Never received the order and customer service did not receive a rebate

When you have a complaint they just ignore you. No reply, no response. Skips customer service is horrible!
Waiting over 30 minutes for a sub where the driver was across town for the entire wait time. Customer support was no help and blamed the store..

I ordered a meal and waiting for about 30mins with the app showing that Osmows was getting my order ready. I waited longer and got this message. I proceeded to speak with the customer service rep and they told me that they can't refund my delivery fee if I go to pick up my order. I sent her the image and she said that they would make an exception and refund my delivery fee (this is not a favour being done).
I proceeded by heading to the store to pick up my order. The clerk said that it was already sent. I called my home to see if the order was delivered and I was told that there wasn't anything there. I told the clerk and he told me that he remembered making the order and giving it to the courier. He told me that because he had given the order to the courier, it is now a Skip The Dishes issue.
I contacted askip The Dishes once more and they told me that the order was already delivered. This is the second time that they told me that. I explained the situation and then they said that they would issue a credit in 5-10 business days for a service they didn't provide. This is the 3rd time something of this nature happened to me as of late and so I requested that they reimburse me as soon as possible. The customer service rep said that 5-10 business days is the best that they could do and then closed the chat.
This, in no way, was professional. I think that I was more than patient in dealing with an order that should have been delivered 20-30mins after the order was placed.

I order with skip the dishes 3 times and 2 times missing 1/2 off my order. 1 time they give me my money back but not the last time.
Food sat for a hour cancelled the order but they delivered it anyways had to throw it out but they only want to give 50 % back.
Wow they must have 10 people working for them in 2022. I had to wait 2.5 hours for a burger from Wendy's. Let them colapse

I will never be ordering from skip the dishes ever again! I had ordered a few days ago and put my address as the right address. So usually when i do that i don't need to worry about the address being one of the other addresses. Well! For some reason the address was not mine and was not far from me either. The Driver I guess had a hissy fit by himself and decided to not drop off the order to me after he phoned me and i was explaining myself and giving him the right address, while he hung up. I sent feedback to let the skip team know of the situation. Well guess what they wouldn't even ask the driver to drop off my food and said they are not reimbursing me... $61.00 down the drain. Now me and my kids don't get that KFC but guess who does?, the driver and I was only a few blocks away from where the driver was gggrrrrr. They have just lost a really good costumer. No consideration for the customer only for feeding their drivers. So sickening.

This company is absolutely horrible! I have given them so many chances, given them large tips nothing improves after many deliveries.
Here are a few ACTUAL delivery instances:
Food cold and no warmer bag
Late delivery, but put in the system as delivered, then food comes 15 minutes later
Driver randomly calling me (after 45 min wait) stating:"I need your address I don't have it"
Then driver becomes irate because I couldn't believe a delivery person leaves the store without customers address and therefore I was skeptical
Delivered to my neighbors on 3-4 separate occasions, then put in the system as delivered
Tried to call around and/or text to see why it was put in as delivered
(Restaurants also basically once they hand the food over to the drivers...could care less how it arrives or if it arrives let alone time.it arrives)
Food must have been handled carelessly because the sauce containers, and food containers spilled and leaked all over bag, food disheveled, 3 times different restaurants
Staples removed from sealed bag
Placing food on floor of porch when instructions state place on patio TABLE on the porch
Food placed on floor of porch near steps and far from the door
Dispatch or office rude and disregard complaints multiple occasions
Driver took my order and didn't delivered and chat support was not willing to listen and ended the chat
We ordered food. They NEVER delivered. They NEVER called. They kept the money and REFUSE TO REFUND. Bloody thieves STOLE the money. Very UNCOOL. Will NEVER USE THEM or the restaurant AGAIN.

I ordered dinner. The driver took 45 minutes to get to the restaurant then 10 minutes to bring the now cold dinner to me. Unacceptable delay.
