I had difficulties with their account verification even if I did use 2 of my valid IDs and followed their guidelines and sending clear photos, also contacted their CS, wasn't of help, different resolutions, probing unnecessary questions and just disregarding customer satisfaction. By far one of the most disappointing customer service and really hassle account setup.
I spent over 4000 pesos buying a wedding arch and flowers, lights and curtains for it to use in my wedding. This stuff is the absolute WORST quality garbage I've ever seen in my life! The wedding arch broke off bolts when they were being installed, and won't even stand up on its own. The lights don't work and the flowers are cheap. They literally give you like 2 days to request a return because everything they sell is made of $#*!. This is the absolute worst quality garbage I've ever seen. I'll never buy anything again from Shopee. They need to change their name to $#*!EE!

When looking for an item of course you'll look for the affordable item only to find out that the price that you saw is the most stupid item added on the list just so they can show that the item is in low price.
We actually thought maybe Shopee couriers would be getting better since it seemed like we were getting a little bit better service and communication with the some couriers. However, sadly this last week proved there is no relevant positive change in Shopee's horrible courier service. They continually do NOT communicate with the recipient of the parcels and then say the recipient was the negligent one. This last courier did not bother to communicate with us at any time and then sends a message saying they couldn't deliver the parcel because the recipient was unavailable. No calls nor texts nor communication at all. Then sends the parcel back to the seller with the big lie that their deliver attempts failed. HInt hint Shopee- no communication is an absolute failure in business always!
I've ordered thru that Shopee selling platform few times and most of the sellers are dishonest, trying to scam you, wanted you to paid outside of the platform. Even try to charge you extra after you paid by sending you packages COD. The worse is the one below, I order 2000 Pesos 40$ USD, of Rubbermaid plastic containers, from a seller name USA Goods and I received a candy in a small orange envelope.
To had insult to the injury's, Shopee won't help and get my money back. If something goes bad you are on your own and lose your money. That is Shopee for you..

Shopee delivery man deliverred the package of lipton yellow tea 100 pieces covered in black plastic on September 25,2023 around 2 PM as I received text message around 2:10 PM from shopee.
The delivery should September 24 since I order it on September 21,2023. Three days Shopee site said and promise no delivery charge and discount price of 299 pesos Plus 38 pesos. The delivery refuses to let me inspect the package before I pay him. He said that it is Shopee rules and regulation. So if he refuse me to inspect the product than I will not pay him. So cancel the transaction. The package is rectangle and from its weight it may not the product that I order which is suppose to be square and bigger in dimension.
Recently, I purchased a pair of sandals that were to big for the person they were intended for. 3 days after delivery I tried to start the Shopee return process, but could not find out how. Having received the product I clicked on the 'received' icon, thinking this was the first step. The I contacted the seller (Nuan-) who said I could not return the product because I had clicked the received icon. After I typed a negative review of the seller (Nuan-). They offered to change sizes, I agreed. Then they refused because of the review. Tried to contact Shopee but the published # was not in operation. By email Shopee keeps repeating to contact the seller first. Very frustrating. No resolution yet.

So, I'm having the worst experience which disappoints Shopee, and my reaction was very confusing for why just Shopee promote a sponsored ad on YouTube like free shipping everyday on YouTube, that's not true, it's not free for everyone, and I say "I hate living in the Philippines a few times". At the end of the advertisement, it shows there new user zone or a person saying "claim you free voucher now" in voice narration. You got notified as a winner like you won any items or a cash prize is an example of a phishing scam in Shopee, also same with GCash. I'm calling it a boycott, and while it lasts their service is getting very worse in the Philippines!
All services from prices to delivery is very terrible. The driver for delivery are very impolite. Prices are very more expensive than lazada. If you do not want have headache do not buy from this site. J&T express do their delivery service today bring me my order after 15 days but uncompleted. And when I ask why is not complete he take the order and run away.

There is an option pay by cash in CDM I used it. And then they said you send us to much money so we cancel your order! How could it be? I sad leave it in account I will buy something next time. They said no! It takes weeks to get this info. After all, support almost don't speak English and can hang out a phone what ever it wants. If you want text them by email you get answer in weeks and it's automatic message. When I ask to give my money back they find 1000 ways to do not do that. Overall I am happy with Shopee purchases, in some cases the merchant purposely shipped a different product that is a bit cheaper, reason could be he does not have the same model, so when I ask why, merchant just said apply for refund, which is wasting time. Another issue is when ordering the flower seeds, 50% of the seeds given is not what you see in the picture, after germination, this happen to many merchants I bought flower seeds from, even though I chat with them to confirm before order.
