While I love receiving food from Daily harvest, (because it is fresh, versatile, and delicious) I did not know how great their service was until today. I had accidentally allowed my subscription to pause from "skips" and Brianna was so helpful. She listened to me, made sure my unintentional order was refunded, and helped me actually pause my account until I am able to order again.

For years now I have been using Hilton for just about everything related to my stays. I have been traveling domestically AND internationally, and it doesn't matter. These hotels are reliable, clean and packed with perks. They are friendly, dedicated, and go above and beyond. Iv'e never felt taken advantage of or swindled like some "perks" programs, and I truly believe that this is THE website for new travelers. You can help yourself or a loved one book a memorable trip that makes everyone feel safe, seen, and satisfied! I keep coming back, and probably always will.

I will keep my subscription to Adore Me because I thought the product selection was wide enough for someone like me with a varying style. I thought the site was shopper friendly, but I still do not like the auto draft from the account every month with no text alert. The sizes were great and I loved my sets. The fact that it showed up in a box was so great! The items were safe and sound in there.

*EDIT Text is sent every month now. Still have my subscription. Love it. :)

I loved shopping on this site because of the diversity I saw- in size and skin tone. As always, the Fenty line delivers in style and delivery. When it comes to the products I ordered, the sizes were spot on, the fit marvelous, and the designs were unique. I love how often the face of the site is updated as well. I did not like that there was so much plastic in the shipping, and the bag was torn when it got to me. Nothing was damaged luckily. I love the items I purchased, and will continue my subscription even though it is not my favorite method to have the auto draw with no text alert for opting out.

I recently bought an $80.00 order with Brandless, and was thoroughly impressed by the websites "shop-ability." I am very pleased with the service I received as well. When my order was delayed I received an email informing me that it would be late. My response was to ask if they could do anything about this on my end to make up for it because I have been very excited about my order, and as a result I was disappointed to have to wait longer than expected. I expected free shipping on my next order, or something like that company often throw out to "remedy" the situation. Brandless responded with a cheery demeanor and a 20% discount on my entire order, and I am simply blown away!

This is where it is at, my friends. I will be returning, and all should visit. :)

Recently I ordered food online for lunch at work from Panera Bread. It arrived very late and cold, so I reached out to a customer service representative. I was not disappointed when he met me with two free meal tickets and an apology. I love when a company shows you that you are valued as a customer. I can't wait to use these meal tickets because the food is very delicious when it is hot! :)

They lure you in with a free trial pair, and then charge you 33 dollars for the next month. I didnt know I had automatically signed up for the subscription with my order.

I had an agent from this company come to my house and lie saying she worked to DTE energy. She said there was an issue with my bill and she had to see it, that the whole area was affected. She proceeded too tell me that she could fix it but needed my information, including my social security number. A verification line (third party) called and she whispered to me to tell them she wasn't in my house anymore, asking me to lie on her behalf. Telling me to lie and say yes to all the questions asked of me. There were five. I did not let her fool me, but this company is fraudulent and abhorrent. Beware! Beware! If this is how their agents act- you do NOT want to be associated with them.

The company will make you sorry you ever bought from them- and I was a member for 6 months. Cheaply made products too often that are overpriced- bad customer service- uncomfortable and chemically treated jean- Items easily ruined with normal wear.
I have not been fully pleased with anything I have received, and when I tried to return- was not allowed or spent far too long on the phone attempting to only to be given credit.
