Lies abound, pay extra for expedited delivery, get later if ever. Call center of no value. Standard BS I am sorry we normally do what we say.

2 items ordered. First was a discounted end of line jersey. Product delivered on time and was good. Second was custom ordered with player name. Delivery within 1 week. 2 weeks later still no product. To cancel order, now have to wait an additional 3-5 days for confirmation... the playoffs will be over by then. Unfortunate as this was my second vendor. First one "sports jerseys canada" emailed right away saying product not in stock and refunded day 1. I would check them out first as they seem way more reputable.
I read some horrible reviews about NHL ship unfortunately after I had already purchased my product, a 2022 Calgary Flames home jersey. Luckily, the product I received was in great condition, exactly as I wanted. It did arrive about 4 days after the expected delivery date, but after reading some of the reviews I had been worried I would never get it at all, so I was pleasantly surprised. Apart from the delayed arrival, no complaints at all.
First, a 5-star for Cristin. Second, a 3-star for NHL overall. I've spent a ton of money on Kraken gear, my biggest purchase being an autographed jersey. NHL delayed shipment four times saying it was for "COVID" reasons, this excuse went on from October to April. This jersey still to this day shows as "available and will ship in 46 business days." I finally called after the fourth delay and Debbie ensured I would receive communication from the Sports Memorabilia Department. The next day, Cristin reached out to let me know it was actually an issue with the athletes not coming together for signatures. As ridiculous as that was, she actually was able to get an upgraded autographed jersey sent the next day. She checked in periodically to ensure it was received.
I am impressed with Cristin's (and Debbie) customer service skills! The NHL shop, not so much.
Oder knights locker room hat on the 16th schedule delivery for 10 days latter. I'll forget who one the cup by the time I get it. Amazon would have it here in 24 hours. Never again it probably come during next season delivery sucks
I ordered 7 Vegas Knight Champion Hockey Pucks and received 1. Trying to get a hold of customer service was a ridiculous conversation with the automated virtual intelligence, then a long wait on hold. When I was finally able to talk to a service agent they informed me that they couldn't help me because I needed to speak to a specific department. I'm currently still trying to get through to someone to find out when the remainder of my order will be shipped or for a refund on the undelivered items. Reading the other feedback comments, it appears I will be out of pocket on this purchase. Shame to this business that is affiliated with the professional NHL Organization.
Take your money but have know thought on customer satisfaction or product delivery

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Never again will I purchase from them. Would do nothing to fix issue. Funny thing too I was not sent a confirmation of prices only that my order was received and being processed.
I order St. Louis Blues playoff shirt to only be disappointed. The material on front was stuck together. Pulled it apart and it tore. Paid 29.95 to have overnight. Now I'm out that money. Said they could send me a new one once I pay to return the defective shirt. Now I'm out an additional 6.00 plus they're sending by regular shipping which may show after the playoffs are over. Totally sickened by flop.nhl.com.
Returned a shirt on January 30,2017 that my husband bought for me that was too large and still have not received the refund. I have been in contact with them several times and they keep saying they will be refunding the funds. It is now December 16,2018 and I am again chatting with someone trying to get this resolved.

Terrible customer service. Terrible experience. Buyer beware! Before Christmas I ordered a SJ Sharks Stadium Series jersey. Six weeks later, they send an email saying the jersey is "not available" -- which was a complete lie because the jersey is still being sold at other locations. They tried to then give me the lame excuse that different manufacturers have different stock available. Utter horse crap. No wonder they have so many bad reviews on this site. The NHL should pay attention to this, because your brand is being tarnished by this horrible shopping experience.
Bought a customized youth top - went by their sizing charts - top turns up and its 2 inches short. Customer service first does not believe us and second says this is manufacturer's fault. Am waiting to see how this resolves!
After several weeks of calls and e-mails etc - manage to return the top and get full refund. Had to be very persistent.
Had ordered from fanatics before for NFL march so expected same level of service. Ordered shirts for my kid's birthday in green as he has a St. Paddy's day birthday, well in advance. Order said it had been shipped, (after several days of waiting for order to be prepared). In fact it sat in their warehouse for approximately 12 days. Tracking shows that it didn't even start moving until actual st. Patrick's day. Great! Thanks. Why pay such expensive shipping and exchange rates a lot of good it did me.
I sadly got fooled as they first sent me the wrong jersey. I returned it and got store credit so I can re-order the right one ($200 purchase btw). Then the same jersey was mysteriously out of stock, forcing me to buy a more expensive version of it ($265). I bought it, as it was an xmas gift. The best part - The shipping estimate was 3-7 days. Now my estimated delivery time is not until 5/10/23 for something I ordered before XMAS.
There are no customer service representatives. This site is an embarrassment to the NHL. I hope everyone reports them!
Ordered a Jersey. Amount charged to my account exceeded the amount as processed when I purchased. NEVER SHIPPED, no shipping confirmation. Emailed customer service, no reply. Emailed again and emails are bouncing. Can't recommend this company. I've filed a credit dispute.
They try to scam you with shipping. My original order was $17. They wanted to charge me $15 just to ship one hat. That would've taken 3-5 days. Instead I chose their cheaper option which was $7. My hat has been sitting at UPS for 6 days. The most frustrating part is when I track it. Every single day for the past 5 days it says it'll be delivered tonight by 7pm. I still don't have the hat. It now says it'll be delivered tomorrow. In the days of next day shipping with Amazon NHLshop.com is gonna take two weeks to deliver a hat. You can see my original order from 7/10. The customer service rep said, "You can return it if you're not happy." How can I return something I never received? You can do so much better, NHLshop.com
After ordering a limited edition jersey, they sent an email more than 2 weeks after the order telling me that they received my cancellation request despite me not asking for a cancellation. In live chat the customer service rep stated the warehouse had cancelled the order because the jersey was out of stock, yet their website still showed 1 available. No customer service other than "you'll get a refund in 7 - 10 business days, if you want the jersey check the website yourself to see if it comes back in stock". Unbelievable.

Item was in stock. Is still in stock. They say 5-7 business days on shipment of items. Its going into 4 weeks now. Item still just says NEW. Called and they said it would ship soon on the three times I called. Then yesterday I get an email saying that its been delayed and no ship time can be given! So I call today and they say they have my item but there is a delay in shipping… Worst site to deal with. Period. Beware if you want to shop here. Expect to wait a long long time to get your item. They will take your money right away but never ship your item!
Ordered a custom Jersey for my son for Christmas on Nov 28, figuring that a month should be plenty of time to receive the package. Especially in 2016. Well obviously not. To this date, I have not received my package and have no idea where it is. No one will answer questions. On top of this just found out that the "Canadian" site I was shopping on charged me in US dollars. I overpaid by about 60 bucks for what I could have gotten locally. In my opinion this site is a complete fraud and should be taken down. I can't believe the NHL would associate their name to such an awful experience.
Answer: Won't do you much good. I used email on the PayPal receipt twice - no response, and used the following one from the "Contact Us" page three times. Never a response Anna: jerseyservice@smailu.com PayPal receipt also showed name in Chinese characters and throughout the site you can tell that English is definitely a second language.
Answer: It takes them over a month to even ship orders. Highly suggest buying from Sportchek instead.
