ShoeMall - I've been trying to get my issue resolved and 2 of your customer service agents were SO RUDE! A male transferred me to another division without telling me the reason, and when I called back, a female had a nasty tone with me. I also think it's ridiculous that she said no supervisors are there after 7 pm. How are your customers supposed to get help after that time frame? If this is how you run your business, I will return my order and never do business with you again.
Do yourself a favor and run from this shoemall website! They advertise shoes that they can not order and charge you. There customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. They have no idea what happens to the orders nor do they care to find out. Their shoes might seem cheep or on sale, but believe me, you pay for it in the long run. I will never buy from this site again.
I placed an order on November 13 the ship date has changed three times now the forecasted ship date is mid February I've never received worst service from a company in 40 years save your money. This is pathetic service by any standard
I have bought twice and the shoes never fit correctly. Kept one and had to have it stretched. Second pair I was given wrong information from the beginning when i returned them because they were too small. Their sizing is always off. You get what you pay for with them. 90% nasty customer service. They want to argue with you and corporate s NOT controlling this customer service behavior. Call *******871 Corporate Office and complain.
After trying to order a pair of tennis shoes for myself over three days, I was unable to place an order that didn't get cancelled with no reason given. I was not allowed to get an explanation over the phone for the cancellations. After the three days the shoes were no longer available. I have ordered with them before with no problem and my credit score is excellent with no problems with either of two cards I tried using. From my experience your business doesn't matter to them, at least mine didn't
I have bought several pair of women's shoes at ShoeMall, and I am satisfied both with the quality and the price. I wear a very narrow width, and I have specific brands that I like. ShoeMall carries a good selection in my size, and I even found a new (to me) brand of shoe there -- and bought 2 pair! They also have good sales. And, almost every shoe has customer reviews which are informative and make it easy to be a better buyer. I think they almost always have free shipping. And, I do not buy really high end designer shoes, but I find I can get quality leather footwear in good designs at this website.
Do not order from this company. Sizing is off, poor customer service, and misleading information on the internet. I will never shop at Shoemall again. A reputable brand like Minnetonka should not sell their product on this site either. Probably won't purchase this shoe anymore.
I have had both good and bad experiences with Shoemall. In the past, I had ordered clothing and never received the package. They showed the package was delivered but apparently it was delivered to a wrong address and someone else is enjoying my cute Free People brown sweater. I called PayPal and they refused to issue me a credit because Shoemall shows the item as delivered. After several attempts, I gave up and just wrote it off as amistake. Since then, I have ordered again with no issues until recently. I ordered a pair of sandals and returned them to exchange this pair, using their shipping label. I am trying to exchange the sandals for a smaller size. So far, it has been 3 weeks and they do not have my return. I have emailed them so I will keep you posted on the outcome. If the package is lost, I am done with Shoemall. I'll just continue to order from Macys, Nordstrom Rack or Carnivsl shoes where this has never happened. The 30% discount is great but not if they can't deliver correctly or not process returns and exchanges correctly, it's not worth it.
2nd time I ordered shoes/boots, but a week latter told not in stock but money taken out of account. Something is not quite right with this company.
A shoe company should have a robust return policy. ShoeMall falls very short of that. You have to pay for your item to be returned and then wait 10 BUSINESS days AFTER they receive it for your return to be processed. In the high-tech world we live in today, this is unacceptable.
