I hope your company goes bankrupt, you guys are a waste of of a company on the face of this earth. Recommend everyone to stop ordering from them, if I was rich I would buy the company out and make it as waste disposal company. That's all I have to say. I get the same storey from you guys all the time you missed up my order to many time. Wait there favourite line is we can only credit you a refund. F you with that $#*!. I'm Really pissed off and I'm not dealing with this company ever again. Uber eats you are the most wasted company on this earth.
Ive tried contacting support MANY times because my orders dont get delivered to my house AND i never get any reply back nor have gotten any of my money back! Not only that! I have specific DETAILED instructions on how to get to my house, and no one gets it, Uber Eats never gets it wrong and im able to contact the drivers if they seem like they need help, which is very convenient.
The picture i have posted must be the 5th or 6th message ive sent in the span of 1 week. No answer back from them.
Im never using skip again!
For the second time I order food for my kids in the same month and the drivers put it in different house. I lost trust in this company as they are using a very bad drivers. Not well respected and they can't recognize address.
Cold food no thermal bag used... got list went yo rear of building while I am out front waiting for my food... drives up blaring very very loud East Indian music... listen you jus off the boat carpet rider it's because of us why you have a JOB worse is the pre-tip why do I have to pre-tip for this kinda bull$#*! wl delete this app
Second time they clearly delivered my food to the wrong address and refused to give me a full refund. Even included screenshots of their tracker on the app to prove I was tracking it. My girlfriend and I were sitting in the driveway waiting when the order came up 'delivered' on the app. Walked around the whole area checking if it was dropped at a neighbors house but couldn't find it. All i got was "The courier confirmed the delivery." and "we can only refund the tip and delivery fee."
Why the hell do I have to pay for your courier's mistake. At least call if you can't find the house which I clearly detailed in the description.
Horrible customer service when you have an issue. My order has been haphazardly cancelled, delivery agents abrupt and rude, food delayed etc with no concern by customer service. The delivery agents should be better trained and have some idea of how to deal with customers. This service needs to come with a warning- if you don't care how or if your food arrives and you wish to have no recourse by customer service, order with us. Too many options to throw money away to this company.
Skip the dishes is a joke, I ordered food because my ankle is very badly sprained. My driver would not walk up to my door becase there was 2" of snow on my sidewalk. He literally had the audacity to tell me it was dangerous! So I had to hop on one foot outside to grab the food. The customer service was even worse. Mandy who I've dealt with is horrible. Both times she was miserable and actually left the conversation on me. To which skip decided to give me a $5 credit. This company is an utter joke. Nothing will happen to his terrible driver because skip doesn't care.
Driver NEVER gets our address correct. Only thing skip the dishes will offer is to refund the order. After all the waiting to get my food in which it was never received because it was delivered to the WRONG place, skip can't even give credits to the account nor replace the order for free.
Very frustrating when I'm an honest customer and consistently told that my food was delivered when in fact is not the case. Even after complaining that I watched the tracker deliver to the WRONG house, they don't give a sh! T. Third time this has happened and I will not trust this service again.
Shame on me for believing that they actually listened to my first complaint and it would be resolved.
Yes... you want nothing to do with these fraudsters! They compromised my credit card twice, including my new one which I received because they charged my old one for transactions that I never engaged in! Turns out that I used their services in Manitoba... even though I have never been to Manitoba in my life. Disgusting lowlife scammers. They are lucky that the RCMP fraud unit is too busy watering their horses to look into these fraudulent travesties. Take my advice... use cash and go to your restaurants in person to pick up your food... your pocket will appreciate in the long run.
Many vendors provided stale food and when Skip was advised they did not care to address the issue or refund the money. There are limits to their refund, despite the driver or the restaurant being at fault. Why should the customer lose? Buyer beware.
Wr order food...over $70 worth of food. Driver said he showed up and didnt, said he attempted to contact and didnt. Called the restaurant who confirmed the food was not returned. Skip the dishes claimed wrong address and would not offer a refund, event after confirming the correct address, still no show and company offered only %50 refund, but it didnt total %50. So skip the dishes makes money for not providing a service and the driver takes off with 4 free meals. Needless to say every household member removed the app from their phone. Never again. And we already contacted multiple times and not one person would take accountability.
Skip are criminals. I ordered from them after updating my address but the website didn't update it. Upon ordering I saw the order is going to the old address so we called in seconds to change it and it was changed and we were told it would be delivered.
Over 30 minutes later I get a call from some person speaking terrible english that told me because I changed the address I could not have the order delivered. I could not re-route the order, so my only choice was a refund... The refund he said would be 50% - Out of a 28.00 order, I got 12.83c in useless skip credits. You are insane to think I would ever deal with you again.
Drivers get away with stealing food. As long as a driver says its delivered its like pulling teeth to get a refund from skip the dishes. Doesn't matter if you have cctv around the building and can prove they never showed. Skip would rather keep a driver that steals one out of 10 orders. Why? Because skip was already paid whether the driver delivers or not. They don't care about you. If you complain too much even with photo evidence they blacklist you from chat support so you can't get a refund.
Skip the dishes can not be trusted. Any company that is fine with outright theft and punishes those that complain about it even with evidence is criminal in nature. Their so called support exists to give you reasons for why you can't get a refund. Better pray your next meal isnt stolen. Because Skip already got paid the moment you ordered. So whatever happens. They don't care.
I was very happy with their service and i stopped being an honest person when they showed up at my door, extremely good! Even if the food was cold because i never called i never order and never thought about wasting my time with SKIP or any of these companies after listening to idiots around who order from them. This time i was very fortunate when my "neighbor from hell" ordered 3 pizzas for me on a Friday night ( i wasn't planning on cooking) i gave the driver a tip of course, and he thank me with a big smile, what a great service! I love you guys!
I only gave 1 star because there's no option for giving a 0. Almost every time I order, there's missing items. This results in me, a single mom on disability, having to spend more money to re-order as Skip refuses to just send me the missing food. In the meantime, my kids are starving because their food never came and they're crying and screaming frantically cuz they have special needs and can't understand why they have to wait another 30 to 45 minutes to eat. On top of this, I have to wait 3 to 5 business days for the money to come back to me. And as if this wasn't bad enough, I don't even get credited anything at all. Shame on you Skip the dishes. Very unprofessional. I'll never order through you again and I'll be sure to let everyone on social media know what they can expect when ordering through you.
Ordered last week and the restaurant forgot half my order. Had to spend nearly an hour with customer service before I was offered a "partial refund". If I wanted the rest of my items, I could reorder an hour and a half later and be recharged for delivery. Absolutely horrible service. Will never use again.
The service works okay if you simply order something and receive it. However, if you every make a mistake in order time or need to cancel an order or require service of any kind, cause there's actually no one working there. There are no response to emails and the phone line is on infinite hold.
When they're good, they're good and when they're not, they're terrible. Unfortunately, most of the time, they are terrible. When I place an order at a local restaurant, I expect the driver to actually deliver the food to me instead of helping himself to a free meal at my expense. Then, to add insult to injury, they decided that I don't qualify for a refund.

Last time I ordered from them I got a coffee but when it came there was no coffee inside. I thought it would be easy to get a refund but It took hours for them to give in. After this experience I've kinda made it a mission to take y'all down. The death of this company will be their poor customer service
This is by far the worst delivery company ever. They don't care to resolve issues they only like to keep ur money. There have been several times I've ordered and a 10 or 15 min ride always takes the drivers 3 times longer. Also few times the drivers took over an hour. And each time I tried to speak with a manager I was ignored and (via chat) the agent would disconnect the chat as if my concerns where of no importance. Also I had a family emergency and left, instead of canceling and crediting me they wanted to give me reasons why they would still deliver even tho I was not there and dealing with a serious matter. I told them to eventually just keep my money and cancel because clearly they just cared about keeping my money. The agent was so quick to agree and once again closed the chat and disregarded my concerns and has no empathy towards my situation. Worst company ever! I'll stick to door dash. Or Uber eats.
