I kept skipping months but they still charged me. After many charges I left my subscription.
I also found that representatives answering their phones were definitely not very proficient in English. They couldn't understand me and I found it difficult to understand them.

Experience with the ordering was OK it was the shoe that I got. It was too long and it does not fit very well. I do not like the quality other shoe. I do not like the style of the shoe. It looks very very different from where it was on the Internet. Very poor quality. I'm very disappointing and I don't know if I will ever buy another shoe from your company again.

The color (Berry) is beautiful and different. Between a pink and purple, the size is true to size and high boots that fit around my calves perfectly.

I've been a customer for a long time, long before they merged with JUSTFAB.
STYLES & VARIETY: dropped after merger, but has since improved and actually offers more variety in heel heights than ever before.
QUALITY: I still own shoes from before the merger that look good as new. Unfortunately, the product now is more disposable. The soles are thin and some booties split at the seams within a month of light use. The purses are a better quality than the shoes and the clothes are okay too. I think the clothes and bags are well priced but the shoes, based on quality, are overpriced.
STOCK: they never seem to stock enough product in the most popular sizes. I'm extremely busy and can't check weekly or monthly for new styles. They have a "Wish List" option, but even when it's "Back-in-Stock", it's rarely in my size.
MEMBERSHIP: I've considered ending mine, but it has its perks. You get special deals and additional sale markdowns. But the bigger reason for me is that now, unlike prior to the merger, I can use my credits on sale items. I actually spend more money than before but now I don't feel cheated out of the special promotional deals.
OVERALL: I get some pretty nice product from Shoedazzle. I don't know that I'd recommend the membership unless the person can afford paying $50 a month without concern. Is more into fads than a quality product that will last for years.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
