Beware of shopee scam. Bought items from their platform.
2 hours later realise that wrong address key in, started chatting with seller to allow cancel and reorder of item with correct address.
Note: seller have not even sent the items out but straight away after my request they rejected my request and informed me sorry deal with shopee. I even had the seller replying me 2 days later to reject my request of chance, wow I'm like at their mercy.
Called shopee spoken to someone on the 17th Jan, they have noted it and informed me that when the items reached THEIR singapore warehouse just contact them again to request changes. Imagine if you have more then 5 items, you need to constantly look at their updates, the stress and frustration. Nvm just do
1st item arrived singapore informed them chatted with their agent online to remind them of the change of address which I have rise earlier with a case ID. Agent replied don't worry rest assured that it will be change. Then items was sent to the wrong address!
Shock and stress out. I spoken to them again and even wrote an email. They replied will be investigating it, reminding them that I still have 2 items please make sure correct address. Same reply rest assured request was made. When I saw the second item reached singapore again I spoken to the agent to remind them the new address.
Guess what, second item went to the wrong address again 3 days later. By now I'm stress out, piss off and at the point of madness.
In all during this period, I have spoken to 4 agent on their chat 3 agent over the phone all different ppl. And I have requested for a manager to speak to me and highlight the urgency of this case.
Guess what, none of my request was replied and no calls from any manager. I had to call them by this time I was a raging $#*! from hell already. Imagine respecting your story to all 7/8 ppl, constantly providing my case ID again and again and every time a new case ID.
Finally I have had it, if this is a new way of shopping platform scamming customers and at the mercy of the platform and overseas sellers, I hope Govt would just regulate them soonest or later.
So on this very day of madness, I told the agent to get the manager to call me back within an hour.
And I was watching the time like a hawk, because they replied will try to get back 1-3 days which means that my 3rd item would have been sent to the wrong address again. So 1 hour and 3 min later manager called, by now I want solutions not tell me best effort basic.
Oh by the way, by the time I spoken to the 5th / 6 th agent they informed me that this is on best effort basis on changing the address. Just imagine after all this, they inform you best effort basis. If you cannot manage a supply chain in delivery don't do it, having item sent by your own delivery which you cannot even manage a simple request which customers have given you more then 2 weeks notice and you can still screw it up time and time again. So what kind of best effort basic are you talking about?
Requested for a refund the seller have the cheek to inform that they won't refund. At this point I was so mad that I accidentally click receive for the second item which I didn't, immediately I called them to rectify it, guess what they say sorry can't do Jack $#*!. Like I said at the mercy of the shopping platforms. They won't even bother to allow reification within a min of your accident. I felt cheated and hopeless.
Update, and so on the 2nd Day of CNY I checked my delivery,
After all the trouble the emails/ the chats with agents and even the manager who promise that everything is taken care of and again told me to rest assured that items will be changed and delivered to my address for the last item. Still was sent to the WRONG address after all the pain. This is it shoppee is a scam!
As much as I have acknowledged that the address was wrongly input as a customer I have done all I could to seek for assistance and none took my case seriously enough.

I want to raise my complaint by using viral social media which I found this is the only way and effective matter for me to get back my refund immediately. From the day one, I did not expect comes to this worst situation. This happened had ruined up my life. I have been cheated and misleading with your refund policy after my cancellation order approved. Case ID: *********** Topic: Shopee Refund Policy Misleading & Holding the customer money by using different excuses & keep delaying to refund back my hard earned money. Shopee refund policy posted in app or website mentioned it should be within 3 days after the cancellation order has been approved where it was done on 17 June 2021 but the process was extremely misleading and misinterpret the customer on the process. After waiting for 7 days from cancellation approved, I have raised my complaint via your CS email yesterday, there are different agents are misleading me with the refund process eg one of them said 7 working days, one of them said 48 hours, one of them said 1 day and even your system was eventually unreliable and poor for rejected my active account details by using the reason "FAILED VERIFICATION." For what reason "FAILED VERIFICATION" but without taking necessary to arrange the refund to my active bank account and just simply rejected. The actual fact is my bank account is active. One of agent was mentioned, the refund will be auto triggered back to my account, by saying so, the worst part was my account bank details being rejected by their system. Just wonder on how to auto-triggered refund. That's extremely misleading and just solve the case by saying the lie to the customer without acknowledgement.
After assigned my case to their management team, one of them told me the refund process should take another 5 working days, in other words, they have hold my refund for their own sake. Their statement is misleading and worst app ever seen.
As of now, 6 July 2021- they are still telling me the refund is in midst of progress and asked me to checked after 9 July 2021. Do you think the customer will still believe after 2 weeks had promised to refund but it is never ever happened. Shopee do not mislead and telling false information to me the refund is in the progress without any solid updates or documents. I want my refund immediately.
If there is no action at all by 7July, the refund yet credited to my bank account, I will proceed to local authorities to get back my refund.

So I decided to buy a monitor on Shopee. I quickly changed my mind, just to find out that the order could no longer be cancelled.
I thought okay, doesn't really matter as the monitor came with an advertised 15 day return policy just below the picture and description of the monitor in the Shopee App. No big deal or so I thought, As I would simply return the monitor upon delivery. Boy was I wrong.
After the item was delivered, I decided to return the monitor.
So I contacted CS and eventually got an email incl. A link to a Website, where it is stated that Shopee wasn‘t accepting returns for any electronic items including monitors.
Thanks Shopee. You made my day. Didn't know that the second largest e-commerce business in SG can pull this off. Fantastic play here. Nicely done.
I really want to congratulate and thank you, Shopee, for misleading your customers by advertising a 15 day return policy under items just to later send out links saying: „Hahah. We got you." (the website stated that monitors are excluded from all returns/refunds). Fantastic play, really, Shopee!
But seriously now, how am I as a customer supposed to know that there is no 15 day return policy if you advertise a 15 day return policy under the item?
Although this wrongful advertisement is (borderline) fraudulently, I guess someone at Shopee figured that no one would take them to court over a $600 monitor. Heheh. The level of sohistication of this scam is a true masterplay.
So while I am waiting for the CS to come around I guys Shopee is already throwing the next party with Christiano.
I guess I will have to take a $150 loss by selling the monitor on Carousell, but at least I know that I have contributed to the next advertisement where Christiano Ronaldo dances and sings Shopee. Worth it.
Anyways, I also want to thank Shopee for this awesome experience. I will truely return as a Customer seeing how happy you made me with this - my first - purchase on the Shopee App.
And I can truely recommend Shopee for all of you who love to run through endless hoops when something is not as planned. Who even wants Amazon like CS experience, when Shopee truely brings this experience to a whole new level. And trust me you don't wanna miss out on it if you love to receive rejections from CS, weird hang ups and all that stuff. Shop shop shop shopee!

REFUND REQUEST due to system error. I did not received 200 coins after using 25% cashback on bills payment.

This morning i activated my shopee pay acct to avail the bills promo voucher of 25% cashback, maximum 200coins
So i loaded via gcash and made transfer fund to this shopee account to pay my meralco bill
Upon processing, i clicked the 25% cashback promo, it was stated that 200 coins were supposed to receive when i proceed, so I click checkout.
However, after payment was done, a screen with message "voucher already claimed" posted followed by screen with "order received".
Then i did not receive any cashback coins? As in ZERO Coins
I contacted the live chat immediately, to notify what happened but he is insisting that " i may checkout without clicking the promo" - but i am 101% sure i did clicked it because the reason why i pay via shopee pay is to avail the 200coins cashback!
Or he said that "such promo was all consumed and limited" - but how come it was all consumed when such voucher was available prior payment!?
I want to refund my payment! I really wanted to refund php1868, for today is the 1st time I use shopee pay - you may check my account to validate it... But it ended so miserable, dissappointed & stressful!
I never used any vouchers on bills, never did I paid bills payment before so its impossible that it was "ALL CLAIMED today"
I want to cancel my bills payment made today to avail other voucher available or give me the 200coins due to my transaction
It was all system error at your side, so don't blame such error to your customers! I did clicked available vouchers as your buyer but you did not give me the coins I supposed to receive after sending you payment.
I will not receive my order that you send in my account, you rather return back my cash payment or give me 200 coins I supposed to receive from your side!
I was really dissappointed with my 1st transaction with shopee pay. I even mentioned your promo to my sisters and told them to avail the promo too...
But this happened to me today I am really shaking now and in crying for such failed transaction with you!

3 vouchers available that i availed b4 checkout, but said claimed already after payment was done, then shopee pay balance turns zero balance, then no coins ever to receive

I am serious with my complaint, if not, i will not waste my time explaining to you what happened with my shopee transaction, sending you emails or chat with your live agents.
I really wanted to claim such voucher, woke up early this morning to get gcash load, activate my shopee pay today then transfer php1866 from other account to proceed with the pay bills transaction
But it ended, so miserable today, i did not expect it to happened and so sad how your live chat customer service charged me the blame of error instead of your system error.

What an experience i have with customer service and the courier services. Up to now still not resolved.
The customer services are incompetent, why, they just repeatedly telling you no worries they will going to resolve the case, we experience your issue becasuse we are also a buyer, oh wow, this is how you handle an issue, i had made many efforts and cases but same scenario same sentences, but focusing on the issue or dealing on the issue nothing.

I had made contact repeatedly but they were all saying the courier is not responding, i ask, so if not responding what you will do? They just say they are on the top of the situation oh wow, how can they say they are on the top of the situation when there is nothing being resolved?, logically if no responce you had to raise the issue and check the courier personnaly why they not responding and giv8ng update, is it the rigth of the buyer that they must protect correct or not?.
The courier services is also incompetent, why. Could ypu please explain why till now youe where not able to responce on the followup and second why you i had receivex my another order hence thw pther was not delivered?

I have another oder from overseas with order no. **************G3Y, arrived dec 11, hence i received it dec 16, but i dont understand why the item **************BPV was not included on the delivery since both are same address and which arrived dec 12, one day late, what is the sorting doing? I dont want to think that somebody is doing it on purpose but, why?. How come till now i am not receiving report because the courier from bulacan is not responding something is not good. How many timessssss xxxxx i will complained this is not helping, somebody has to do and make some action on this.!
Supposed to be the the delivery is dec. 15, but nothing till now nobody is making any action, and nobody is giving me the correct details and the delivery date.
So you cannot blame me if i will th8nk that som2body is doing it on purpose.
