last order. I will never use snapdeal again in my life.

Snapdeal owner and the people of snapdeal who created this kind of service should be hanged to death.

During festival discount sale that started on october 2, I was eligible for a instant cashback of Rs. 2000, if I used a citi card. I used the card and applied the discount and till payment the discounted price was displayed. But when the payment was made the entire amount was debited. I tried contacting snapdeal on the customer care number, and the response was horrible. The customer service representatives had no idea how to handle the situation. I tried to escalate the call, and I was put on hold for about 20 min and then call was disconnected(This happened three times).

I purchased lakhme orange edge lipstick and also Lakme wine lipstick 9 to 5 its worst product which they delivered. It's delivered fake or local product and I also purchased urban decay naked 3 brush set and it also very bad quality and they show blending eyeshadow brush in photo but I not received it in box instead that they send it flat eyeshadow brush. Lakhme absolute peace duo Blush it's also fake in photo it seems two different shade but in real it's not same and quality is worst. So I never recommend to anyone for buy online beauty products because they charge us like original products and deliver fake... Worst experience

I really regret to say that I had worst experience with Snapdeal. I have ordered "
Fastrack Blue Non Leather Sling Bag ". I had a very bad experience in receiving the product. Item delivery was delayed a lot. And also I went to collect the item. I called the courier person and asked him to deliver the item to the address mentioned for delivery address and also said that will direct him to reach the address. Delivery person said that he will not come to deliver the item and asked me to collect it. After collecting it, I found the item is not the correct one which I ordered. I ordered for blue color bag but received pink color bag. So I have placed return request to pick up the item. Even for picking up the item also it is getting delayed. I am not going to office and staying in home that the person will come to pick up the item. But no one came or contacted me. I never faced such problems with Flipkart or Amazon. Really this is terrible and worst experience to me with Snapdeal.

Please Don't Purchase Any Product From #Snapdeal. Because they Send Damage Products and when you return that product, the return courier refuse to collect that courier and after that You Courier it by Yourself and then the quality check process done by #Snapdeal after that they refuse to #refund. What is this? #Snapdeal you send me Damage product then how this product can Pass from your Quality check, the product is already damaged. My Order id is *******2647. Please Guys if you Really want to spoil your mood then Choose #Snapdeal. I want full refund with courier charges.

I ordered a Kurta of size "L" and shipped me the kurta with size "s". I thought my mistake they would have shipped the product. Then i ordered White Bootwale Ballerian and they shipped some entirely different white cut shoe with lot of glass works. Cheating. I raised a complaint to return the product on Nov 17. The courier people simple send SMS that unable to pick up, so they cancelled my pickup. Till now none came to pick up the products. Fed up of calling customer care people.No responses. Taking a decision not to order anything in Snapdeal... Worst experience.

Snapdeal does not sell Fake nike shoes as I got Original Nike shoes from Snapdeal. I ordered Nike shoes few days back from Snapdeal and got them yesterday, they are absolutely genuine and got them delieverd fast. I was in doubt when ordered the nike shoes for their quality but, after receiving them I am completely satisfied. I really like Snapdeal now.

It is nearly 2 months, i have not been delivered the product of refunded the money.
We are not getting any responsible answer thro mails
