This is an update on my shyfull order. I orderd on the 24th of March I didn't Pay for express i did the 8 -15 I have a delivery date for April 12 and im tracking my order it took 5days to process it shipped on the 29 I Jope this helps my first order camera within 7days because i spent over $80.00
I have ordered from this website many times and didn't have a problem. I loved their clothing ans sometimes it took a little longer to get to me but hey it happens ao I was ok with that. Well thia last time I ordered 2 items in January but only received 1 of my items. Well I decided to wait a little while to see if it would come. Well it never did. So I decided to reach out to the company and they never responded. Weeks went by. They don't have a phone number so I couldn't call. I emailed from my work email only for them to tell me I had to reach our to pay pal because they couldn't refund my money. So not only did they n ot give me my money back but they also kept the skirt! I STILL DONT HAVE ANYTHING FEOM THR COMPANY!
They dont deserve any stars, they stole my money, the products dont fit, they ate not properly made, customer service is terrible and paypal allows this happen.

I don't even want to put a capital letter in their name. Ok here I go I want to blast them off any site Facebook Twitter, etc. Ok they gave me two options 15% discount on my next order and keep the order or return the garbage and get a refund. I not ordering another thing from them it's garbage. So I go to the post office to send it back $35.00. I paid 94.30 I was NOT SPENDING ANOTHER OF MY HARD EARN MONEY AGAIN. So the garbage would cost me $129.30. That's why they sell to us and say we the buyer have to pay shipping cost. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY. And PayPal didn't help I don't even use my PayPal account. After you order and put your card number n and the order is complete you will be directed to their paypal account I didn't use my account to purchase item.So PayPal agreed with them and did not help me get my money. Do NOT ORDER FROM THEM NOTHING BUT A HEADACH I AM SO MAD RIGHT NOW. I'm going to post pictures so you can see for your self. I rate the 0 if I could they do deserve a star

Let me make this clear I don't usually do reviews on companies but this one has to be posted due to the terrible products and customer service. I ordered 3 outfits from them and 2 came damaged. I contacted them for a refund and the process was terrible. Fast forward 2 weeks after and still no resolution. I attempted to return their damaged products and the shipping was $30. This is crazy. I contacted them and let them know and still no one helped me. They need to be reported to BBB. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!
