After ordering a dress and not received this after being advised dispatched, I contacted silk Fred who got in touch with supplier and kept me informed at all times, order had been lost but immediately resent which was received within days, great service I have ordered several times and always had a good experience, excellent service as always.
Hi, I love the different clothes you can buy from SilkFred and the customer service is the very best! If you have a query it's dealt with so quickly and they go out of their way to help you. I love the personal touches too - dealing with the same person if you have a question and not passed around, together with the cute cards they put in with your order. Thank you all at SilkFred

I ordered two dresses for the first time from SilkFred. I live in Menorca Spain and they arrived within a week. I was very pleased with the quality and many friends remarked on them and asked me where I had bought them from. I will definitely be placing other orders in the near future.

I have used Silk Fred for a few years now and their customer service is second to none. They are prompt in delivery and any refunds on returns. Sent an item back, unfortunately my husband didn't pay for tracking. I have queried with Silkfred who say they haven't received the item back. It has been a month and considering GAP and Joules have refunded me for returns that weren't tracked, I'm finding it hard to believe that Silkfred haven't received my item. I won't be buying from them again, am so disappointed.
I placed an order but my daughter had already ordered the item! I e-mailed Customer support at Silk Fred to ask if it was possible to cancel my duplicate order. I was not sure if it could be done but Lucy came back to me very quickly to say that it had been cancelled. The speediness of the response and the courteous way in which my request was carried out was excellent. Will definitely use Silk Fred again. Thank you

I cant comment on clothing as dress i ordered i cancelled. Customer service was excellent when i spoke to a very pleasant lady on the phone to cancel my order, i was kept informed by email and in a very short time i had my money refunded many thanks E Jones

I have placed several orders from SilkFred. They have so much choice and every item i have received has been good quality and the sizing is spot on. First time I've purchased from Silkfred and I was concerned when the product took a little longer than I expected to arrive. But reassured by the team at Silkfred I awaited my product confidently and have to say when it arrived I was absolutely delighted with the quality of the product. It was exactly as I hoped it would be and I'm thrilled with it. Everything about the manufacture is robust and professional. And the quality of the fabric is great. The belt has elastic in the back which means a great waist hugging fit. I'm absolutely delighted and will definitely purchase again.

The dress I ordered is beautiful and arrived on time. The second item was delayed but I contacted silk fred and they promptly emailed back and told me what was happening. My second item then arrived when promised. Excellent service

I ordered several dresses which were beautiful, but unfortunately, they were far too long for my height. However, due to quarantining from our holidays in Spain, I was unable to return the items in the required time. I wrote to Customer Services, and a lady called Helen couldn't have been more helpful if she tried. The total order was a large amount, and thankfully they have agreed to return the refund. Helen was very pleasant, friendly and resolved the matter within minutes. I have previously ordered from Silk Fred / Dancing Leppard and I will continue to order clothing with them. Thank you Helen.

Bought a jumpsuit online which came with a belt. Received the jumpsuit which was lovely but the belt was faulty. I contacted customer service on the Friday and they replied on the Saturday to say they contacted the manufacturer for me. They then got back to me to say a replacement was being sent by courier. Replacement belt arrived on the Wednesday. Very impressed with the level of service and will definitely shop again.

Great customer service, really easy to communicate with, my refund was requested and within half an hour it had been sorted out for me, shame the dresses weren't to my taste but I know I will get something again soon, I have quite a few of the dresses now and all quality and worth the money.

I wouldn't order anything from them again. I ordered 6 things on boxing day 3 items didn't look anything like the pictures so sent them back on 3rd jan. I had to pay postage for these returns and had to send back to different addresses only just received refund back today for these 2 weeks after posting. 1 item took silkfred 2 weeks to deliver and was faulty I am still awaiting the refund for this which was returned on 8th January. I've emailed them numerous times and not got very far. Their customer service is a joke. Just look on trust pilot and you will see reviews left from numerous customers about their poor customer service. AVOID until they sort out their refund policy!

Really good efficient service. Received items in good time and the returns process was straightforward. Chased up a return payment and it was dealt with immediately and payment received promptly. Would recommend and use again. Nice personal correspondance too.
