ShoeMall - I've been trying to get my issue resolved and 2 of your customer service agents were SO RUDE! A male transferred me to another division without telling me the reason, and when I called back, a female had a nasty tone with me. I also think it's ridiculous that she said no supervisors are there after 7 pm. How are your customers supposed to get help after that time frame? If this is how you run your business, I will return my order and never do business with you again.

If I could give them no stars, I would. They have the worst customer service. No one I spoke to could provide me with any information on my order. Could not tell me if it shipped, when it shipped or tracking number. Furthermore, they blame it on the supplier and the supervisor hung up on me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SHOEMALL!

Never Again!

I purchased, pricey boots at a 30%, discount. I am guessing that was the bait. Then they took all my imformation to process sale. Then I was emailed, TWICE, that sale was comfirmed and what day it would arrive. Then I received a email stating, sorry, we cant fill your order. After reading these other, reviews, I am worried about a charge on my next statement! I do not have, pay-pal, for a back-up. I will not shop from them, again.

I have bought twice and the shoes never fit correctly. Kept one and had to have it stretched. Second pair I was given wrong information from the beginning when i returned them because they were too small. Their sizing is always off. You get what you pay for with them. 90% nasty customer service. They want to argue with you and corporate s NOT controlling this customer service behavior. Call *******871 Corporate Office and complain.

Very poor customer service. Right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Very rude. Takes forever to get your items, and then, the order is wrong. There are many other reputable sites to order from. You would be wise not to order from this one.

I ordered ankle boots and received 20% off as advertised. After waiting 3 weeks and hearing nothing about my order, I called customer service. At least Shoemall provides a phone number to call. After being on hold for at least 15 minutes, I learned my order was canceled by Shoemall "because the boots are not in stock". Shoemall did not even notify me they were canceling my order by email. This is not the first time this has happened to me with Shoemall. Now I have wasted 3 weeks and will have to look for another pair of ankle boots. In the meanwhile, other store's stock, especially in my size, have dwindled and I will likely not find what I am looking for. This will be the last time I attempt to purchase from these scammers.

Last year I ordered shoes from shoemall. After one month without the shoes I asked for a refund. I had to ask several times before I finally received the refund. I never did get an explanation what happened to the shoes. Well here we are again. Shoemall was the only website carrying the shoes I need. Decided the last bad luck was probably just a fluke. I ordered the shoes 12 days ago. Still not shipped and no explanation. Here we go again.

So many better sites with free returns and shipping. Returns are a total pain. No one answers emails. And feels like a low budget company. If shoes dont fit, you pay to return them. No bueno!

Missing refund

I ordered shoes, that I received on a Saturday, and returned on a Monday. I waited 3 weeks before I contacted the company about my return status. This is the response
Thank you for contacting our Customer Care Team. We are not showing your returned item being processed at this time. It normally takes 2 to 3 weeks for us to receive and process a returned item. As soon as your package is received and processed, we will follow the return/exchange instructions included. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
They provided a pre-printed return label, but I didn't notice there wasn't a tracking number on the label, so I was unable to track the package. If you use their label be sure to check for a tracking number, or purchase tracking at the post office. It usually takes about 7 days for a package to be delivered by USPS, so more than enough time to process a refund. I don't know why they have a problem processing refunds. I did pay for my purchase through Paypal, which has a purchase guarantee for buyers/sellers. I was able to submit a claim for missing refund, and a charge back to ShoeMall by Paypal since the company never responded to Paypal's inquiries.

I've tried over and over, for over a month ago, to get Customer Service to respond to my requests: WHERE ARE MY SHOES! How to do I contact your District Attorney to demand action against this SCAM? I even sent $25.00 for RUSH SHIPPING! Give me a break... you crooks!

Said on the site 5-7 business data for shopping its been 5 business days, I've called 3 times to cancell the order, the last time I asked to speak to a supervisor and the woman said "what a jerk" then put me on hold, no one picked up the phone after that.

ShoeMall has figured out a way to avoid giving refunds on Amazon. If for whatever reason you want to return the shoes, they will take the maximum time to respond to Amazon claims and then agree to take the shoes back but you have to pay for the shipment and request a signature upon delivery. For a pair of $60 shoes, the shipping and delivery confirmation is about $20. Not worth the effort and ShoeMall knows this. I will never buy anything from this company again. Good luck ShoeMall with all of the terrible reviews building up.

I purchased 4 pairs of shoes from Shoemall since the first of the year. I returned two pairs of shoes. It takes about 18 days to get a refund when you return shoes. I paid for the shoes via PayPal and it took 18 days for the refund to my paypal account
There is truth to their advertising "free exchanges". However they must process the return before they issue the new shoes. Which can take two to three weeks and by then your size may be gone. So I bit the bullet and paid for the return both times. I have gotten brand-name shoes at a great price even considering the fact that I had to pay return on two of them. Because of my bad feet I wear expensive shoes and shoemall has been a godsend for me.
