I read a lot of negative reviews before I finally decided to give it a try... Before I made an order I confirmed via email that they have product I wanted in stock. After that all was very quick and professional - 2-3 days.
Costa sunglasses are good, and the site I bought them from are great. However getting a pair of Costa's repaired using the warranty is a farce. They wanted me to pay for repairs that are clearly a fault of the glasses themselves. Thanks
I received my product fairly quickly (even though I was unable to view tracking information the entire time) but was very frustrated when I was charged a foreign transaction fee for making a purchase through the site. Even though they have offices and never talk about any type of fee if you purchase a product online when you live in the U.S., they still charge you a foreign transaction fee. For that reason of not telling me about it or putting it on the website, I will not be purchasing again from them in the future. Too much hassle.
I haven't bought from this seller before and I was a little apprehensive due to mixed reviews but I was tempted by the discounted price of my Beach baby Maui Jim's! I couldn't have had a better experience. It was easy to order, delivered promptly, packaged safely with the extra cleaning pack and fantastic product. I'd definitely use this seller again
This was my second purchase from SmartBuyGlasses and once again they have proven to be top notch in every category. Perfect genuine product, excellent customer service, extremely fast (and free) shipping to my address in Canada. They are also the cheapest I've found so far. Couldn't be happier with them, will be buying from them again for sure.
It took more than the actual deadline who SmartBuyGlasses. The customer relationship was a bit slow as well, but they found out the reason who was taking so long, dispatch my glasses and it a really good one. If everything was done inside their schedules, it was a happy 5-star rating
Excellent service from smartbuyglasses... got a good price for a set of designer frames with prescription... the order took a long time to be delivered due to unavailability of specs at supplier but I was constantly kept updated by smartbuyglasses team... I even got a small token for the delay :)

I have purchased 2 pairs of sunglasses through SmartBuy and both times I'm in absolute shock at how fast I've received my order. I understand that if they are not an in stock item it may take longer but my orders have arrived within 2 days. I will continue to buy my sunglasses through them.

They advertise items they don't have in stock, when I called (not them) after one week from paying, they said "sorry we can't get it, it is not in stock" even talked with a supervisor "Samantha" and she even canceled a discount that I already had on another order.
Save your money and time and don't deal with this scam website.

When I put the glasses on, it's like looking through a fishbowl. I tried to contact support and never heard back, but of course I get a ton of emails from the marketing dept. Then I read the return/exchange policy. Basically, If you open the box, take the glasses out and even look at them, you're screwed.
Yes, you save money on designer glasses. But I'll have to go to an eye doctor to get different lenses anyway. Costs the same in the end.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses to wear to my son's wedding. It took them over a month to get here. In the meantime, while waiting for the glasses to come, I bought the same ones somewhere else and cancelled my order in writing with SmartGlasses and DHL(the mail order service). I literally spent hours trying to get a return order slip. They disconnected me twice supposedly without a return call. It is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not buy glasses from this company. They are a sham!
I bought a pair of Ray Bans from the website and, like many people, was a bit concerned that they were coming from Hong Kong, but after promptly receiving them, I did checks on the high street and confirmed that they are genuine. The glasses did come with a spare pair of lenses as well as a cleaning spray. Overall a quick delivery and genuine product.
This is another diamond in the rough. The are literally hundreds of thousands of eyeglasses / sunglasses here. As an avid runner, I like to have a couple different pair of running shades, and some days I just don't feel like putting in my contacts for the morning run.
I bought some Adidas with the prescription inserts from smartbuyglasses. I also purchased some clear transition Rudy Projects, so that I can start running at sunset with the sun in my eyes, and as I come back through the rain in the evening as the storm roles in from the coast, i don't have to squint through the rain and I can still see once twilight is long gone.
Great service as well, had all my questions about the Adidas insert that I needed. Have been running in sunglasses from these guys for over a year, and I couldn't be more satisfied.
Smartbuyglasses web site say they had my frames in stock, but shoppers don't believe it. They just say that for everything. Fact is that my frames are delayed 5 going on 6 weeks. It doesn't take 6 weeks for them to 're-supply they're stock.
You will get nothing but BS from them as to when they might ever shp your order.
They will never give an ETA, just more we're sorry emails
I wouldn't recommend buying anything from smartbuyglasses.

I had purchased a pair of glasses from them and they were a bit large then i had expected them to be. Despite the frame and all been made. They went above and beyond by making me a new set of frames and lenses for a different pair of glasses, that were fitting to my face size. My first glasses was a trail. I will be buying 2 more pairs of rayban from them very soon
I made an order and purchase 2 weeks ago. The sunglasses I chose were in stock. It then took a further 7 days to receive an email to confirm they had the item in stock?! My order has still not been dispatched and I am told it could take between 1-4 weeks. What the hell is the delay? I am most dissapointed as I was hoping to receive them in time for a birthday present. Having read other reviews and the fact my order still has not been dispatched I am not holding out much hope that they will arrive in time. The website offers competitive prices but I would sooner pay slightly more and have a guaranteed delivery time frame.

The super thin lenses I got cost a fraction of what it would have cost at my eye doctor's, even with my insurance. A warning however, be very careful about getting the right pupillary distance measurement!
