I bought a dress that I tried on and didn't like. I paid the $8.99 to return and about a month later they contacted me and advised they were not accepting my return. They gave me 50% store credit AND KEPT THE DRESS! What a SCAM! Beware! This is why Amazon is putting these shops out of business. Hope this helps :)

I had purchased a dock and when I received it, we realised it was not compatible with any of the devices we had at home. It was a real shame as it was so pretty. I contacted Customer Service straight away and they were so good about educating me on the process etc. I sent back the package and they have refunded me the entire price of the item. Not sure if I got the return postage back but I was just stoked that they refunded the whole thing. I was expecting a store credit and while I searched for more goodies online, it was a great outcome none the less.

I had some difficulty with sizing since I am a US customer, which really was not any fault of Showpo since the sizing in Australia I am sure is different. I had to make several returns before getting a size that fit. I had an issue with one return not showing up as store credit in my account, and Andrea answered my email almost immediately and put the store credit in my account. Very fair and very quick and helpful service! Love the dress by the way!

Ordered two dresses from this boutique. One was POORLY made, Literally felt and looked like one long fabric stitched together and made in 10 minutes. That dress was a tie dress around the waist line and the "string" that was keeping the dress together was literally one thin line of string. The second dress was a little better but not by much, fabric also felt really cheap. I talked to customer service asking if there was something that could be done (refund). They said they could not and if I didn't want to use my store credit for the "refund" of these items, then I could purchase a gift card to give to a friend or family? Was really disappointed with their return policy. I have ordered with other companies that have had the same policies as this company but WOULD allow full refund for items with the exceptions of being within 14 days of returning item. DO NOT purchase Items unless you are ready to NOT get your money back, just in case your items are not what you want/fit, etc.
Ordered a dress and read all the reviews of sizes and looked at their sizing chart to make sure I got the right size, but it was WAY to small. The bottom half of the dress fit as it was a wrap around but didn't even slightly cover my bra, it was just wide open. I didn't realize it was return for store credit only so I am extremely disappointed. I needed the dress for military event and now I have to go searching for a new one while eating the cost of this one.
I ordered 2 items from this website in the Australian sizes (since it's an Australian website). They sent me American sizes so everything was way too big and when I tried to reach out to customer service, they were very rude and unhelpful. This was after I was sent incorrect tracking information and my package arrived torn open. I am now stuck with store credit to a website that offers mediocre clothing and horrible customer service. Not to mention that this order ended up costing me money since I had to pay to send it back. Save yourself time and money... shop at Lulus's instead.

Worst site ever. Everything is overpriced for what you get. I ordered a dress and had to return it because the top of the dress was cut so awkward nothing was covered. I had to pay a return fee to get store credit. So to use that money i ordered a pair of heels and the construction of the shoe is so off that even a shoe with a block heel feel uncomfortable. I checked the tags everything is made in china. They are overcharging for what they sell. Not even worth one star
