“Poor service”

I ordered Epson Ink bottle set of 4 from snapdeal on COD cost around 326. But order not received. Because cancelled order for snapdeal against Order Delivery is not on time.
Snapdeal shoping exeprience is very poor, wast of time to purchasing to snapdeal
Amazon service is good because order delivery is right time
