OVERALL:
The tag is everything it claims. Ordering took a little bit, but it's very high quality (even after a year) and worth the wait!

ORDERING:
I ordered my dog's tag at the end of September 2017. It took a little while to come in (close to a month)- just when I was beginning to get scared of being scammed, it was in the mailbox!

DESCRIPTION:
I ordered the white circle tag. On the front I got my dog's name, my phone number, and the word "Microchipped" (3 lines total). The name is about twice the size as the rest of the text, so it stands out. On the back I got 5 lines that have my vet info. The back also includes at the bottom a little SiliDog logo. Despite how many lines were on it, all the text is legible, and very easy to read.

VISIBILITY:
The text really pops on this tag, so much so that it can be read from a distance and in photos! After a year of use by an active dog, it's gotten a little bit grungy a times. A quick wipe gets all the dirt off and leaves it looking like new! I was a little skeptical about it glowing in the dark, but sure enough it does, bright enough to make sure I don't step on my dog at night.

DURABILITY:
It's held up to my dog running through the woods for over a year, so it's sturdy. My dog doesn't chew anything other than bones (and can't get his tag in his mouth anyways), so I haven't had any issue with that.

NOISE:
It is really quiet. I added an additional loop to connect it to the collar and dangle it a little lower on my long-haired Pyrenees mix, so there is a bit of noise from all the different rings, but nothing close to what metal tags produce.

CONS:
The ring they provide is tough to get through the hole in the tag, so expect to struggle a little bit. I used a quick change tag ring in addition to the little ring they give, so I never have to mess with it again.

I originally ordered a tag after viewing them on Shark Tank back in 2016. It took months to get the tag, and the tag broke within TWO DAYS. In the same spot everyone else has complained - where the tag and the little rubber nub that the ring loops through meet. I complained by email and FB message and got no response. I commented on FB and on Instagram, and they simply deleted my comments without contacting me. It wasn't until I complained on BBB that they finally sent me a replacement. That one also broke in the same spot a few months later. Then I got another dog and stupidly ordered another tag a year later. I thought both their customer service and quality would have improved and I did like how silent the tag was. Big mistake. Same thing happened... no delivery (definitely do not believe their "ship within 2-4 days lies!) and it wasn't until I filed another complaint with BBB that they finally shipped me my tag. (By the way, their BBB rating is an F!). Well, guess what? Guess what broke in the exact same spot? I superglued it back together probably at least 3-4 times until it finally broke somewhere where I couldn't find the missing tag. I raise service dogs, so I'm not talking about rough dogs who are wild and rambunctious. STAY AWAY from this product! Believe the reviews! The reviewer who claims these are all fake is probably a Silidog employee.

First Time Order I got 2 Heart Tags. Silidog Logo name was in BIG Font size, Dogs Address number and street name was so small it could not have been any smaller. AND Silidog logo name came up crooked to the small font address so that it interfered with easily reading the address.

This is reading it New WITHOUT any dirt or debris getting in the grooves of the fonts. I cant imagine being able to read it at all when it gets worn or used.

They sent me another set of tags FREE saying that I needed to have the circle tag as that had more room. For customer service I give them 2 stars. However,,,,

The replacement tags had a bit bigger address number and street name but Once again their company name took precedence in size over the address. AND the City/State And Zip were easy to read but the Address Number and Street are almost as small as the first set of tags.

If they can find a way to make their LOGO BIGGER and stand out, why cant they position the address words on the tags so that the Info can EASILY be read so that the PETS can EASILY Be Returned.

I wonder if the Shark Investor, Barbara, cares or even knows what the products being mailed out actually look like?

So sad to be treating animals as if they dont matter as much as the company does.
Such a Selfish thing to do. If the street address does not fit on one line, fit it on the tag with multiple lines, OR dont sell it to the customer.

Lots of bad reviews regarding tag loop breaking, poor delivery service etc. Geez.
And the guy, Mikey SAID on Shark Tank it was the only tag like itI saw other rubber type tags on the internet.
