Not a fair and trustworthy company to do business with-They are a New Balance source for womens wide sizes and other support shoes-their policies and pricing leave no mercy-there is a hidden return charge and they are not up front about it-One more thing they also have a site and items listed at Amazon--Their shipment times will (even with Prime) exceed 2 weeks after order is placed--Folks if you are looking to purchase a New Balance shoe (or anything) from them even from Amazon our advice is to search further and find another source for your purchase-very saddened with our attempt to do business with them!
Do not order for Shoemall.com, when I ordered ship date was 3 days, never received email or any notification. Got 1 pair of shoes 2 weeks later, had to go to website to check on the other 2 pair I ordered, shipping date was delayed a week. Never received an email, I had to keep going to website to check on my order. Checked 10 days later 1 pair was discontinued and the other pair wasn't going to ship for Another 10 days... Canceled my order cause I didn't know if or when I Might get the shoes. I wish I had read reviews before ordering...
Ordered shoes for a particular event, package is lost. Will take 2 months for a refund and then I have to deal with PayPal, not the company. Will never order from here again.
Placed order. Was actually the wrong item. Called 5 minutes later and was told cannot change or cancel order since already processed. Bull $#*!. Do not order from this company. All I wanted to do was change the order. Said since processed cannot change. Need to send back and pay shipping and then change order. This is NOT right.
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and they arrived within a week and a half. Delivery was on time. Great price. I saved over $50 compared to Amazon. Exactly what I expected on the shoes. Definitely ordering again from Shoemall. My daughters just placed an order for shoes as well. I don't know why i see some negativity about this place but I guess you cant please everyone. C'mon I see some wrote that it didn't arrive till 2 or 3 days later. Are you serious people? Like as if thats going to kill you to wait a couple days. I'm happy with them.
I bought two pairs of shoes. I was very happy with one pair and kept it. Now this is where the fun begins! I used their return label and sent the 2nd pair of shoes back. Three calls later, I'm still waiting for my refund for the pair I returned. I was told fourteen business days after receipt of item a refund will be issued. Well they confirmed receipt of the shoes. And. I'm still waiting. I called AGAIN today, making this call number four and was "transferred " to a supervisor. Lol. Well I'm still waiting for that callback! I will never order from this site again! Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere, unless you have nothing better to do with your valuable time!
BTW, this is my first negative review ever! My mother always said "if you can't say something nice keep your mouth shut ". I absolutely couldn't let this site's shoddy business practices go by without notice! I hope this helps you even a little bit.
I found my shoe size at a fantastic price so I placed my shoe order on June 22,2022. The next day I received an email stating that the shoes had shipped. I was also giving a tracking number which indicated that I would receive the shoes in 3 days.
Today, July 3,2022 I still have not received my shoes but I received notice that they were delivered.
Long story short... Fedex places a delay on the package because Shoe Mall failed to place my suite number on the shipping label. Easy fix declares Fedex, "Simply have the sender call and correct the address." After waiting 81 minutes for Shoe Mall's customer service representative I was told that she tried but can't make the needed change and suggested that I try FedEx again. This story should have ended here...
You would think after making a major labeling mistake and making the customer wait so long that Shoe Mall would apologize and immediately expedite the shoes. FedEx is useless as well. These two companies paired together creates an unbelievable toxic situation. Anyway, several phone calls later to both Shoe Mall and FedEx I have decided to step out of this circle of confusion and let my credit card company handle my refund.
NEVER buy from ShoeMall. First, my "in-stock" order for which I paid extra $25 for 1-3 day delivery was delayed for weeks, then the wrong size was delivered. I was denied refund for the extra delivery charge AND I was charged for the return shipping. Weeks later after my return was acknowledged, I have still not received my credit. Every time I call after a waiting period they specify, they simply add a new waiting period. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a refund and their customer service "supervisors" are trained to be rude and abusive and then hang up on you. THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM.
In April 2022, I ordered a pair of shoes supposedly in stock. Shortly after I received an email that the shoe was on backorder and they will send it out when it is back in stock. The order updates indicated that it would be shipped in May, then later in June. This past Saturday I received a letter stating that my credit card could not be charged. It just so happen over the time I was waiting for the shipment, the credit card had been compromised so I closed the account. As indicated in the letter, I called customer service to provide payment information. I'm informed that the shoe I ordered went back into inventory and is now sold out. The customer service representative recommended I speak with the department supervisor. I explained what happened with the credit card and was shocked to learn they sold the shoes to someone else after waiting for it for nearly 3 months. I asked why someone there didn't call me about the problem and she stated that they are too busy to call anyone. I pointed out that every online store I've purchase from has called me when there was a problem. The supervisor tried talking over me but when I insisted she listen to my point of view, she hung up on me. I highly recommend NOT purchasing merchandise from ShoeMall.com, unless of course you find being mistreated entertaining.
After trying to order a pair of tennis shoes for myself over three days, I was unable to place an order that didn't get cancelled with no reason given. I was not allowed to get an explanation over the phone for the cancellations. After the three days the shoes were no longer available. I have ordered with them before with no problem and my credit score is excellent with no problems with either of two cards I tried using. From my experience your business doesn't matter to them, at least mine didn't
Should have read the reviews. Yes I ordered shoes. Yes they were definitely mislabeled regarding size. Yes I followed directions on returning with their label. And yes, true to the reviews, they have ignored my emails and deny receiving.
Purchased 2 pairs 2/8/22.
Received 1 pair 2 weeks later and was emailed that the other pair was on back order.
It is now 4/14/22 (OVER 2 MONTHS LATER) and I got an email showing that the other pair finally shipped.
When looking at the tracking, it shows delivery a week and a half away.
BS service and BS delivery. FEDEX is useless as well.
You would think after making a customer wait so long that when they would ship, it would be expedited.!

I have had both good and bad experiences with Shoemall. In the past, I had ordered clothing and never received the package. They showed the package was delivered but apparently it was delivered to a wrong address and someone else is enjoying my cute Free People brown sweater. I called PayPal and they refused to issue me a credit because Shoemall shows the item as delivered. After several attempts, I gave up and just wrote it off as amistake. Since then, I have ordered again with no issues until recently. I ordered a pair of sandals and returned them to exchange this pair, using their shipping label. I am trying to exchange the sandals for a smaller size. So far, it has been 3 weeks and they do not have my return. I have emailed them so I will keep you posted on the outcome. If the package is lost, I am done with Shoemall. I'll just continue to order from Macys, Nordstrom Rack or Carnivsl shoes where this has never happened. The 30% discount is great but not if they can't deliver correctly or not process returns and exchanges correctly, it's not worth it.
My first time ordering from this site. The only issue I had was my order was delivered 3 days behind the original schedule. Package sat in one place, and/ or not scanned for almost a week during shipment. Then it began moving again. Finally, received my package a few minutes ago!
I thought this company was a good company. You know what they say it's not a problem until it's a problem and that's exactly what happened. I ordered back in Dec and I just placed a order this month March long story short both orders were canceled just found out so I called. Talked to a agent then transferred to a "Supervisor ". Had my explain everything in detail just to tell me that it was not there issue it was timberlands and what do I expect them to do. I repeatedly had to go back and forth with her and she was very rude. I asked her did she want to keep my business yes said definitely but she was not trying to give me a credit or discount. This changed my perception about shoe mall I understand things happen but the way I was treated definitely not appreciated.
I was just told in an email from their customer service that it takes 2-3 weeks to process a return. WHY? They received the shoes i returned on march 1st. Still waiting on refund. They sure don't hesitate taking your money! Returning it is a different story!
I ordered $322 Sam Hubbard shoes for my son for Xmas and received them promptly however they were the wrong size. I sent them back using their return label which as one reviewer said must have put them on the back of a donkey. On Feb. 10,2022 I called to check on the status and was told by a supervisor that the exchange for a bigger size was on the way via FedEx. Today is Feb. 24,2022, and I called back and was given a whole different story by the rep. She then said the shoes were received back on Feb. 15,2022, and the exchange was "in-process AND would take 7-10 days, and if I didn't get them to call back again!" I spoke to her supervisor who just told me that the exchange wasn't processed properly and she fixed it and I should receive them in a few days. I won't believe it until I get them. DO NOT BUY FROM SHOE MALL.
We needed shoes expedited within 5 days for a trip. Other companies admitted delivery time not possible. Shoemall states 3 day delivery for $25 fee. The shoe cost was $34 and paid tax plus $25 for delivery. The pkg was sent to FedEx who forwarded to USPS. The current status is "delayed". So we are leaving, paid double for shoes, no delivery, and unknown delivery date.
No wonder this company scores 1.7 stars.
Called customer service (or non-service) to cancel on 1/21/22; then got email that my order shipped. Called again and was told order had been canceled. Got email 2/17/22 that order was shipped. Called again and was told order was canceled but got the order in the mail. Called again(!) and was told to return the order and they would not charge shipping. Don't have any faith that will happen.
