The tags and the entire company are a complete SiliJoke!

I submitted my order for a tag over one month ago and I still haven't received it! Here's the gist:

The first time I ordered a tag, it came within a few days, but the order was incorrect and the tag was meant for someone else. I emailed Helene, the representative, and she put in another order for the corrected tag, which came 8 days later.
The corrected tag had incorrect lettering, so I emailed Helene again and requested a refund, since I was not happy with the incompetence of the company, and, at that point, it has been 3 weeks since I put in the original order.
I was told they don't issue refunds and will send me another tag, and 12 days later, I'm still waiting for that tag.

I would be less frustrated if they just gave me my money back and I could take my business elsewhere. I don't find it fair that I have to wait for my order for over one month and then be forced to use it because I don't want to waste the money I spent on it.
It seems that the more you complain about it, the less effort they put into fixing the problem, which is simply unprofessional. Hence the longer and longer wait times. One would expect that if you screw up, you'd own up to your mistakes by expediting any future orders for that customer.

At this point, I bought a cute little crafty tag from a small shop on Etsy with a much more reasonable price, because I don't want to be associated with such arrogant and sub-standard customer service that SiliDung represents. I feel terrible to have given them my money for an item I'm very much not satisfied with.

Furthermore, the tags themselves are definitely not worth the price and troubles associated with receiving them. One of the incorrect tags I have turned brown from standard use in two days of wear.
Also, it barely, if at all, glows in the dark: my dog sleeps in bed with me, and even though I knew his location in the dark, it took me a really long time to locate the tag on him. So if you're intrigued by the "glow in the dark" feature, don't waste your money. Every now and then you see a faint "glow", but definitely not enough to use it as a selling point.
Moreover, if you are planning on buying this tag, invest in a sturdy ring that attaches the tag to the collar, because the one it came with bent out of shape immediately and had to be replaced.

Contrary to what the company is trying to make me do, I do not intend to put any of their items on my dog to advertise their products any further. If I will end up using a tag made by them, I'll make sure to warn other pet owners, who might ask about it after seeing it on my dog, what a useless and overpriced piece of SiliTrash it really is.

I just view this company as a group of pompous amateurs who are way too busy and important to actually do a decent job selling an overpriced piece of junk. Good try (or lack thereof), but, GOD NO.
