I have subscribed for a very long time. I loved the accessibility of products, and variety. Unfortunately, the company recently sold- and when this happened my account went with them... to www.justfab.com This is one of those companies that turns into a hive mind- and now I have no idea how to access my account. I am being charged monthly, and trying to log in- only to be prompted as a new customer every time. YET the charges continue. I reached out to customer service, and got an email back two days later that simply read "we will be with you shortly" and then nothing came after that at all. Except, several emails with promotions and ads in them titled bitingly "the answer to your question" WITH NO ANSWERS INSIDE-JUST MORE ADS! SOMEONE HELP ME :'(
It's always a great experience shipping on shoedazzle and I tell my girlfriends to check it out. The favorites seem to have an issue. I can never see all the favorites i have selected. There isn't a "next page " option.
It took te months to get my credits back on my account plus I had to call and divide receipts on items you already received. Poor or poor return policy
Look is nice but very uncomfortable and material was not a nice look. Hurt my feet have to return them.
Asking for a review when it's been 10 days since I placed my order and the carrier still hasn't received the shoes….

I am satisfied with my purchase but disappointed one pair of sandal was listed as a 12 which I order but the shoe was a size 10.
I love my new boots! They fit perfectly and go with many of my outfits. It really help extend my spring wardrobe and they will be perfect for next fall!

I absolutely love them. They were comfortable and looked very cute with my outfit. I didn't get to take a picture, but I absolutely loved my new boots.
The style is exactly what I was looking for and I was relieved to find them in my size.
They arrived properly packaged in perfect condition. They fit and are comfortable. Customer service/ updates get 5 stars.
They are too expensive and not the styles I am use to buying from Shoedazzle. Very disappointed.
I'm dissatisfied with Shoedazzle because I forgot to Skip A Month and they took out $49.00. But when I ordered a pair of heels and they did not match my dress I returned them. But I did not get my $49.00 back as credit to my account. I am very dissatisfied. I have been a customer with Shoedazzle for years.

I received my package completely destroyed. I called to ask if they can replace it. They sent a return label but said they would not do a reship until the old was received. (Even though it was not even wearable!) I sent the item back over a week ago and the new shipment still says pending! I ordered green heels for St. Patrick's day and now it's almost April!
Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms.
