I purchased the Shyfull Casual Asymmetrical Blending T-shirt in the wine color (order #SF*******513). What I received was a very cheap looking poorly sewn frock! In a cheap polyester type of fabric. Nothing like what is advertised on the website.
I contacted customer service and was told to send a picture of what I received. I am sure I will have to fight with this company to be a refund. I have posted 4 negative reviews on their website and they have not posted any of them. Please research this company before purchasing from them. Either their website is making up positive reviews or not posting the negative ones or both.

I ORDER A PACKAGE THAT CAME TO MY HOME ACCORDING TO UPS WEDNESDAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING@ 1:30PM AND I WAS STILL AT WORK. I DID NOT RECEIVE THE PACKAGE AND AFTER WRITING BACK AND FORTH WITH THE ABOVE COMPANY I HAD TO DO A CLAIM WITH UPS... THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY OR REPLACE MY ORDER... LIKE BASICALLY THEY TOLD ME THAT I TOOK A LOST SINCE I WAS NOT HOME TO GET MY PACKAGE.
Have yet to receive my order and have no way of tracking my order. I'm going to find a way to end these internet thieves! This is some bs and they shouldn't be allowed to do this. I will seek legal action if I have to and will start a CLASS ACTION LAW SUITE AGAINST BOTH SHYFULL AND PAY PAL! DON'T PLAY WITH MY MONEY!
I purchased 90.00 worth of merchandise and was not pleased with NONE OF THE ITEMS... NONE OF THEM! The dress I ordered looked NOTHING LIKE THE DRESS THAT WAS ON THE SITE! The jumpers that I ordered was waaaaaay too big and the material looked NOTHING like the website pictures! The other dress dress I ordered was just flimsy material and looks very cheap and trashy! Hello, we have stated clearly about delivery schedule, if it's late by USPS, we couldn't push it but have partial refund or discount for u as compensation, we are responsible for what we sated. But what you are doing are not good for solving problem, our customer service DEFINITELY response you no more than 24 hours, as long as you sent it correct email address. And we didn't take your money, it's in paypal now, if you don't want to wait or solving the problem, just claim to paypal would be fine.
And to be honest, we think you are not a real customer of us, real customer won't say there things, meaningless and not responsible.
I have purchased 1 item from this site once in the past and I was please with the merchandise. So needless to say, I felt very comfortable with making another purchase. This time I went crazy and purchased about 10 items from this site that totalled about $184. Out of the 10 items only 2 items were decent enough to keep (and they were not the best quality at all). The other items did not fit at all, just looking at the product and the material I knew I would not be able to squeeze into it if I tried. I contacted the seller via email (there are no phone numbers listed, which should have been a red flag) and the seller asked for pictures. I explained to the seller that i may damage the product is I attempted to put the items on, therefore, i asked to be relinquished from all responsibility if I were to damage the product trying to fulfill their request. The seller never responded. I am currently disputing the payment with PayPal in hopes of getting my money back. This company is not even registered with the Better Business Bureau, so I couldn't even leave a review on that site to warn potential buyers. If you want to do business with a company that stands by their product with a no hassel refund policy, I recommend you avoid this company at all costs!

I saw the review few hours to late I made a order on the 23rd Sept. Emailed them on the 24th that I did not want it and want a refund I have got emails saying it shipped it was not and was told it was on the way to my country what they make it seem they are USA and are not they are in China and we all know USA and China sizes are different I am still asking for a refund now I received a email saying it cost me more to return it and to sell it to someone still have not got it 10/09/18
Horrible... they sent me a little kid jacket & not the size I ordered. If they didn't have my size they should have either refunded my money or allowed me to choose another item. Instead I'm stuck with a $30 jacket I can't wear & they told me either keep the jacket or pay to ship it back to china & they will partially refund me. So I said this on their FB page & they blocked me.

I ordered one item to test so if it was a lost I wouldn't be as pissed. I purchased a striped dress with a belt. Looks great on the model and the model wasnt Asian so I thought great. Wrong! I got an XL to be on the safe side but the dress clearly was for a small/medium and looks just like a CHEAP SATIN ROBE! The fabric was so thin, color was off, quality was poor and sizing was horrible. The only way I can wear this ROBE cuz it's not a dress is to wear a body suit underneath and leave the so called dress open as a duster and accesorize my butt off so nobody's noticed how cheap it is and just hope that I don't have to raise or stretch my arms! My second option is to wear it as OPEN ROBE. Better yet the only thing I can wear this to is the bedroom who am I kidding lmbo! CANT HELP BUT TO LAUGH. Glad I didn't spend alot of money. Bottom line don't do it unless for kicks and giggles!
