Scam

They dont ship. You will have to dispute with cc company. Emails dont help, phone calls end up in perma hold. Scam!

I bought boots which FedEx says were delivered. They were not, but FedEx sometimes delivers to the wrong address. I called ShoeMall and they refused to file a lost package report with FedEx and said that I must initiate a claim thru PayPal. I also called FedEx who said only the Shipper, ShoeMall, could request an investigation for a lost or misdelivered package.

Ordered Boots for My Wife For Christmas Here Thru Amazon.
Amazon Says Delivered Dec 5th.
Never Received the Boots. After Numerous $#*! Emails I Just Deleted The Whole Mess. Dont Waste Your Time Here, ShoeMall.com is a Scam and Amazon Should Also Be Responsible.

Since September I have been waiting for a refund on a pair of slippers that were returned. They insist they sent the refund to my Pay Pal account of which they
Have no record of receiving. I requested numerous times asking Shoe Mall to show proof of submitting a refund, I even talked to a Supervisor and promised to submit refund. My advice... don't get hooked on their pricing because you will pay more in
The long run, I have wasted hours trying to resolve a simple transaction.
SHOE MALL has lost me as a customer and just know you are advised to do the same. They are not a reliable company and don't look for refund because you'll never receive it.

I purchased a pair of sneakers. A week later I called to get the status. I was told they were on back order for 2 months. I asked to please cancel my order. The person could not do it and said to hold for a supervisor. I was on hold for 50 mins. I finally hung up and called again. The guy who answered the call said the same thing. After holding for 45 mins I hung up. I finally called PayPal. They said there no other can do because the order is pending. I have to wait 30 days for them to cancel it. StY away from the headache site.

I ordered a pair of Sketcher Arch Fit last week because the site offers discount coupon which makes the cheapest that I can find; and then I came across this review site.so I was apprehensive that Shoemall has only two stars. Turns out my order arrived today (a Sunday), 3 days ahead of estimated arrival date. The shoes are exactly what I ordered. So no problem. Can't speak to its customer service department because I don't have to use it.

Placed an order for shoes listed as available as of today's date (10/27/20); received confirmation stating will ship in 5-7 days BUT estimated shipping date of 12/25/20! Called customer service... seems they are having system issues - shoes are not available. Customer service unable to cancel my order due to system problem. I go to their website - no place to cancel an existing order. Call, put on hold... 10 minutes and disconnected. Call again... holding.

Total waste of time. Poor website, poor customer service.

I placed an order and a week later received an e-mail stating my shoes were shipped and it had a tab to click on to "track my package." After another week passing, I clicked on that tab to see where my shoes were at. It sent me to a "Fedex" site that said "due to hurricane Laura, they were unable to track any packages." Keep in mind that I order tons of things online in a daily basis and never have delays. Also that the packages would've never been shipped anywhere near Hurricane Laura. Another week past by and still I was unable to track. I sent an e-mail to Shoemall and a week later I still did not receive a reply. I called shoe mall and after 34 minutes on hold, a supervisor was put on and stated that she would contact the vendor and get back to me. By week 6, I finally received an e-mail stating that I would be receiving a refund. I have yet to get that refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I ordered a pair of Adidas before looking at the reviews here. I was concerned because most of them were negative. But the shoes came in just fine. They were a day late but no other issues. A couple words of advice: 1) Go to a brick-and-mortar store to try on a similar pair of shoes to see if you like them, because they do charge you for return shipping. 2) Make any purchase through PayPal, because PayPal customer service will back you up and even refund you if you don't receive what you paid for. That's what I did, but no problems.

I bought a pair of tracking pants from them and I NEVER received them. They lied and told me they were delivered on July 31,2020 where in fact they were SHIPPED on that date NOT delivered. I NEVER received them. They also said they were shipped by FEDEX where in fact they supposedly were shipped by some company named BEST BUY. I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE AND THEY STOLE MY MONEY!

HORRIBLE SITE!

Do yourself a favor and run from this shoemall website! They advertise shoes that they can not order and charge you. There customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. They have no idea what happens to the orders nor do they care to find out. Their shoes might seem cheep or on sale, but believe me, you pay for it in the long run. I will never buy from this site again.

I took a risk

I was looking for these New Balances that had this specific color scheme, and was not sold in the U.S. (based on New Balance Website). After hours of searching I came across Shoe Mall had the color scheme and my size! I came to this website first to see if it was legit and based on the reviews I almost didn't do it. I took a risk, purchased the shoes, thinking the worst. Shoes arrived 9 days later (I live in Arizona) and they did not miss. Exact shoe, size, and color scheme I wanted. I'm a patient guy so 9 days was nothing, regardless they're legit. I feel bad for anyone who had a bad experience with them. But I would definitely use ShoeMall again

Fraudulent Budiness

They should not be allowed to stay in business. Two months ago, they shipped a completely inaccurate product to me that I paid over $100 for. I went through the return process immediately, yet it somehow took over two weeks for them to receive the item I shipped only a few states away.

Then they promised my refund would process in 2-3 days, and here I am two weeks later with no refund, no returned contact, and no way of contacting them since they don't answer phone calls or emails!

This company should be shut down. Exceptional small businesses everywhere are being shut down lately, yet corrupt companies like this get to steal from us and hold no accountability and remain open.

It's despicable.

I knew the shoe that I wanted, as I have ordered very similar from Easy Spirit before. So, I was pleased when it arrived within 4 days with standard shipping, and the product was exactly what it was supposed to be. I was concerned when I checked the reviews here for this company after I placed my order. Most concerns seem to be around returning shoes, though they clearly state in the policy that it can take up to 3 weeks to see your money refunded or credited back to your account. I thought I should let it be known here that the service I received was excellent!

Bad news should be 0

I purchased a pair of sketchers on 12/12/19 for a christmas present for my wife. When it got within 3 days of Christmas I hadn't recieved them and tried to cancel. No human to talk to and no way of canceling, I could not cancel. Finally on March 12, they finally showed up. I would rate them 0
