Hi! I purchased six pairs of shoes in the last couple of months and recently decided to try a clothing item. All the shoes Were ordered in my size. However, they were not true to size. The material used to make the shoes were less than acceptable, And the shoes were poorly made.

Normally in the past iv had no problem with my purchases. The last order i made they sent me the wrong shoes... like they were not even close to being similar. Very disappointed.

Usually when I see a sale on Shoedazzle, I'm not disappointed! Love the prices and selections available. Do have to read reviews if possible because sizes on certain items, i. E pants or shoes may not be of great quality or not true to size.

The delivery was not satisfactory at all! I live in a condo in Henderson, NV and luckily it is a first class place, otherwise my shoes could have very easily been stolen. The package was left in the lobby of the condo and not at all secure. They was no mention of when they shipped nor when they arrived. They were left there for a week until I checked the website to see where they could be. We never come and go through the lobby as our parking garage is on the bottom floor and therefore had no idea they were down there. We receive a lot of deliveries and 99% of the time they are brought up to our floor and put in a secure personal courtyard.

ShoeDazzle used a delivery carrier named "LaserShip", which left my package on an outdoor step in an apartment complex. The package was stolen.
Other carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) place my parcels in front of my door, where they are not in public view.
I don't intend to order from ShoeDazzle again.

You have to remember to skip the month or money for nothing is taken out of your account. There used to be a large stock of size 12 so was worth the hassle. Now there is limited larger size shoes. I really should just abandon the "credit" which is actually from when I forgot to skip the month and cancel my memebrship

Been waiting on my package to be delivered on the 5th while I was off then they said the 6th now its the 8th and now its say pending. Was at home to receiver it now back at work hope don't no one take it while i'm at work.

I've ordered shoes from shoedazzle for 4 years, and over time the quality has steadily decreased. The shoes from my last purchase will not be worn because they looked cheap, were uncomfortable, and were obviously shipped previously by the packaging and wear. My first two purchases in 2018 and 2019 have been the best so far, and since then my experience has only declined. Additionally, this decrease in quality is amidst a price increase for VIP membership, which I unenrolled from.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
