First, their products smell so bad that when I opened the package my eyes started watering. I immediately tried to return everything and it was a hassle. First I had to wait for a return label that they were supposed to send me but never did. I had sent them several emails then finally I asked GMA Steals and Deals who had their products for sale on their website for help and finally got an address to send their horrible scented soap back to which I had to pay for. Then I emailed them again about my refund and was told it was being worked on. That was last week and no further responses from them. Now again I am emailing them trying to get my refund. Their customer service is awful. Their customer service should be called Superzero since it is zero service.
Be ware of buying anything from them unless you plan on keeping it.

Unfortunately I should have read reviews on this company before I left a deposit for an order for car. I was told my car would be arriving in May so I agreed to place the order. I had no car so I was renting one and it's expensive. I even asked if they had a rental but was told no even though I was going to buy a car there.

When I spoke to Steve on phone, he said it would be built in May and I would not get it until June. That was not agreed upon when I left deposit. And of couse I tried to get my money back but apparently they are so desperate for money they refused to return it to me even though I was misled. The car wasn't even built yet and still they refused. No way would I consider going there for anything in future.
Bad business practices.

Do yourself a favor and run from this shoemall website! They advertise shoes that they can not order and charge you. There customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. They have no idea what happens to the orders nor do they care to find out. Their shoes might seem cheep or on sale, but believe me, you pay for it in the long run. I will never buy from this site again.
